Called/emailed pics to see if they had the brick I needed, they said they did, drove out there and they didnt...even though they told me they had it

I build and repair chimneys and fireplaces for a living. Having a reliable quality source for brick and similar supplies is important to getting the job done and having satisfied customers. Ignore reviews about yard help. This is a brick supplier with a one-way yard. I don’t know how many jackasses I’ve seen pull in backwards acting like it’s goddamn Home Depot and block an outgoing semi with 25,000 brick on it, then proceed to demand that the yard help assist his dumbass first.Yard help is great. Showroom help is even better. If you want bad customer service, there’s a supplier up in KCK off 635 and 41st or 42nd, you can get your fill there.I’ll be buying all my brick from ACME.

Loading yard people are the not helpful or friendly! Lots of bricks that were broke and they said they could do nothing about that. I started a pile on the ground by my truck and he got mad and wanted me to take the busted bricks. Then told me to carry them over and put then in the dumpster because he had been loading bricks all morning.

Good people
