Refused to replace my battery even though I showed proof from AN OFFICIAL DEALERSHIP that it was dead. Kept claiming it was a problem with the car even though I JUST PICKED IT UP FROM THE DEALER >15 minutes ago with ALL PARTS FIXED other than the battery from AAP.

My go-to for parts. Always has an online coupon. Always has my order ready in 30 minutes or less. Rarely do they not have what I need. Industry leader in price and convenience, been saying that for years. (Oh and the staff is MUCH nicer than AutoZone across the street!)

Mid morning. They had the spark plugs I needed. Took longer than expected though because they just had one employee working there answeringthe phone and other customers waiting. As I started to leave, another employee showed up. Might call ahead to seeing if more employees there.

This Auto Parts store has been the best store I have visited. They have helped me many times. They have even assisted me when I didnt make a purchase. They are always ready to help you! If its just replacing your windshield wipers or testing your battery. You can count on them for numerous car issues.

Steve told me I could NOT return items purchased online. I HAD to go through their website. They lied to my face and are less than helpful at this store. Ive spent over $1000 this year alone with Advance which is a lot of money to someone like me.

Very, very poor service. I baught all bulbs for my truck and even I baught the 10mm wrench for the bolts. I misplaced it and cant find it. I went to the store to use their 10 mm for fixing the bulb. The old man at that location wants me to buy a new one again. I told him I am not foolish and leftGREED.

Terrible service, every time [2013-2014]!This is a new location, so maybe Ill try shopping here in a few years...stores change right? This one can only move up..or close.If you prefer Advance Auto ~ go to the one near Sante Fe and Ridgeview, they have experienced sales clerks [that have worked there for years] ~ they know their stuff, yet wont try to oversell or exaggerate products.

I walked into the store and there were 3 employees standing together talking. Not a single one said hello or offered ro help me. I went to look for the air filter I needed. I did not find it on the book hanging next to thw air filters. I walked back to the frint of the store and had to approch the employee and ask for help. He did help and offered only the budget brand I wanted to higher quality he was not interested in others. Come on Advance Auto Parts you have got to do better.
