Its unfortunate that this company values a sale over doing the right thing. Their salesman sold me the wrong product to finish my concrete floor in our brand new house. 1700 sq. ft. I didnt realize it was wrong until I talked to the manufactures rep about our issues and he told me. I gave them an easy solution to correct this problem and they have ignored me. I have now decided to go after the full amount to fix the problem. It would have cost them $1,500 and now going to be over $20k. Any reputable business owns up to their mistakes. Unfortunately, not Carter/Waters. Frustrating!!
