Good place, but Ive noticed that restocking items takes them a while. I suggest ordering online if your not in a hurry. One employee was rude or bored. Everyone else was helpful & kind.

Let me just start by saying these guys are great! They have superb service, patience, knowledge and an awesome team. I come here at least 6 times a week and each time I have complex projects. Theyve always figured out a way to get the job done even when Im confused. If youre looking for a place to help you with your everyday needs, small business ventures or corporate level services, this is definitely your place. Andrew is always on top of everything, that guy can run the print center with his eyes closed. Nick is super informative on every electronic item in there. The rest of the team is amazing as well, thx Ruby, Jason & all the others for not only doing an awesome job, but going above and beyond my level of expectations. Yall rock!!!

The worst experience I ever had with Office Depot. I been using this company for my business supplies and printing services, such as banners, business cards, printing etc. This time is different at this specific location, what surprised me I was getting helped by one of the store mangers name Nick, he has absolutely Negative 0% of customer service. I was getting some documents scanned and I requested each documents to be in a separate file and he was so upset and I can see it in his body language, when he finished all the scanning he removed my flash drive and throwed to me, I honestly didnt want to escalate the situation which I should teach him a lesson over his disrespecting method of return customers belongings.Anyway this review is enough for his hard work and his customer service.What a manger???

I had a great experience upon purchasing a new desk and chair. The store manager Jason was knowledgeable and helpful. He treated me with respect and I greatly appreciated that. I had trouble uploading my coupon and he still gave me a discount. I am grate for their service.

The service its good and helpful. There is plenty place to park. The neighborhood is okay. That place is neat and clean. When you use the copy machine you have to use a credit card no cash. Only credit cards bad for business. The price is high there.💳💸💰

Ashly in the printing department is Amazing. She is so helpful and patient. Any prints or projects that I have always comes out perfect, she makes sure you are satisfied before you purchase them. She always shows me excellent customer service. I always come to this location because of her. Keep up the great work.

This location, for the 3 time, unfortunately, did not know what they actually carry, and the types of paper in existence. A3 paper is 11x17 and it is NOT Legal. 11x14 is legal. And it is NOT Some European paper type. 🤦‍♀️. Still like the company. They need to improve their process. Maybe start with Six Sigma, and print the Report on an A3 sheet! 😑

I shop there for all of our office needs. Staff can be more helpful. Some of them are super helpful a few need to be trained more I had to go there 3 times to get s toner they I ordered. Other then ther my experience has been positive and most employees are very helpful.

Somewhat odd location, all alone on a corner, but convenient to a freeway. Good selection, relatively helpful employees. They do price match, which was easy to do, so thumbs up for that!

Went in yesterday to buy school supplies for my daughters and I could barely focus on shopping because it was soooo freaking hot in there! I was literally dripping sweat while walking through the aisles!! I wouldnt go back in the summer, thats for sure!

Horrible experience.... Needed to print out a couple documents for a job interview. Started printing one. N then 44 documents later n using 2 different machines. I received the same document. RIDICULOUS!!!! Also very very slow. Was late to interview by 3 minutes. Which Id given myself 45 minutes, travel time being 23 minutes. Again RIDICULOUS!!!!

I always come here after work. Its never crowded and the lines are not long. Its also clean.

The customer service is horrible! Something as simple as purchasing a flash drive took 45 minutes, and still walked out empty handled. You select your flash drive in the isle then take the empty box to the counter, for the cashier to pull it out the locked case only to find they do not have it in stock. The cashier is clueless and does not understand simple instructions such as you should inventory what’s available so customers are not wasting their time. Items are on sale but not available for purchase and they do not offer rain check completely unprofessional for a business supply store. Save your time GO ELSE WHERE! Frustrated customer.

Went to pick up my copies and this lady told me that I have to bring them in a USB, because there were too many. Not happy but since I need the Im struggling here . No other option .first time ever heard that before. And also for every email that has a print copy is .59 cents.

I went there to pick up an on-Line order and I wasnt greeted, nor was I helped. I finally found someone in the store to tell where to get my order and when I did Josh was the worst cashier I had ever had. He was rude and disrespectful. I will never go to that store again.
