Allan and Olga are the wizards who solved my hearing problem--they were patient to hear my concerns and they understood why I stopped wearing my previous hearing aids because they amplified ALL sounds louder but I could not distinguish certain human speech like soft consonants sounds. The digital technology has advanced to the place that every deficit of my hearing in the vocal range can be improved dramatically without amplifying the clatter of background noise. My hearing aids are intelligent and self-adjust automatically from conversation mode to theater mode to outdoor mode. Its funny to me now that my wife has stopped complaining that I have the TV too loud. Now she is the one turning up the volume.I am well pleased with my new Phonak brand hearing aids. I dont feel the pressure of ear buds and they are visually discrete. I like that insurance covered some of the cost too.Be advised that this firm makes house calls. Can you believe it?
