Dont answer phone, doesnt honor warranties of their work. Screen doesnt sit flush and cracked within 10 minutes of return. Charged full price to repair glass again. Speaker no longer works and they couldnt figure or what they did.

These gentlemen are fantastic! They had the part necessary for my phone the next day & had me completely & perfectly repaired in less than an hour. I, honestly, have never had such wonderful customer service & appreciation. I highly recommend them!

My screen popped out of my phone. I called to see if it could be fixed. They fixed it on my lunch hour and even saved my screensaver I had just put on a few days prior and put it on the new screen. Cost less than $140. Much better than buying a new iPhone 11! Very nice and professional people!

I took in a Zagg screen protector to have them put on and when they took the old screen protector off I could see my phone screen was actually damaged below the covering. When I decided to think about whether to repair the screen or live with it, instead of just leaving the old cover off they took the time to put it back on so the new one wouldnt be used until I made up my mind and were very patient. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a lot of problems getting my screen in due to shipping problems and delays with the mail.But once they got it in they fixed it rapidly and when 2 days later we found that the screen was defective they overnighter a replacement and fixed it immediately so even though everything went wrong I was still pleased with their services.

Had a set quote on Tuesday. 100 bucks. I said cool. Ill be back Thursday. Come Thursday The manager took one look at me and said 159. I said the agreement I had was 100. Then he said 179 cause he was to lazy to work on my phone. Then refused service for no good reason. What so ever. Filling with BBB and considering lawsuit

Took in a iPhone 8 Plus with a busted screen the staff Was very welcoming and look at phone and said yes they could fix in 1 hour for $79. Left store 45 minutes later was called and said phone was ready got back to store went through phone every thing worked as it should. The warranty was explained to me and staff explained if you have any issues please come back.Staff was very respectful and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Took my phone in for a problem with my wireless charging. They Installed a new coil in the phone and asked me to bring a wireless charger in to test the phone after installation. Thought it was quite odd they didnt have a wireless charger there for testing. How did they diagnose it the first time? After repair was made wireless charging still didnt work but I was not charged for any parts or labor. BUT, while my phone was there it was dropped and the back glass was chipped in the corner and cracked all the way across the back. Technician apologized and ordered me a new part free of charge. Wasnt out of any money,just time. Honestly expected a little more professionalism from them.

After putting in a claim with Assurant through my Xfinity Mobile service, I was told that this was the only place I could get my phone serviced. I live approximately 35 miles away from this business. After speaking with the associate earlier that day, he assured me that they had all the replacement parts and they close at 6pm. I arrived there that 5:52 pm Thursday night after leaving my job early only to be told, we close in 8 minutes so youll have to come back another time. I returned to the store 2 days later on Saturday and I was told then that the part would have to be ordered, which would take about 3 business days and it would cost me $329.00 out of pocket. I asked the associate why and his reply, Samsung parts cost a lot to replace. I thanked him for his time and left. I later followed up with Xfinity and Assurant. I only had to pay an additional $70 for a replacement phone.

Had my sons screen replaced on his iphone 8. It was $80 which I thought was a little high for an older version phone, but they did it on the spot while I waited so the convenience was nice.

We had our cell phone repaired, new screen, new case, and all of our information transferred at a very reasonable price. James was very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting everything set up for us. He did a great job. If we need any repairs in the future we will use their services again. I enquired about a screen replacement on my iPhone 6S. I received a prompt quote followed by a courtesy call. Without booking an appointment, I found I time to turn up and get the work done. The owner was extremely helpful and polite. The work was done, very well, in less than an hour. He gave great advice and let me work in the shop with his wifi password while I waited. I highly recommend this business.

Ive been trying to get my cellphone fixed for a whole week now. Ive had to make far too many trips to the store and paid $123 and my phone is still not working properly. I called 3-30-2020 and spoke with Keith letting him know my on going problem. I told him I would be in 3-31-2020 at 12 to have my phone fixed or receive a full refund. I got there at 12:20 and no one is here! Its now 12:40 and STILL no one!

DO NOT GO HERE. Go somewhere else. We took the phone to a more reliable repair shop after taking it here and found out that the only issues were the cameras not being plugged back in, and a part actually missing from the phone entirely after their “repair”, proving their incompetence in this field.Went in here to get my girlfriend’s phone screen fixed, ended up coming back 4 or 5 times after we got the phone back. We paid $250 to get it fixed, and when we got it back the rear camera no longer worked, FaceID didn’t work, force touch didn’t work. We took it back thinking that it might just have some loose connections and we were told that the screen was messed up and that because of that, those three things would not work. You would expect that we would get a new screen because of their warranty that they supposedly have on all of their parts, but when asked about it, I was told that it was just something we would have to deal with. Meaning we spent $250 on a screen that caused other parts not to function either properly or at all.We were told that if a new camera worked in it, we would be charged $80 for the camera, even though they were the ones that would have broken it to begin with. Obviously, I found this to be unacceptable, and asked for compensation. I was then told that their compensation was them offering to sell us a new camera.The manager, James, did not warn us that the “select” screen could possibly destroy other components in the device. I gave him multiple chances to sell me on the “prime” screen but I was never given a clear distinction between the two, though he claims in a very rude tone that he did. Today was the absolute last day that I am going to be dealing with this business. We went back up there and gave them their defective screen back in return for our money back, and we are now going to a more reliable repair shop to get it done properly. They have been very helpful so far and have told us multiple things that CPR neglected to do properly, such as not putting a part back in the phone that was crucial to the functionality of FaceID, and not plugging in the cameras. CPR treated us like idiots and only proved their own incompetence in this field.

Took i-pad in with broken screen on 12/4/19, said they could fix in a couple days. never heard anything, called several times, always got same answer:On techs desk will call you back.... never. Got back I-pad on 12/19/19 newglass but did not work properly. Said they couldnt check it out did not havemy password, they did! Take is back on 1/4/20 they guy says is the password still xxxxx, duh? Again called several times same as above, finallyon 1/31/20 told them I was coming to get it. Get there and it is fixed more or less. Works properly now but home button is not flush and is crooked!! STAY AWAY

Needed to get my iPad fixed has soon has possible. I called around the area and CPR had the best price and warranty. More important they had the part in stock. I dropped off and went to the see a movie. Came back in two hours and its like new again.Thanks Guys.

Went in for a battery replacement for my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. They had to order the battery and it came in a few days later. James said it would take about a hour and it was exactly 1 hour. Very professional and friendly staff. No complaints.

My cell phones speaker was not operating right. CPR made some adjustments and it was a lot better .They said no charge but I decided to replace speaker because the price was great! Like NEW. Took 20 minutes.

Not sure about cell phone repair but dont bring in gaming consoles to this shop.Brought in a xbox one x. Barely over a year old for no hdmi signal was told that I needed a new motherboard. Even after when i first went in and told them that I think from research it was a retimer chip(15 dollar chip) they said they will take it apart and see.Got told the next day it was the entire mother board and that it was $250 for a new mother board..... Well Microsoft would have charged me about the same.Take it to a small retro console store in bartlett. 80 dollars later its fixed like new.Im sure they might be good on cell phones.. at least I would hope. However Im less likely to believe so after all they could have simply checked the circuit to see the chip wasnt properly working and known off the bat it was the chip. Only a year into computer engineering and I know to diagnose you need to check the circuit each individual part.Dont bring your circuit repairs to them.

My wife went to went place to get our Nintendo fixed. Long story short we had it fixed 4 times brought it home and each time got worse than the last. Didnt get fixed got charged and we are still with a broken Nintendo

My playstation had a broken HDMI port, and evidently had damage to the board itself. It took an extra week or so to fix, but they did well beyond expectations and only charged me an extra $20.
