I spent almost 3K on 2 brand new machines for a rental property. Both of the machines came broken. Gustavo has done everything in his power to avoid repairing them.The warranty company was going to repair them and charge me for the labor (to repair machines that came broken!!) but Gustavo told them to stop taking me calls. Now I have 2 broken machines, upset tenants, and am out of the $$I feel frustrated and helpless. Worst experience ever!

Francisco and Anthony did two separate appliance deliveries/ installations for me recently. They provided excellent service and incredibly helpful advice, and were friendly and funny on both occasions. Highly recommend!

I was able to get my washer and dryer delivered on the day that I requested shortly after purchasing. Antonio and Aaron delivered my washer and dryer. They were very professional and nice. They were very quick to install my appliances and made sure the equipment worked before they left. Thank you!

I’ve worked here in the warehouse I was a sit down clamp forklift operator. This is a small warehouse so it’s you, the manager and 2 other coworkers working the floor that means inbounds/put away, will calls, sometimes outbounds/transfers clean up ect. I will say this. R&B was a great place to work everybody there’s like family not only the whole warehouse but even the drivers who come here And a lot of them are family though sometimes it was tough because the manager cracks the whip he’s also a really good guy who has your back and takes care of you he just expects the same and if you can’t do that you definitely won’t make it but as well as the manager ray the owner bob and his daughter Connie the gm as well as everyone in the office take care of you to they take really good care of there employees I enjoyed my time there very much and often miss it but I’m somewhere where I was able to move up and make more money as well as be part of important programs that I need to be in, in order to do what I want to do later in life it was definitely on the better side as far as jobs I guess I was just being a baby but like I said I’m where I need to be now so later it’s better for my family but Two thumbs up five stars if this place is hiring and you can handle a lil heat try em out also great selection of appliances and great prices

If there was a negative 1, that would be the level of my experience I received from Pam and her staff. Not only is Pam incompetent but she has made a mockery out of the business shes supposed to represent. Pam, youre a liability to the company. Placing me on speaker to have your staff laugh and try to aggravate the situation wasnt the right move. You definitely need more training.. a lot more...
