Over the phone, I was far from satisfied with the service and I received. I felt unwelcome and like I was bothering the staff member. To my surprise, when I made the hour long drive to the store. A different staff member greeted me with a smile and it truly delighted me how insterested he was in trying to answer all of my questions and make sure I left with total satisfaction.. he saved my impression of the business and for that, his value went up tremendously..
