I was shopping around on Martin Luther king. We have hit many store in the local area looking for a sectional has we don’t have a standard space. My wife and I were greeted by an amazing gentleman that was letting us know a little bit about the store and tell us that they specialize in custom sectional. Which was perfect for us as we have been shopping with no luck. We were able to get a design the comfort that we wanted with many fabric options with a every reasonable price. A custom sectional with better pricing then what we saw shopping around thanks Jonathan for all your help. U now have a customer for life !!

A must check out store !This was a great store to check out the staff is every friendly and helpful. They have design and style that I haven’t seen anywhere else and they have the best pricing for the quality. I purchased a bedroom set they worked with me to see what the best deal they can give me. Definitely coming back need a sectional for my loft area and was amazed with the different size and fabric, they can even build it to the size I need ! This place as all the options for you to make your dream sectional everything my mind came up with their answer was always we can build that for you. Hundreds of fabric and colors with different seating like memory foam, regular seating and down feather. THE QUALITY AND PRICING IS UNBEATABLE!!Thanks again guy you have a customer for life definitely will be back for my bedroom set

Excellent customer services. We went to 6 different furniture locations and hands down they had the best prices and service. I would definitely recommend them.

What an amazing store was shopping around the area looking for my whole home. I walked in and was greeted by a young gentleman that was very friendly and helpful for the items I was looking around for all sort of pieces that caught my eye. Best furniture store in town a must checkout !!!

Unknown at this time have some issues hoping I can give a good review when the issues are fixed. I love family owned businesses as I have my own so anxiously awaiting results. Will update review when finalized. Terrible service, terrible response. Completely unprofessional. I cannot reach this company and when I can the majority of the time there is no return call and or a no show for an appt. Finally they picked up my cushion inserts that were made wrong after bringing out new ones that were still not made right,. Now I have been trying to reach them for days and their voice mail is always full...(probably with other customer complaints) I need my couches fixed. I have one couch with no cushions and still no appointment for delivery of them. I will be requesting a refund and will not send anyone I know here at all. I am so disappointing.

Please do not pay any attention to the high ranking stars that are completely fake and made up by owner and his associates. This used to be known as Mark Allen Furniture, typically a business that does horrible things to their customers will end up having bad business and instead of closing up shop they’ll rename their business. I have spoke with other customers on yelp who have had such bad experiences with them such as myself reported Mark allen now known as Home Design Concepts to the Better Business Bureau.My experience here has literally left me devastated and disappointed.PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. This review is based on my personal experience and personal opinion.I’ve had my elderly father who’s way past the age of 70 yelled at and cussed at by John’s (Jonathan Mendelez) male coworker while the female receptionists did nothing to stop him from telling my dad to “fu** off” after he requested for a refund on our ottoman. We were only able to get a return on our accent chair since it was not made after months and months of waiting but not the ottoman to which my father and fiancée was screamed at and cussed at.There’s so many more details that I would like to discuss, even adding the fact that one of the receptionist or women working there lied about having cancer to post pone delivery of my items and also make it seem that her aggressive, horrible behavior was ok? Overall, these people had blocked my phone and my fiancé’s because for months we did not receive our furniture and we kept calling to receive updates (each time getting lied to and yelled at until they blocked us to then we had to use our family phones then ultimately asked for a refund for one item) but this is just a snippet of my awful horrendous unprofessional experience I had with John and all of his workers. We were promised brand new custom made couches but they delivered us scratched floor models. They are the worst people I have ever dealt with in furnishing and completing my first new home.Thank you to the message I received from another customer that told me they changed their name, I wanted to post this review to have any future customer keep my review in the back of their mind.
