Zero stars Used to be a great, fast, pharmacy. In line for an HOUR tonight and my prescriptions from this morning appointment still not ready. Its been 8 hours. One more bad time and we are out. Avoid. Seriously dont waste your time at this location.

If I could rate them at a 0 star or even take away the few they do have I would. Talk about terrible! Worst pharmacy ever, was told my prescription would be ready on the phone at a certain time. Attempted to call for over 45 minutes with questions waited and waited and was eventually just hung up on over 4 times. When I arrived at the pharmacy to pick up meds I was told that it wouldnt be ready for another 45 minutes after the time I was originally told. Im a patient person if someone will just communicate they are behind I get that but just not answering the phone as a pharmacy shouldnt be an option. Will never do business here again.

Not sure what’s happening here! One night I literally waited an hour and a half for prescription that are supposed to be on auto fill. Now I’ve waited at the drive through again for over 30 mins and no one has even come to the window. Unbelievable!!!

I’ve been coming to the CVS for years. I love Lexi. She was always very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for her. I went there this past Sunday and got waited in by a girl in the pharmacy. She had “Sunshine” tattoos on her neck. I THINK NOT. She was HORRIBLE. Rude, not friendly, and dismissive. I think you need to put Grinch on your neck dear, or change your ATTITUDE. They need to pay her to stay at home.

Called for a refill a couple days ago. Called today for status and told they are 10 days behind in filling prescriptions! Really!

My experience is always great there. Helpful associate always. They had buy one get one deal. You can also use your coupon if you have one for that particular date that youre there.

First I would like to say Ashley in the pharmacy, 5 stars. Everyone else there at 5pm 1/30 had their mask around their chin. Felt completely unsafe picking up my prescriptions. Which you HAVE to go inside to pick up now that the pos system at the drive through is down. Really unfortunate timing considering we are still in a pandemic. As I walked up to the pharmacy counter I saw someone stocking in the aisle, mask down sneezed in her hand and continued to stock. Disgusted by the level of inconsideration and customer service by everyone EXCEPT Ashley. She was great.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy in my live. Trust me being the age I am I’ve been through a lot. The manager Daniel is an MVP of the company. Even though I stopped in late he cared about everything I needed. It didn’t matter how late it was. He took time to even help me through everything I needed even as closing time was approaching. While I was shopping I noticed he built a great culture with his team. I am a managing partner myself and I know Daniel is the type of manager that I would employee. Thanks Daniel. Keep up the great work and due to you I will be sure this is my pharmacy every time I need something

Brittany who was working at 7:30pm on 11/26 was amazing. She was very friendly and made my daughter and I feel very welcomed and that she was happy to assist us. She talked to my daughter about her nails and told my daughter how much she liked her nails. Need more people like Brittany!!!!

I have recently started having to get prescription filled regularly starting a few months ago. Since the beginning, I have been nothing but happy with the service I have received. McKenzie went above and beyond anything I would have expected someone to do. She really went the extra mile and helped me substantially. Due to the effort she put forth at her job, its made my situation not affect my family and I nearly the amount it could have. Thank you very much.

I have my prescriptions filled there and they are just on top of it compared to the other drug store I was dealing with where they were rude but all the people that work there are so friendly and always ask to help you. I do shop there a lot and a lot of them know me but not by name and of course thats ok. The store is always clean and neat. I love shopping there.

This pharmacy tends to have horrible customer service. The techs are almost always rude! Very rare have I found one that seems to like their job

They hire very friendly, professional associates. I shop here frequently and the store is always clean, well stocked, and staff always offer to help. I always leave with the feeling they appreciate my money here.

Associate was nice, store is clean, the prices are a bit higher but is what to expect from a convenient store.

Does not answer the phone and cuts off the line after putting you on hold for long periods of time. Use some other CVS.
