Went into the ontario location looking for a valentines gift for myself since i had plan to spend it alone. Let me tell you, the instant gratification the new Hansgrohe shower handle i purchased from there was EXACTLY the experience i was looking for. Thanks to the friendly staff for all the knowlege and friendly service!

Pathetic service. Communication is zero. They dont care about the customers. Even if you buy high end appliances, they dont care to respond. The front desk as well as the appliance rep and plumber rep are terrible. I have been waiting for over a month for my appliances to receive. Avoid at all cost. Even if you have no choice for ordering Sub zero or other high end appliances, avoid Pacific Sales. There is zero accountability with Pacific sales and Best buy.

We purchased a kitchen aid refrigerator back in June. We have had nothing but issues with the ice maker since July. Pacific Sales has done nothing to help assist with getting the ice maker fixed with Whirlpool since I have been dealing with them since July. I will never purchase another appliance from Pacific Sales/ Best Buy again. Also stay away from Kitchen Aid, their customer service has been horrible as well.

Staff here are all amazing. They really take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for. They have helped me numerous times and have basically designed my kitchen for me. If you are looking for new appliances or plumbing go here! They will help you out and get you the best price possible.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with pacific sales Ontario my salesman Eric was really helpful he really helped me find exactly what I wanted for my kitchen at an excellent price and when everything was completed I also got great customer service by the warehouse guy by the name of Efren who helped me load my appliances in my truck and didn’t complain when I would ask him to move things around even though it was 110 degrees outside. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had. Definitely going back & recommending this place to friends and family.

5/5 Go to Costco or anywhere else but here. I had a scheduled delivery for my stove Monday 5/4, not only were they a no show, and they couldnt even call me to follow up or at least apologize! I spent hrs on Monday trying to get answers on why they never showed up after I confirmed with bestbuy not just once but twice my delivery appt set for 1200-6pm!!! I left work early to be hone during thats time!! I spent all day today on the phone trying to get answers on where my stove was and why it wasnt delivered, still hasnt been delivered, and still to explanation to why Im going on 3 days without a stove or where my stove is!!! They dont bother following up with their customers! I have called bestbuy and Pacific sales numerous times yesterday and today...spending not just minutes but hours on hold and still no answers on when Im getting my stove! Requested help from numerous supervisors...that was useless! In a tough time like this when we should not be going out Im out of a stove!!! Seriously shop somewhere else!!!5/6 update...still not one phone has been returned, I called Pacific sales again...no answers to why this is happening, just that my delivery is set for Friday 5/8, so damn inconsiderate! This is BS...I dont understand how they claim they cant get a hold of the warehouse where my stove is!!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS that no one has the balls to call me back and give us an explanation on why this is happening, when I try contacting the 888# your on hold for over an hour and you get stuck taking to someone that cant help you, earlier today I requested a call back, it took 4hrs for someone to call me back and they were in the tv dept. so as soon as I answered he said he couldnt help me...when u go on website to chat with an agent you will never be connected to someone, Ive tried several times. Worst experience I have ever had!5/8 update of an update...still no stove...this is beyond ridiculous! We have had to eat out 5 days! Whos going to compensate my family for this?!?! I finally got a hold of store manager Brandon, note I said I got a hold of...they still have yet to reach out to me and explain why I still dont have a stove!!!Total days without a stove....7!!!

Well where does one start? I had a good experience with the sales personnel, selecting the appliances and fixtures I wanted. Then came scheduling of delivery. They failed on multiple occasions, causing my quartz counter top project to be delayed, and ultimately, they were unreliable, unprofessional and down right confusing on trying to get me what I purchased. Store person tells me one thing, I get texts and calls saying something else from their delivery group, and ultimately, nothing happens. For a ~$8K order youd think they would pay attention to the details, like getting the delivery date right. The experience I had will forever keep me away from this store. You might say well they contract out their delivery and install, okay I say those vendors are agents of Pacific Sales, and as such either make or break the experience. With me they severely ruptured any confidence I had in someone making a delivery date, not once, twice but three times! On to hopefully a more reliable vendor.

Pacific sales has many appliances and bath fixtures. Love to walk around and see everything.

Ryan was just fantastic. He took the time to explain the different brands and was patient. I completely enjoyed the pressure-free experience. I passed 2 other pacific sales stores and other competitors for the great service from Ryan and the staff here.

Delivery is horrible. I had a delivery time of 12-4. I was called to tell me they were running 1/2 hour late. At 5:15 I called best Buy delivery and was on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up and called Pacific Sales and it went to the recording.They give a 4 hour delivery window and they cant even make it in that time. It is now 6:00 and I have no status of my delivery. The customer service is horrible. I will not be shopping there again.

I love this place. The manager is great. I have purchased refrigerator dishwasher and now my washer. These guys are wonderful. And cheaper than sears, home depot 2nd Lowes.

Large showroom with many brands of appliances and plumbing. Laurie Estrada in plumbing was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer care.

What they had in their ad they did not have in stock. Then the lady showed us a different faucet and it was more they did not have that in stock either. I felt it was a basic Bait and Switch just to get you in the store. Will never go back again.
