Great service. I had it for years and still going strong. There is no contract if you want to cancel your agreement with Cricket you can. But there would be no reason for me to leave and go somewhere else and pay more for the same service. Why?

Usually when we go to certain locations we like to deal with the same person but this location in olive branch has a great staff and we dont care who helps us here. They have a great team and my husband and i love coming here. Theyre always smiling and keep us laughing. This store always smells good and always clean. Thank you for what you guys do

I have been with cricket wireless for a very long time. Back when all they had was just one store in orange, Texas. Now theyre nation wide. I have been doing business with this store more than 3 years now, and I can honestly say that I will never use another wireless company. The sales people are super nice and go above and beyond for thier customers. Anytime Ive had a problem, which is not very often, they have been there to help me. I love the service. Rico in Olive Branch store is very helpful when I need help. I wasnt so happy with my previous phone. Wouldnt hold charge. Had to buy new phone. I wasnt pleased.
