Jessica Johnson was amazing. She made it quick, easy, and simple. She had a great attitude, and she didn’t get frustrated once. Whatever question we had, she didn’t have a problem answering right away. She is a spectacular product dealer.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes; I was helped by a very nice woman named Atlantis. She upgraded my wi-fi hot spot up to a 5G and had it working before I left the store.

Mobile in Tiger town store I was there and good people pretty young lady and nice handsome guy with knowledge and respect for elders that doesnt understand completely he and she exellent service to get my plan done and did it cost free and show how to use t mobile app GODBLESS them both at t mobile store in Tiger town employees of the month

I can honestly say that I have never received bad service from the T-Mobile on Peppermill Rd. I like the store videos that they put out in FaceBook as well.

I recently transferred from AT&T where the cell service is GREAT but the customer service is TRASH! I knew switching to T-Mobile I wouldn’t get as good cell service but I never imagined that I would get the level of customer service I have received. I initially didn’t have a great experience because things weren’t set up right, but once I brought it to their attention the entire store (it seemed like) stepped up to rectify the issue. Justin, Ms. Fields, and another gentleman manger (sorry I’m terrible with names) just went out of their way to make the T-Mobile experience a pleasurable one. The prices are amazing also. This location is professionally run and they make you feel like you are a valued customer and you can tell they value their jobs. I will recommend this location to anyone. And I’m a stickler for customer service.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I went in this store in AUGUST and they added a line to my account without my knowledge and I just found out about it today, Nov 27, T-Mobile costumer care will only credit me 100 of $220 I lost due to this stores mistake and its completely unacceptable. The staff sucks and obviously doesnt know how to understand their costumers.
