Ordered online for curbside pickup. Website is user-friendly. Large quantities of paint samples. Quality interior and exterior paints.

This Olathe location is excellent. Drew and Erik are all about helping one find exactly what is needed. I so much appreciated their assistance.

Was ignored for several minutes, by a total of three employees. I inquired where I should to order to be served, in an attempt to proactively engage one of the Sherman Williams employees who had ignored me. His response was to bring a forth employee from the back office. Strangely the employee brought forward looked like me, while those who ignored me did not. Wow. If skin color matters at this store, I will have to shop somewhere else.

Enter from park till at least sept-oct 2020. Construction on Santa Fe got this all screwy.

I almost never respond to these surveys but I must say my experience was excellent. I talked to two representatives and both were very product knowledgeable and accommodating! Sure beats the experience I would have had at Lowes or home depot!

Stopped by to pick up some paint for our kitchen cabinets. Was a busy Monday, so a short wait but Wes was Awesome in helping us out. We were very pleased!

They were fine. Helped us relatively quickly, friendly... just had to wait for the paint to mix! The gentleman even helped carry the paint to the car. Good experience. Location a little hidden, but otherwise fine.

Their paint is crazy expensive... on sale is the only time it is fairly priced. Rude staff and had a lot of young part timers that knew nothing about paint, not to mention crazy long wait times for small orders. Youll have better luck somewhere else

This is why we are buying PPG, they were more worried about cleaning their hands than handing me their product I purchased. They bank off of accounts and if you arent some account they think is important to that store service is out the window. I wont short order again so I dont have to visit a Sherwin Williams. Decide if you are a retail outlet or wholesale and treat customers accordingly.

Manager extremely unprofessional. Was more concerned about joking with what appeared to outside sales representative. You know a true person character when no one is looking. Not sure what happened to the store but seems to Be on downhill trend.

Riely was very hepful with paint suggestions. like how to avoid issues while spraying ..help with graco airless parts. unlike another location i visited earlier that day that was very unwilling to help. this location exceeded my expectations.
