Torrey and Rachel made today the best day ever !!! I’m so happy and excited for my new phone. For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue online. It took them less than 10 minutes to get me taken care of, and I’m so grateful. I should’ve taken it to him in the first place, because I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from Torrey since the first day I met him. Hes knowledgeable and honest and he goes above and beyond to give you the best possible solution, and Rachel is the exact same way. This is the store to go to.

The representative James that was working with me and my family was amazing. Very nice and got the job done in no time.

Torrey was awesome; Ive been with AT&T over 15 years and never knew I could get a military discount. He told me about it and added it to my plan today. He has excellent customer service skills and he is very knowledgeable about his product. I would definitely recommend going to this store.

Your associates went above and beyond. First day the guy was so busy had at least 3 groups of customers and the phone rang nonstop and he helped us all simultaneously and I personally felt he was amazing at multitasking and making everyone feel helped and not ignored. Today the guy that helped me was equally as amazing. I had an awful mishap where my baby girl and keys got locked in my car. He went above and beyond to help me get my daughter out without any hesitation. He helped save my babies life. These two associates work in the Opelika al store. I was in the store on 8/17 and 8/18

Best help and no waiting on the phone with the computer!

I decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T solely because of James and Torrey. They are by far the most professional and knowledgeable employees of any retail store I’ve ever encountered (including Verizon, sprint, and T-Mobile). They set me up with home internet and FirstNet cellular coverage and saved me lots of money in the process. I HIGHLY recommend them both!

Came in today to see Torrey and he was able to handle all my need with my brand new Galaxy A11 I got completely FREE with my HBO Max when I came in! Hes a big help and positive person, I highly recommend seeing him! Always great service! Make him CEO haha

After my previous review praising Torrey for outstanding customer service, I have to say todays brief encounter did not measure up. We wanted ATT-TV for our home and needed two boxes. You can only get one in store and have to order the second one (not a good policy to start with--if a customer wants double and is paying for your service, provide what they need!) So we waited for delivery and got two boxes not just the second one we needed. These are $10 per month so I wanted to make sure the additional one was returned and our account not charged since we are already waiting for a refund on one returned service. Took the box with return label to the store and Torrey was helping other customers. Another sales rep told me I had to return the box via USPS (not UPS where you normally return ATT stuff.).So now, i get to box up the item, make another trip to the post office and monitor my bill to be sure Im not charged. When its your mistake, dont expect customers to fix it. You take care of it and check the account for your customer. As helpful as Torrey is perhaps he needs to train the other staff.

Charles gave me and my family a great experience in store we enjoyed our visit and will continue to shop at this location again.

When I brought my dad on Saturday the 19th to get him a new phone our consultant Katelyn went above and beyond to get us the best deal and not only reducing our monthly bill with an even better restructured plan but getting my dad an iPhone 11 instead of the SE for essentially the same price! She even went one step FURTHER and offered to bring my dad’s new phone to us while we took my dad out for his birthday dinner at Longhorn. She told us the data/document transfer from his old phone to the new phone would take time so she told us go ahead and enjoy dinner and if the transfer and update finished up early she offered to hand deliver the phone to us at the restaurant and that’s exactly what she did! She went as far as to install the phone case and screen protector as well and even left him a nice birthday note! This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life and she was super friendly and incredibly helpful and deserves recognition and a raise for this. Beyond outstanding and far and above the call of duty. We can’t thank her enough and we want to see her recognized for this because this is absolutely exemplary! 6 stars. I had a great experience at the store. The management and all employees were very helpful and patient.While I was being helped many other patrons visited the store with many questions and payments on bills and they still manage to take care of me and them both. I bought a new phone they updated everything from my old phone To my new phone with no issues. Overall a great experience a highly suggest going to the store.I had a lot of questions about my new phone they were very knowledgeable even showed me how to use my phone. The location is great right off of the interstate. Many other stores to shop in and take care of any needs you might have.

Focusing on your customers needs should ALWAYS be 1st priority! Leave your cell phone alone and make sure your customer is COMPLETELY SATISFIED before leaving!!! Dont throw your customer to customer service if its something you can handle! I want our activation fees waived as I was told!

The Tiger Town ATT has by far the worst costumer service. I cant believe the girl that works there is so rude.

Door was locked when we got there, even though they were supposed to be open. Sales manager was not helpful. Didnt act like she wanted to do her job. Couldnt answer our questions. Said her scanners and tablets were broken. Couldnt access our account on her computer. No phones out on display. Told us to go to the store in Auburn on Opelika Road.

Awesome experience, upgraded to Galaxy Note 9. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and got me a discount and 200.00 worth of free stuff all in 45 minutes!! I highly recommend visiting this ATT&T store for all your needs.

Mariah was absolutely amazing with us. I was able to get a new phone and plan with the tight budget we were on. She was able to find us all the saving possible without hard selling us on anything we wouldnt need. I would highly recommend seeing her.

I visited the store to upgrade to the new iPhone about a month ago. The two employees, one man and one girl, in the store were both extremely unprofessional.The girl who apparently was the store manager kept talking about her family/cousins and some of the stories she was saying was not work appropriate at all... all I wanted was to upgrade my phone and did not want to listen to her family drama.Furthermore, after reviewing the upgrade details on ATT online it looks like she added insurance to my device without even asking me.This store needs a lot of work.

My overall experience was the absolute best ever. When I compare it to my experiences dealing with other phone companies like my old dealer Sprint. I can truly say Im glad I made the switch.

Nice, clean store. Moderately knowledgeable representatives. This is not a direct AT&T dealer - they are contract - so any troubleshooting or new service they do will be just above what you can do using the customer service number yourself.

I went from T-Mobile to Verizon now At&t less than a week but, we also have the cable, wifi with them I love it especially where we stay it works so good even better without wifi I love my note 8 I give it a 5 better service than T-Mobile.
