Lady working here was nice but theres nothing liquidating about there prices for off brand furniture. I guess the mattress brand from India is name brand?

I am a long time customer here. The quality isnt bad for the price. I like to change the look of my home every 2-5 yrs, so going to those big box brand named stores isnt for me...Btw, 😏I did( just to give it a go) and I wont name names but when it came time for me use my store bought warranty ( after only having the mechanical reclining sofa for less than a yr) it wasnt honored.Ive never had any problems with their products or services at JEM. 😊

Horrible service! My family and I were trying to buy a dresser and my husband wanted to take some measurements to see if it would fit in our van but in the process of that they legit sold the dresser when we told the manager that we wanted to buy it to someone else. They were so rude to us and saying first come, first served. If I could put negative star I would. Definitely would not recommend this place. 👎

I bought a nice dining table. It was delivered on time. Everything good. Now l want to buy some couches.

This is a pretty bare bones inexpensive furniture store that has been here for some time now. Weve purchased many items from here over the years. Considering the price, they offer a good value for the furniture. Most of the sales people are fairly nice, but like most furniture places they watch you lake a hawk ready to swoop in on you to try to sell the stuff. They offer bedroom sets, couches, and dining room furniture. They do offer financing, but I wouldnt recommend that option. Also, prepare to pick the items up yourself.

They have nice things, but they scam you. They charge a lot of money for a product and make promises, but dont stick to them. Lily was the person who helped us and we paid a whole lot of money for furniture. She promised that if anything happened to the almost $3000 couch, (cushions sinking etc) within a year, all I have to do is bring it in and theyll fix it there for free. I was happy to hear that... Especially when this expensive couch began to show problems early on. White pieces sticking out of the cushions and the cushions sinking on the sides. I called to make an appointment... Lily quickly transferred me to someone else, like she couldnt be bothered to deal with a customer who just spent a whole bunch of money at her store. The other lady was the one who broke the news that I would bring them in, they would shop them out and I would be without couch cushions for almost 2 months. I was livid... This is not what I was promised, nor is it at all convenient. She couldnt care less and said I can just bring it when I wont need a couch for a month or so... Who doesnt use their couch for that long?! They say what they need to say to sell the furniture and then they show their true colors when you take them up on the promises (lies) later. Once they have your money, you dont matter anymore.

CHEAP PRICE, CHEAP MATERIAL. (CHINESE)IT GETS DAMAGED FAST, SORRY TO SAY THIS, MY RECLINER SOFA BROKE IN LESS TIME THAN THE GUARANTY EXPIRES.IT TOOK 3 MONTHS FOR THEM TO SEND HOME SOMEONE TO REPAIR IT, IT NEVER GOT COMPLETELY FIX.

I was interested in buying a dining set and the lady I spoke to (Erika) said she checked the inventory and promised me there was one in stock. They ran my credit and I made the purchase. The following day she calls me to say that it wasn’t in stock after all and won’t be available until January. So I said okay. Then she tells me that it actually won’t be available until February. At this point she tells me I can have the set on the sales floor. No discount, full price but she promises she can replace the damaged chairs in February when the new set arrives. Now she calls me to tell me that this cannot be done and I can either take the set as is or leave it. Why would I pay full price for something that is clearly damaged? This entire process has been stressful and not once has Ericka or anyone else at this company apologized for this inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen but this is just ridiculous. No one here has training on how to provide customer service. They make mistakes and act like it’s the customers fault. Don’t plan on doing business here unless you want to be treated like an idiot and taken for a ride.
