I am really impressed with the whole team! Everyone is soo friendly, always greets you with a smile, and quick to answer any questions. They are the closest to a family environment that I have come across. The quality of their furniture and electronics exceeds my expectations, and if there is any issue with the products after purchase, they respond very quickly. Oh, and did I mention they do free delivery and set ups? 😁 I will not go anywhere else.

Very positive experience. I was able to pick out the merchandise that i was interested in and be out of the store within like 30 mins. No long waiting....delivery was within days!My dryer just recently had issues and they came out the same day and fixed it! Its been along time since I have experienced excellent customer service but definitely would recommend this store!

Very helpful and friendly staff. When one of my items broke they replace it with no additional cost and gave me a gift card for my troubles. They do not report to a credit-reporting agency, however, offered to write me a letter of recommendation if needed. Will be doing more business with them in the future!

Excellent staff in Ontario! Taking care of the customer no matter what! I had warranty issues on a new machine the manufacturer would not cover. Josh and the crew took care of it in house even though the warranty people told them no as well.

Central rent to own is the best place I rented from ever and they rent to people in Council McCall Indian Valley Cambridge where on the other hand Rent-A-Center wont even rent to anybody past Weiser or Vale and their rental rates or a hundred times better then Rent-A-Center or Aarons and they have fast friendly awesome staff a treat you with kindness care and concern about your needs I would recommend anybody in the world to rent from Central rent-to-own before Aarons or Rent-A-Center thank you Central rent to own for your great hospitality and your spectacular service

We are new customers with r2o we are paying under $300.00 for a full bedroom set plus a Ps4, we have more items threw them for our price under $300.00 then having two items threw Aaron’s for a lot closer to $300 I love r2o they helped us right away and delivered our stuff the same day if anyone asked for a place to rent from I would tell them r2o in Ontario or josh helped us out a lot and that’s something nice to have when you need the help 😀 STOP IN AND CHECK THEM OUT!!!
