Buyer beware!!!! The drivers will over charge you for items that you do get. The drivers will charge you for items you dont get but they somehow have it on your invoice. You have to watch them like a hawk !!!! Look at EVERY invoice carefully. When you have a billing dispute it takes months and months to get it resolved!!! And when you ask to increase an item by 50, they tell you the next break point is 400. Then after months of being overcharged and you confront them about it again, they tell you that they never said that and basically call you a lier.

Dale Franks is one of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. He ordered material from my business with a purposely incorrect credit card number and now refuses to come pick it up or pay for it. It was made very clear that the item he ordered was no eligible for return at the time he ordered it. Now I am stuck paying $159 out of my own pocket. Real class act. He is no longer eligible to ever order anything else from my business.

My company has had the worst experience with this company. Charged for weeks we didnt receive our deliveries, random price increases imposed at will, extra charges on our invoices for items we didnt request or even get ....and now theyve tried to trick us into signing a contract extension 18 months before our current contract expires. No faith left in this company or their resolution for our issues. We wont be doing business with Cintas one single day beyond the current contract they are forcing us to finish out. Dear Cintas management ...you might be getting another $3k out of my company, but Im telling my story far and wide about our experiences and the loss you will (in fact, already have lost a bank with several branches I know of) experience will be far greater than what were left paying for.

Cintas has the worst customer service of any uniform co. in the Kansas city area., They entrap you into a auto renewal for 5 year terms using computer generated signatures to keep you on there services. Management is so incompetent, not a soul in the whole corporation knows what is going on, so you will get the run around and no call backs. I would give no star, do not use this company you will be sorry, I have done my five year contract and still getting service after I canceled, they tell me I have not fulfilled the contract but my contract says I have. I cant get a resolution on this matter, time for attorney. I am not one to leave reviews but you have been warned, if you are locked in to a contract your already screwed.

Currently, we are experiencing terrible service from Cintas Corporation. I have always felt that their customer service department is only a group of attorneys that enforce their agreements. I definitely experienced that today. I hate our Cintas service and will never recommend. Would love to get out of our agreement. Their handshake agreement is like a choke hold. Never engage these people for service unless you wish to be disappointed. I spent an hour and a half only to be told that we would need to sign a new service agreement. Well, that wont help Pooches Paradise out because you already cannot properly or adequately perform even the simplest of tasks. I hate that my company is associated with them.Update - 5/12: After 3 days of discussion with the Service Manager, Grant, on how Cintas could make it right, they failed to deliver on their service promise again. Our delivery of items we ordered was short and we were charged for items not delivered. We are a small business and we have these simple problems, how can they possibly serve a larger organization?The pictures included are the mops heads they replaced with their mop sticks. Nope, I dont think so. They had to notice that we were forced to use something else because they told us they wouldnt provide mop sticks because we wouldnt re-up our contract in December. Doesnt seem right. Seems like bad business and unfair practices.
