A complete joke. If I could five 0 stars I would. They would not even accept returns of 4 unopened kvm units because it was over 30 days even though we buy a number of systems through them. BSI basically buys cheap hardware from China of poor quality and pretend to be a manufacturer. Please avoid them at all cost. You get what you paid for. Customer service is horrible. Also shipped be used parts as new. That had been used already.
