We made a trip out to Cycle Gear with our 13 year old son to look at pants for his dirt bike. We left very happy with a pair of reasonably priced pants and a shirt. Happy. We were greeted and provided with as much time and answers to our questions as we needed. Highly recommend the store!

Very well put together store has everything you need to get you out of a jam or just to update ur gear wide selection from helmets tires and dirtbike gear staff is very knowledgeable and if they dont have what you need they will order very good ppl ..

I am a beginner and Chris was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for my first helmet and he helped me find the right fit and explained the features of the different helmets at the various price points. I was happy with the helmet he recommended.

Weve had outstanding service, and reasonable prices with the Orange Cycle Gear shop. I highly recommend doing business with them in person. All of the staff are knowledgeable, and competent with helping customers select from an ample inventory. This time around Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were all set before we concluded our visit.

Purchased a 2021 Goldwing Airbag models. Was able to do 95% over the phone and email. Price was competitive. Worth the drive from Connecticut. Once I arrived to pick up the bike I was out in 40 minutes.... No games or hidden fees at closing. Forgot to top off the gas tank but gave me $20 credit after I told them. I would recommend using them.

I was looking for a riding jacket with protective gear in a highly visible color in womans. The staff was very, very accommodating and patient with me...assisting when I needed it and recognizing also I needed alone time to process my needs. Staff was very knowledgeable about the products and offered options to order online if that would meet my need.I was very happy with my purchase. My only criticism is the stock available to choose from was limited...I wanted a bright visible jacket in womans...but they only offered white (or black with slight pink or purple) in womans cuts. I ended up buying a mens jacket...which Im actually happy with cause it gave me more arm room but did have to compromise onmy visibility interest.

I ordered a Cardo Packtalk Slim and had it delivered to this store as it is the closest location to me at an hour away. We arrived and were immediately greeted. Matt helped us find our order, he installed it to the helmet, and he synced the new Cardo Packtalk Slim to my phone. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Our experience was excellent. Matt was delightful and very knowledgeable and he shared that we are getting a new Cycle Gear store not even 3 miles from our house. Very excited, to have one closer to us!

If you need it, they got it. Lou used to help me all the time with anything I needed; parts, advice, etc. Coolest guy around. Hes no longer in that location but Rob is pretty knowledgeable as well. This is a good store to try on and purchase motorcycle gear. All the pants seen to fit a size too small, glad to be able to try them all.

Came from Stamford to Orange to shop for rain gear and a shock air pump.Store had neither of the items. Correction had rain gear but only one style and only in black. They did not have any air pumps for shocks. A shame that they have such a limited selection. I will say that the sales person was helpful and if interested in helmets they have plenty. In conclusion they are not on my go to list anymore.
