Hobby Lobby is always a good go to place for me with my picture frame mat cuttings. They do conversate with customers as well as try to fulfill whatever it is u need. The aisle associates and cashiers are also friendly n helpful.

Thats the place I could go broke buying stuff. Touring around doing airbrush for 20 years Ive stopped at dozens of hobby lobbys all over the place. Has always comes in handy for me. Has always been kinda pricey too. Alot of things are less than half the price online as far as airbrush products go. Plus no one in the stores ever know anything about the airbrush products they sell, but if you need it NOW they MAY have it. Not to say not a great store they do have lots of great deals in the store. I love their framing department, crafts and painting supplies. The decorative stuff is unique and cool and usually on sale. The app has alot of good deals and discounts Ill definitely will return many more times Im sure.

They have such a variety of items to spark your creativity and reasonably priced. If you catch a sale like I did today its a win/win!

The cashier Kimberley seemed as if she was bothered with me because of my clarifying questions. She really rubbed me the wrong way. This was my first time trying this location. I will stick to my regular location where associates are pleasant and helpful. It takes little to no effort to just be kind.

I love Hobby Lobby. Everyone who works there is always so nice. The furniture is always 30% off and you cant beat the deals in the weekly ads. Great place to go to find not just a wide variety of craft supplies, but, TONS of home decor. Its one of my favorite stores for sure.

Hobby Lobby always has things that you dont see anywhere else. Its so fun to just go and look. If you have projects, you are sure to find everything you need (and more) and you will be happy when you leave there. You may even find something else you didnt even know you wanted to work on. Haha. Im a big fan of Hobby lobby now. I used to see it as a old ladys store, but when they helped me frame a special drawing they totally changed my mindset. I about like this store because you can get almost anything for your house, and stuff to decorate it. Plus the staff was nice as well!

There were salespersons and clerks available to answer questions and check out. Shopping there was a pleasant experience.

Love looking around and finding things

Alot of thing that I wanted. Also this place gave me a ton more ideas on some rooms. Some material there was a little on the pricey side, but all in all good experience

This was not a pleasant experience. I went in to buy a few items and some fabrics my wife . There was a lady who followed me throughout the entire store. She didn’t offer any help even when I needed fabric cut. All she did was hide behind end caps a few aisles over. I’m sure she was probably loss prevention since I work retail. In retail the best way to confront someone you suspect is stealing is to ask if they need help and walk with them to ensure they checkout all items. The cashiers were really helpful and the lady in the fabric section was great. I highly doubt I will be returning to hobby lobby anytime soon. I haven’t been to hobby lobby in a year and will not return after this terrible customer service.

I frequently go to this Hobby Lobby. Everything is normally well stocked. Anytime Ive needed a staff member theyve been helpful, even if the section wasnt their normal section.I also really really appreciate the fact that they open more check out lines if the line gets long. This is by far the best thing any store could do. They open an extra lane, clear the line, then go back to whatever they were doing before.

I always get myself into trouble in here.

I must admit, I love this place anyway, but the manager there has my beyond respect for her and her staff there. My crazy self left my phone in the ladies room on the tissue stall! Usually I have it in my wallet, but leaving the store thinking Im cute when my hubby tells me that the manager calls mama and told her I left my phone at the store. Thank God I havent left the store yet, I guess we both were looking for each other until she ask me Did I leave my phone? I told her I did, and thank her a million times, she gave me a warm smile and she said told me youre welcome. I would go there again due to a simple act of honesty. Someone else could have grabbed it. Im highly thankful it was her or her staff. Honesty goes a long way, and my loyalty to this place will never be forgotten. Thank you to the lady manager who return my phone to me! It means the world to me and so do your kindness and honesty.

Service isnt so bad there you dont have to walk the store to find assistance unlike some stores in the area. And the store is pretty clean and organized.

I love the store but they really need a system upgrade. The lines are so long and slow because the cashiers have to manually enter in each item by hand. They need to invest in some automatic machines that can scan items to make the lines flow better and faster.

The staff is always nice and usually very helpful, if they dont know the answer they usually will track down the person who does. The addition of Bandai model kits (Gundam and Star Wars specifically) is a huge plus since there are only two three other places in town that carry them but not the variety this location tries to have (they sometimes fly off the shelf). I do wish they had a larger selection of model paint (like humbrol since they carry models that ask for it in their instructions, or like citadel) and I do wish their online service would tell which isle something is on and if they have it in stock so I know before heading out but aside from that this location is awesome!

I have come to enjoy Hobby Lobby. I have a high creative element and the selection feds my desire to be even more creative!

Clean, well lit store had childrens finger paints I needed. Paint cups are located on isle with professional artist paints and accessories. I had to search for the cups. Finger paints are reasonably priced at a little under $2 a bottle for about a 12 to 16 ounce bottle.

Cool place. First time in Hobby Lobby. Only drawback was they were really busy and had to wait in checkout

Asked an associate did they metal table legs and I was told they didnt even sell anything like that in a very dismissive tone. I ignore her and keep shopping and low and behold what do I see a whole section with metal table legs. By I decided not to purchase them there and ordered from online instead. She was rude and not very helpful.

Ive found so many beautiful things here. They always have a good sale and its almost always clutter free which means a lot to me. This time of year can be a little hectic but Im patient so it doesnt bother me as much. The earlier you shop the better chances you have to beat the crowd.

Receiving Personnel:Very nice folks, in and out as quickly as could be, I think most of my product was NOT on pallets. Relatively safe place to park overnight (backed to dock). I appreciate the way they treated me as a truck driver.

I must revisit Hobby Lobby, it was a bit crowded on a Saturday Morning. Check out Lines we very long. A very Good Business for us get a project to work on while at home. Looking forward to return soon.

From beginning to end, the employees in the framing department all the way up to the store manager, Alan, were all extremely friendly, and easy to work with. I had multiple problems along the way and they were quick to help me solve them, willing to go out of the way to fix things on their end, and smiling the whole time. Alan even took the time to personally call me and met me at the store and helped me himself. Things may not always go perfectly, but kind workers sure do make it easier on the customers! Merry Christmas!!
