Koty went above and beyond to help us upgrade 3 phones yesterday. We went to another Verizon store in the same area and they said everything was on backorder. We called Kotys store and he went to another store to get the phones for us!

This store is the best Verizon store in town. Brandon has the best customer service. If you need anything or have any questions he takes his time to help you figure it out. Joseph at Verizon store was terrific. My battery crashed in my 6 yr old iPhone and Joseph did everything in his power to get it to boot up so I could retrieve my info. Unfortunately it was too far gone. He gets “A” for his efforts. Got me in new iPhone quickly. Explained all new changes and I was in my way. Great job !!

Joseph was a TREMENDOUS help with my phone not working!!! He was also very patient with someone ahead of me, who was completely clueless about her password and account. He was able to multitask and take care of everyone, in spite of being alone. He is to be commended!!

These guys have stepped up and provided excellent customer service throughout the trials and problems of Covid. I used to use the Tiger Town store, but had several poor experiences and then gave Koty and the store Pepperell Parkway an try and have been super pleased with the service and attention to detail!

I had a great experience at Verizon today changing cellular telephones. Brandon made it easy for me since I’m not that savvy on devices. Don’t know how I would have made the change by my self.

Staff was very helpful in transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. Was able to get in and out with good time and am pleased with my products.

Verizon should coordinate their online presence with their in store offerings. It’s very frustrating to go in and find out that what is online is not offered in store. Especially when the web price doesn’t say “online only.”

I was frustrated due to another Verizon store telling me a phone was to old and couldnt be connected to Verizon. I went to this store and met a guy named Cody. He was friendly, helpful, and switched my phone no problem!

This store was the best I walked in and Branden greeted me right away as well as every customer that walked in behind me. He knew exactly right off what was wrong with my phone and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Great service was in and out of the store with a new phone and all info transferred from old phone to new phone in less than 30 minutes.

This place is so much better than tiger town location. Better promotions, not as long of a wait and spectacular customer service. My family and I happened to be in the area visiting and stopped in. Dakota was very knowledgeable and we got a phenomenal deal on a phone and tablet with accessories. Sanh is so super sweet and easy to speak with. Terrance is awesome as well .They have a wonderful dynamic going on and seem to have a wonderful Manager. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area. Dont believe all these reviews. Every time we have been in here it has been the most pleasurable experience!

Peyton is just awesome. Amazing. I went in for an upgrade but I also had to manage my own store right down from them. Then I had bank issues. He worked on my issue literally all day until I was upgraded. Then because I couldnt leave my own store, transferred everything from my device to my new device and brought it to me. He updated me on the progress as well. Ill never use another store again. Rory is awesome, Bryan is awesome. They are just a great team.

Bad customer service. Employee was sarcastic and condescending. Other location was closed temporarily. I was adding a line to our service. Almost closed account.

Horrible experience! Do not go here. The worker was literally blowing smoke when I walked in. I asked him to help me and my husband start up an account and he did everything to convince us he couldnt help us because he was out of phones right after Christmas. Both workers were lazy and wanted us to leave so they could continue to chill and not work. Go to the tigertown one!!! Theyre great.

My husband and I went into the store to get a new phone for him and there was one female representative taking care of someone. There was another male working there who was on a computer. He didnt acknowledge, or offer to help us. After standing there for 5 minutes, we left. Just ridiculous.

Donna and her team are fast friendly and knowledgeable on the merchandise, features and accessories for the phones and other gadgets they have in the store.

Dont waste your time going there because you need to call for assistance for everything!

Horrible experience, and, after almost a month, my Verizon account is still a mess from my visit here. I was told I was wrong with what I had always been told by Verizon regarding policies, upsold and told misinformation throughout. I could not reach the manager with issues, and Verizon Corporate unsuccessfully made repeated attempts to call to get the store to correct their mistakes on my account. Being yelled at in front of other customers when instructed by Verizon to return my phone I had been sold there, feeling threatened. This store is the worst! I will only go to a corporate store or deal directly with Verizon by phone.
