These guys are weak. Tried to buy a part I need and they said they couldnt verify my address on the cc. Spoke to BofA about it, and they confirmed the account was charged w/o issue. So I called the company directly, only to be told that they couldnt help me. So, I went to another online parts dealer and got the same part for about $10 less. If you cant even accept a payment, youve got problems.

PLEASE READS this I got screwed by these guys.These guys have a hole bunch of idiots working here, there online catalog is false and incorrect, try ordering and they will send u the wrong part, theyll say u ordered it like that. I ordered a mirror cover with all the descriptions for my car, (2014 sienna xle, heated, wblind spot, power) and it does not have a mirror signal( yet they dont even have that indication online on there catalog options or pictures of a cover with a hole for the signal) and I received a mirror cover with a hole in it, I called the guys there to see why they sent me a cover with a hole, and hes like u didnt provide a Vin( but they dont require a vin thats for us customers to have a convenience to order what we need and want online, plus I didnt care my vin in my wallet at work, just got online ordered what I needed/ and I know what im doing with cars for 12 years now)- thats if what I see select and order as described is correct. but in this case this place send me a wrong order, I called gave him my vin, and hes like oh yea it shows this part is for your vin, so im like are u kidding me I dont have signal markers on my mirrors. so he studders a little and then says oh wait, no it doesnt and they starts backing up that its my fault for ordering the wrong option and they will not refund me the full amount. so I shipped it back and thought id just talk to a manager there once I ship it, so I did that and after I get a email they said that they will charge me for restocking and not refund me the shipping that I paid to ship back the WRONG part they shipped to me. I have pic of the online catalog and proof that I ordered what I need but they shipped something wrong, and thats called FALS ADVERTISMENT. and then screwing people over with some restocking crap and charging people for shipping back and stuff... so they email me back saying that the package is not how they want it back,( cuz I ordered a few parts so I used a smaller box to ship the part back in its foam cover back) so there saying ill have to pay for shipping to ship the same wrong part back to me because they cant accept there own screw up they sent to me, sorry I wrote so much its not really about the money, but the principle of the way they handle their business with there own screw up. I cant believe the manager there at Toyota is letting this happen, having enough stress with 2 kids and 3rd on the way and trying to have this car all in good shape for my family. but i feel like i rather have another car that i can maintain myself somewhere els not to deal with Toyota people like that.
