Tried ordering a BBQ & Side Burner. Dealt with an unprofessional B lady that answered customer service option # 2. Easier to buy from their competition.
Two weeks ago, I received terrible customer service however the CEO contacted me and over two weeks I received emails, facetime and two overnight parts packages. My grill lights now are working. I appreciate the efforts to fix the grill lights. I went from very unhappy to very happy. Thank you and great job. This is outstanding customer service.
Purchased a built in grill last year, 2020. The lights didn’t work. Contacted customer service, they said, it’s the transformer, so they sent me a transformer. Lights still don’t work. Contacted customer service, they said it’s the wiring harness so I couldn’t get anyone to install until this week. The contractor said the wiring harness they sent you has 3 connectors, the existing connector is 4. So I email customer service and ask them to send the correct harness. They emailed me and said attached is the manual, figure out what part you need. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sold me a grill that the lights don’t work. Terrible product and even worse service.
Quick & easy service!
I ordered replacement grates for my BBQ. The chat rep directed me to the screen to order the parts. The parts were wrong width. The rep did not disclose or did not know the parts are not a fit. I had to call again. The second rep told me they dont carry the right part any longer. I had to get an additional piece and make a band aid arrangement to work it out. I paid for shipment again on top of the ridiculous price for grates.Also, they dont disclose the grate dimension in the specification which they should.
THEY DONT BACK UP their warranty even when you have the original warranty card. Pictures say 1000 words. Huge holes in the basin and you can actually see my wood paneling. I paid 2K for this based on warranty.......After being told with proper paper work they would help me I was passed around from BBQs Galore and the manufacturer and they saw my photos I was told NO we arent honoring warranty. No explanation. But I did find that BBQs Galore wont honor anything prior to their bankruptcy! Do yourself a favor and if your final decision is the warranty - DONt buy from them!
I had started giving then a scathing terrible review. I was unhappy with a few issues. But they contacted me and offered to help resolve the issue. Pretty reasonable and fair.

They were more accommodating, nice friendly and great customer service.
Very bad customer service, they make racial profile, they are discriminators, and this is why we live before take the service...
