Came to pay bill, The worker was super nice and quick

I went here to finally upgrade to an I phone, and I loved it.

I have always been pleased with Cricket phone service, and even happier with the customer service I received from Josh, at Cricket Opelika location! Super nice, knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to me. I had a major issue that happened with my phone & he helped figure it out and come up with the best resolution. Ill definitely be back in a couple weeks, to purchase a new phone!

Delvan was very helpful in assisting me to get my number ported from Straight talk. I drove from Thomasville, Al because that location didnt know how to do the port. Delvan didnt stop until he got it done.

I recently left my charger home while traveling and needed one really bad. I am usually strictly Verizon however this location was close so I gave it a try. I can say that I was quite pleased with the service and assistance that I received from the employees. I was able to stay connected in my time of bereavement!

The staff was not knowledgeable! They tried to charge me for phone insurance when I didnt want it. The gentleman acted like he couldnt take the charge off. I finally got him to take it off. But somehow I was still charged $25 more than I should have been. To top it off they gave me a blank receipt.

Awesome customer service. Delvan set up everything for me.

Came in at closing time at Mr.Houston still took time to help me get my wifi to work.

When you keep yout phone bill paid and they refuse to provide you that service its theft ! Its fraudulent its cricket wireless main goal .
