I came here because my daughter is 10 shes at that age, if I put my cell down 30 seconds, she will find a way be on it. Tired of punishment that will not stick. At a certain age we may break down due to the uncertain stuff happening these days. I walked into Metro in Olive Branch. Metro by T Mobile is giving deals you wont believe on a budget. Take my word.
This store blatantly charged us for over $60 of accessories that we did not want or ask for and actually told them we didnt want. I knew it was way too much and she acted like it was due to taxes and told me my receipt was in the bag which come to find it wasnt . When I went back in for my receipt she put all the accessories on the counter took a photo and handed to me with my receipt. Come to find out the owner told her on the phone to charge me for over $60 of these items I didnt ask for and wasnt going to give me hoping I wouldnt ask for my receipt and wouldnt be the wiser. These items are non refundable items they also told me I had to have new phones not required for the plan I had requested so they got me for $35 activation fees and made me get new numbers not needed under my requested plan. I have never had a business blatantly ripp me off ever as this store did. Make sure youre familiar with your plan and look at the receipt BEFORE you walk out those doors!!! Absolutely a their. This store owner directed the clerk on the phone to charge these items but keep them and not give us the receipt. It to say its in the bag so once we exited we were ripped off.
