This branch are above excellent. The customer service is totally OUTSTANDING..Its clean inside. The wait time for assistance is great. The store manager Mr. Chris is truly wonderful and a great asset to T Mobile. He knowledge of your products is truly amazing. I wont switch carriers now.

Looking to switch from being a long time android user to an iPhone as well as service provider, Kirstin, helped me select the best model for me and showed me how to transfer over all the things I had thought would be lost or too difficult from my previous phone. She was able walk me through the different plans quickly and efficiently while giving the detail I needed to know the pros/cons of each and ultimately helped me to choose which plan would be best suited for myself. The experience I had was amazing. The customer service rep ( shout out to Genee in Olive Branch, MS). YOU were great. The knowledge you had on the products that i brought was fantastic. Will recommend anyone to come to your store and purchase a phone.

During my visit, I was assisted by Lauren. She provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. She has such a vibrate personality and it definitely rubs off. The manager was also helpful. This location has definitely earned my business. If you go to this location ask for Lauren she is so kind and knowledgeable.

What an amazing company and incredible customer service reps. I just assumed after dealing with AT&T for years that all mobile phone companies were the same. I am so happy to be proven wrong. T-Mobile is an excellent company with fair prices and EXCELLENT products and service. My sales rep, Julie was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. She even gave me a follow up call to ensure I was happy with my service. Who does that these days? I cannot recommend them enough and Julie deservers way more then 5 stars all by herself.

Crystal and the whole staff were the best ever. Im from out of town and wondered in hoping for some help with my account that 3 calls to customer service could do nothing about. They even referred me to an awesome Mexican joint down the street.The only thing I wish was that this store was in Alabama so I could do all my business here.6 stars ladies! I went into the Tmobil store to pick up a warranty exchange. The sales rep was very polite and eager to assist. We had a problem though....we only had 1 battery. So she figured out a way to still provide superior customer service. It was a 3 hour job but she got it done, 4000 pictures later. I just want Cynthia to know I appreciate her time and professionalism. I enjoyed our conversation and Wish you All Success on you journey. Also the staff continued to make sure I was OK and informed me that it wouldnt be much longer. I am a Very satisfied Tmobil customer 😊Thanks Guys 🤗
