Omgosh.....this store is a mess. Definitely need some help. Freight stacked in every aisle- lots of empty shelves- one person checking out ( doing an excellent job!) Very long line. Dirty and disheveled.

Health Dept should shut it down. Very dirty and trashy!! Elderly lady had 40 canned goods and household heavier items. She asked for bags. They had none. Checker was rude. She had to handle each 4 times, into basket, onto belt, then back into basket and into her car. No bags is ridiculous.

They finally have the aisles unstacked and I found my puzzle books.

The best store Ive been too. Friendly people and lots more to choose from. This is where we will come from now on.

9/26/2021 2pm. Extremely disorganized, boxes and products all on floors in aisles, way over stocked and merchandise piled on shelves, had to step over merchandise scattered on floor through the aisles, Many aisles. Customers had to maneuver around and over them, looks like new freight came in with only 2 employees in the store to cashier and do load. Back warehouse is literally scattered with boxes piled in a heap of a mess. Zero freight management. Store was disgusting and I shop there often. Ive never seen it so bad!!

Visited today. It looks like a tornado went through every aisle and had merchandise scattered everywhere. If you were paying in cash, you needed exact change. Some aisles had lots of bare spots. Was in the coloring book section and it looked like a bomb went off. I have never seen a store is such disarray. Someone needs to help them sort it out.

I am not sure how this store has 4 stars. Seriously I dont know how a store can be kept such a mess and nobody do anything about it. Items are rarely stocked, and lay in boxes, completely cluttering and blocking the isles. Nothing is stocked correctly so they often do not have the items I am searching for. Luckily the cashier Marisa was very friendly and working hard, but it was tough to see her work so hard by herself. A blonde lady that appeared to be the manager, was just wandering around the store, ignoring the long line of people, and moving really slow. This store is not cared for. I know some places are short staffed, but this is beyond ridiculous. The store looks horrible and the employees are having a hard time keeping up despite trying. If I owned this place, I would hire a new manager because obviously the one currently employed is not cut out for the job.

This was the worst dollar store I have ever been to. Its dirty, cluttered, and they are not very friendly.

I was so embarrassed for our community, this store is an absolute mess and not in ADA ccompliance! I am not able to take my husband in this store with his wheel chair, all of the aisles are crowded with merchandise on the floor, shelves are not stocked and product is disorganized! The manager was absolutely making a fool of herself by yelling at a customer and I mean yelling! Who ever owns this store, please take some pride in your store! The people in our community deserve to have a nice clean, organized and friendly management. So sad 😞!

Store is a disaster. One cashier working 4 others standing around talking and a line of customers that stretched down 2 isles. And no baskets to use. This store is a waste needs better management or a better owners. Yeah tornado alley

It is the most cluttered filthy Dollar Tree I have ever visited floors have not been mopped for the past month boxes in every isle, empty shelves and what product that is there is mixed, unsorted and piled, does not live up to the standards of other Dollars Tree. It is getting to the point of a safety hazard. never go there when you are on your lunch break only one register is opened and they do not call for back up.

Under staffed. Store has been very messy everytime Ive gone in. And boxes stacked every row. So sad.

Love it the prices are great and you can get so many gifts from there

Staff is very rude if you forget your mask. All over a $2 purchase a little kid was trying to make. Absolutely not necessary!

This is the worst dollar tree I have ever been too. It was dirty, employees were not friendly and so cluttered that I could not push my cart through the aisles. I do not know what dollar tree policy is on wearing a mask but I have been vaccinated and not required to wear a mask any longer but when I told the clerk that she refused to wait on me and would not ring up my items. I walked out of there leaving a cart full of decorations and paper products. I will never return and hope that my review is taken seriously and dollar tree takes action upon this store and it’s policy and appearance.

Isles are a bit tight for more than 2 people with carts..good selection of products. Not crowded and the cashiers are fast.

Worst DT Ive ever been too lol.Ill start with the old snatches cashiering... If there is an issue with giving certain amounts of cash back, REMOVE THAT OPTION. Put up a sign saying Please ask cashier before requesting cash back above $20. The next time Im in here and I get an attitude from some crypt keeper old lady, Im gonna clap back.Second, there is always a line a mile long and either no one else working or three or four other people working but not opening up extra registers.The manager is always in his car smoking, his employees have to come outside to get him from his car when they need something. Ive seen it a few times.This place needs an overhaul.

This place is pretty okay. They have just about anything you can think of. I even saw some A1 steak sauce in there today. Would have given more stars but the establishment has got this dirtiness to it just about every time i go there. And its in Ontario by the interstate which is just kinda dirty all in its own so im sure they do their best

I was shopping between 4-5 on Wednesday. It was fairly busy. The check out line was long I wss 6th in line.It took the checker until I waa finally the next customer before she ed for a 2nd checker. But their shelves were stocked and I could find all things on my list

I always like dollar stores, and this Dollar Tree 🌲 is no exception.

Its an absolute mess. Boxes everywhere, piled in the isles, employees are using alot of carts for something or another so there is only a few available for customers.

Wish I could give a negative review. The employees sat there and let people bash for not wearing a mask for medical reasons. I was disappointed in their actions and this store has lost a customer.

What a nightmare every dollar tree that Ive ever gone to has like 20 people in line and one cashier I dont know who supervises or manages these stores but theyre very lacking in any kind of skill cant stand to go there I just needed something that I couldnt find at Walmart

I like shopping here fun stuff. When i just need a few things, or am trying to avoid the bigger stores, i go here. Yes they get supper busy at times but its tolerable.

I enjoy the Dollar Tree because of the great variety of product. However, its beginning to get overwhelming because there doesnt seem to be enough help to keep everything organized and its hard to locate items you may be looking for.

Good selection. The store is well organized, which makes items easy to locate. Very helpful and friendly staff. If lines start to get long they always open up another register or two. There does seem to be a lot of freight boxes in the isles, but Im sure it has to do with the sheer volume of sales this little store does.

Wouldnt even give one star if i could. The store had about 10 people waiting to check out with one cashier. I stepwd over to the candy isle to ask if another cashier could help . Two people stalkung shelves looked at me and said she is coming...I sat my stuff down and left. Wont go back!

Always great when you need something quick and inexpensive. The drawbacks are accessibility and crowds. One of those places that youre best off getting to early!

Good selection & decent products for the price. Clerks are very nice. I would have given a 5th star but it needs to either hire more help or some how keep the Isles more clear for people to shop & pass through.Keeping the aisles clear would always make for a better shopping environment also.

Very unorganized, dog food/treats in with crafts, crafts in with lots of miscellaneous things...things were crammed in shelves, you were afraid to take something out due to everything coming out with it...

When they say next in line it means next not the end of the line go get the next person Do your job right. Stop being lazy. On Saturday there was one checker/manager (she was very nice) she was the only one in the store her checker quit so why another manager should of come into help her out that is why you are a manager. This store needs so much help boxes everywhere. This store is a mess it needs help. I would give it zero 🌟.

This store is ridiculous! There are so many boxes on the floor you cant get through the aisles. Not to mention the debris all over. Doesnt anyone sweep? There are over loaded freight carts on every isle. What in the heck is going on with the stores freight manager? Someone is obviously not doing their job!

This is a huge dollar tree! Bigger than any other Ive been to so far. The service is very friendly. They dont have as many register as they should for as big as they are so expect to wait in line.

I would give this store a negative 5 if I could. It is absolutely disgusting. Seems like no one sweeps or mops the floor. There is freight ALL over the floor, you can barely walk through the isle. You can’t see what’s on the shelves because boxes are in the way, so you can’t even find what your looking for. That one manager Lori is BEYOND rude to customers and her employees. And when you ask her for help she just rolls her eyes at you and gets an attitude.

What can I say everything is $1:00. Price is right and they have a wide variety of products. Love this store. Would I recommend it, YES!

People very pleasant and asked if I found everything I needed. I asked about more Christmas items and they said the truck comes every Tuesday

Could be a five but as usual to much boxed merchindice in front of racks. And this day the gal at the register should not be in a potion to interact with customers. But actual product was great! Keep it up Dollar Tree!

I love the things you can find you never know there bathroom is atrocious it is gross and needs cleaned they never have toilet paper and there paper towels are all over the ground the flors are dirty and there is stuff on the walls and holes

I wish you guys could move into a bigger building. The boxes are in the way and make it tough to navigate the store. Staff is helpful and airways welcomes you when you come in.

Cheap place to get the little stuff

This dollar store is great for a quick stop before a movie to get great prices cant and soda. It also has a good selection of household goods like toilet paper and laundry items.

I love all the Dollar Trees. But this one is quite small and EXTREMELY dirty. But I still go there for the HUGE deals.

Its ok. Stood in line waaay to long where there was one checker v working while I heard p3 people chatting it up in their office.Where you could hear their entire nonnon w related conversation. Maybe they were all taking their 15-minute break? At the same time! Never know I guess.

It is the so crowded with boxes of merchandise on the floor that a person walking has a hard time getting through much less a handicapped person in a scooter or wheelchair plus it is dirty. I love a dollar store but it is very hard for me to get around with my scooter that I very seldom go there
