Just called for general information about renting a portable oxygen concentrator. The reply I got was insurance pays 80% and patient pays 20%. I asked how much the total rent was and person on phone could not give me a dollar amount just depends on what the insurance pays. Was her reply so Im assuming they just jack up the price to what your insurance will pay because she would not give me a rent dollar amount.

I came to okc for a vaca with the family and one of their workers came to my hotel room and helped me out alot by bringing me another machine and extra bottles and he was very polite and so helpful. He was the best!!! I only know is that his first name which was Chris

Absolute worst customer service here in OKC.My mother was ordered oxygen, 1st time, and reps on phone refuse rudely to come check issues shes having with the unit.Come get your unit lincare.I guess thats the only way to get help.

I have used them for oxygen for a long time. Theyre always good about making sure I have enough tanks whenever they deliver to me and theyve sent a driver to my house after hours more than once when my concentrator stopped working. Ive worked with the manager Debbie for a long time from back when they still had an office in Norman and she is absolutely WONDERFULL!

Absolute worst customer service EVER! Christine is so hateful and talks over you and was so disrespectful to my mother. Not to mention they still haven’t delivered the oxygen bottle they were supposed to back when we had the snow storm. My dad is now oxygen dependent and it’s been horrible trying to get his oxygen so he can go to dr appointments. He was discharged a week ago from the hospital and this stuff should’ve been at their house. Then some other lady flat out lied to my mother and told her it was out for delivery today. They do not care about their customers. I pray none of their family members ever have to deal with something like this. Do not be in a customer service business if you cannot provide good customer service.

Where should I start... we just needed a mask replacement and I had called months ago and thought it was on its way... and we called again and thought it was on its way... and this went on for months and then we found out we needed a doctors order... so we got a doctors order and we waited and we waited and then we called again and found out we can just go down to the medical store and get one. So all along they gave us a run around and we waited months and months and months when they could’ve told just told us to just get those at the medical store. Meanwhile his mask is falling apart and we’re piecing it together, unacceptable!

Sept 20, 2020I have been trying for over two months to get CPAP supplies. Every note and document I could provide was given. They spoke with my wife multiple times about this and when she called again, they pulled the hippa card and refused to visit with her. I called and again they requested more information..?? I had given them a script from my provider and all documentation from the previous supplier. They asked for MORE information. After asking my doctor to get involved, they acquired and handed off whatever OTHER information they were supposedly waiting for. This was over three weeks ago. Once I confirmed with my doctor that they had indeed sent the documentation to associates with Lincare, I called requesting my supplies. I was informed that I would need to come in for a visit and someone would have to call me back to schedule that appointment. I waited and few days, called again only to hit another dead end. Atleast two weeks has passed and still no one has called. I called their office today Sept 9, 2020 and spoke with another person that could not help or schedule my appointment. As she was looking at my file, I had to provide my cell number AGAIN. Im betting I dont get a call back. This office is horrible, with little to NO follow up or follow thru. They arent helpful with anything. In the mean time, I will keep using my mask that is worn out, held together with tape, and a borrowed, non-heated hose. This is beyond ridiculous and I personally dont recommend this office to anyone. (read the other reviews as I am not the only one)As an update, I called again on Friday Sept 11, 2020 and was told someone would call me back. (never happened)I called again Monday Sept 14, 2020 and was told someone would call me back. (never happened)Wednesday Sept 16, 2020 I called again requesting assistance and was left on hold for almost 15 minutes. I hung up and called back immediately. The same person answered, told me their is more information missing from my file and Ive been on hold another 5 minutes at this point. I dont write a lot of reviews and am most definitely a Karen, but this is beyond ridiculous. If you are reading this review, please by all means, save yourself the hassle and find a provider that cares or wants to help.

When we moved to Oklahoma City from another state, I requested that my mother’s new Doctor send her nebulizer prescription to the OKC Lincare since our previous experience was so positive with the Albany Georgia office. That was the middle of October. Three months later, this Lincare office has still not processed the prescription. They seldom pick up their phone calls and allow them to go to an answering service. The answering service and their provider pharmacy have sent numerous messages to the local Lincare office with no response. As a last resort, yesterday I sent a message through the answering service to the office manager asking for a phone call by the end of the day. I didn’t receive one so today I’m changing providers. Lincare OKC’s lack of follow-through and responsiveness for critical health meds is appalling. Please beware.

If I could give negative stars for Lincare of OKC I would. This is by far the absolute worst company in the history of ever that I have had to deal with. By calling them a company, it is insulting to actual companies. There customer no-service ranks right at the top for ineptitude!! They claim to deliver oxygen, but after 3 weeks and triple digits of phone calls, they have yet to deliver any supplies. Buyer beware.... dont choose this DME company! Your loved one will suffer needlessly!

Initial contact w/nurse for CPAP was great, gave us her card with phone #, call if any problems. What a joke! All calls thru answering service never routed to nurse. Only time I spoke with her was her calling me to say I must wear nightly during first couple of nights. Says they are not receiving transmitted info. I call my internet provider & upgrade. Contact my Dr in Norman, OK his office receiving info fine. I received 2 letters from Lincare saying either I start using CPAP nightly or I will have to pay since insurance will not. I made at least 10 calls to tell them I AM WEARING NIGHTLY. No return calls.FINALLY I call & scream at operator I AM WEARING & I better not receive any more letters saying I am not...why is my dr receiving transmissions but they are not (I am not crazy, well almost....when you tell a healthcare provider something repeatedly what else can you do. I tell them I put SD card in machine so if they need proof will be glad to send them card. But my doctor doesnt need card because he is getting nightly reports & I look at my account under my sleep on website & I can see every nights report. Never talked to nurse who had given me her card except first 2 days when she called me telling me it wasnt transmitting.I am 80 yrs old but seem to understand this better than Lincare.

You have to make 2 or 3 trips to the Doctor to get everything they need and it could be solved in 1 trip if they would tell you what you need. They take 2 or 3 weeks to get you your supplies and the office in Oklahoma City is like a zoo. No one knows what the other person is doing. This is November 12, 2019 and I have been trying to get supplies for my machine since 6/18/2019. They never return calls or you cant get them on their telephone. If I could give them a 10 minus I would.

This place did a wonderful job! My infant son was sick and the doctor wrote a prescription for a nebulizer to help with his breathing and recommended we take it to Lincare. I brought it directly into their office and the lady who came to help me at the counter was very nice! She said the doctor should also have sent notes from our visit but she immediately got on the phone with the doctors office to have them fax those over. While we waited for the fax she took our information and got everything ready to go and set us up with the nebulizer right there! Amazing service and very helpful people!

Beware this company will charge your credit card and or account without any authorization. I authorized a ONE TIME charge for $5.00 when I picked up a wheelchair for my grandmother. Two months later my card was charged again and without my authorization for approximately $19.00. I called to inquire about the charge and was told they couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything because I was not the next of kin even though I am the card holder that they charged. The amount charged is not the problem, the fact that they fraudulently charged my card and would not give me any explanation is the problem. The ordeal of trying to pick up the wheelchair was horrible enough. It was over a week before I was even able to pick it up. And that was after calling multiple times a day every day. If you deal with this company make sure to check you statements even if you are not the person holding an account with Lincare. By for the worst experience with any company be it healthcare or otherwise.

So far my wife was told a rep went to hospital to get my orders in person yesterday. This morning same rep said order is ready. My step daughter went to pick it up. She said the same rep already mentioned told her they didnt have my orders from the hospital yet. Went from impressed to dumbfounded???

I have used this company and their OKC office for years for my CPAP supplies and my mothers oxygen equipment. The staff has always been friendly and helpful for us. Ive been able to work with one of their nurses for any issues Ive had with my CPAP machine and they worked with my doctor to get a new prescription filed with my insurance when I needed to change the type of mask I use. Their delivery drivers are always so kind with my mother every time they come out to deliver her oxygen bottles, and they always make sure she has enough of her tubing and supplies to get through to their next delivery day. GREAT COMPANY! GREAT PEOPLE!

Have been trying to transfer CPAP supplies to them for 2 months without success. They wouldn’t/didn’t contact physician to get needed information then when I got it sent to them they still haven’t processed it and repeatedly stated they would call me back and never have.

Whatever you do avoid Debbie at the OKC officeDebbie informed me that I Did Not have Dr.appointments!!! Even though Debbie does not know me or my Drs.Debbie determined I was using to much Oxygen(from a company that provides my oxygen)so due to using more Oxygen than Debbie allowed . I would only be receiving service every 30 days instead of weekly.If I not satisfied with that to find another company.

This is a horrible company to work for. If you are considering working here, then please consider other places. There are so many more friendly & professional places to earn just above minimum wage. They have banned personal cell phones in the office, banned employee conversations, & micro manage you beyond a reasonable amount. Their employee training procedures are substandard & chain of command is extremely convoluted.

This is an unreliable company. It took a long time to get the oxygen supplies. You call them one person tells you one thing, you have to call back and someone else will tell you something different. They do not call you back and dont come out the day they are supposed to. AVOID LINCARE IF YOU CAN!!!!!

This company is the worst oxygen company that exist today. They are impossible to contact. I usually have to personally go to office for help. I am told I cant change companies until I have been with them for 5 years. When trying too contact them, I just lay my phone down and prepare for a two hour wait before getting an answer. Even when they answer they just say they are new and have no answers. If I could give less than zero stars, I would..They always say the lady I need to talk to has a locked office, and has no other phone number except the one I called. So Ridiculous!!

Horrible horrible service. I would give negative stars if I could. They do not answer calls, call you back, or when you do they dont seem to care. I have had to go personally pick my grandparents oxygen up/drop off the empty bottles before because they did not come, and would not respond to calls. She only had one bottle left. Upon getting there I had to wait for anyone to even acknowledge me, and didnt even properly handle the situation.

Horrible. My elderly mother has nothing but problems with these people. Billing, Delivery, Equipment. This company has had judgements from the government for false claims. Dropping cheap equipment while charging high prices. They submit bills untimely to delay the 5 year start so seniors cant switch at 5 years. Google the company and you can read all you want! Take advantage of Medicare and Seniors!

I have my CPAP from Lincare and my rep, Marci Horne has been an amazing help. And she is advising me now on getting a wheelchair. She has also helped my bro in law get his CPAP very successfully.The National people who call to take your supply orders have also been great and very helpful. The whole company just really seems serious about helping their customers.

Lincare in OKC is a joke, unorganized, undisciplined and irresponsible, the only way these people stay in business is that they bid low on jobs and get contracts. From me to you, I would try to avoid Lincare in OKC by all means necessary. There drivers never call you like there suppose to before they show up and on one occasion didnt call or knock and I was home and up waiting on them. The driver just left a not on the door saying they had been there, and when you call the office and the office laddy tries to get ahold of the driver its always the same excuse, were having trouble getting ahold of our driver at this time. I had hospice moving there stuff in and Lincare was suppose to be out on Monday to pick their equipment up, they never showed, never called. I called the office on Tuesday, they apologised for the inconvenience and told me there driver would call me before he came on Wednesday, Wednesday comes, no call, no show. That went on for the rest of the week, me calling the office and them not being able to get ahold of the driver. I get frustrated and tell them Ill just bring it in myself since your driver is too irresponsible to do his job, so I bring the equipment in the nice little lady at the front desk checks it in, I sign the pappers saying all the equipment is there and I think thats the end, I wont have to deal with them again. A week latter Im gone to town for a minute and Lincare shows up to my house, without calling me first again to pick up the wheelchair that I had done returned and signed pappers saying I returned the week before. They end up taking the wheelchair that belongs to hospice, so again I call the office and again they cant get ahold of the driver so I ask to speak to the manager Amber. Im told shes on the other line and will call me back as soon as possible, well guess what, she hasnt called me back yet. As I said Lincare in OKC is a joke, unorganized, undisaplind, and irresponsible. I give them zero stars and I highly advise you to look elsewhere for medical supplies assistants.

Every time we call them, their phone number is no longer working. So I go to the internet to locate a new number. I know several older people that do not know anything about a computer. The lady told us today that there is times no one is in the office to answer phones or to take your sid card.

Two red flags was enough for me.I called Lincare for rental pricing co-pay on a home 02 concentrator, with only medicare as insurance.I used all the right terminology with the right amount of information to get a quote - That should be easy for a company who supplies home oxygen supplies.(Red flag #1) First, she said, Ill have to get a sales person to call you back.I told her, all I need to know is what your company charges for the rental with only Medicare as insurance, the person has no other insurance. (Medicare gets 80%, the client pays 20% - a trained employee should know this)(Red flag #2) The girl acted like she didnt understand what I was asking.She asked me youre wanting to know what you pay for (then the long drawn out...) medicaaaaare?I told her, I read some negative things about this company online, now I understand whyI have called 3 other places who knew what I was talking about and what their co-pay is.

This is my second time to attempt to use Lincare and after two week, I can still not get them to call me back, and I called my doctors office and was told to keep trying that they wont call us back either. This is not a good way to run a business. Their Atlanta office has the same inefficiency.
