Staples was amazing and super fast. I ordered two boxes of different color hanging folders. Their prices werent that much more than Amazon and I was able to get it today. They say your order will be filled in an hour. Mine was done in 15 minutes!!! I will come back.

I would give them 10 stars if I could, Excellent company, found exactly what I needed looking for planner at a great price and they have all different sorts of them recommend this company to everyone and anyone.

I’ve had to come and get large amounts of things scanned, printed, copied probably around a dozen times this year and they do a great job and are polite every time. They even remember my name and suggested I just buy my own printer and scanner but they are way more efficient than I will ever be trying it myself. No complaints at all.

Ordered same day pickup 3 days ago and still haven’t gotten an alert yet. I called Them and they said they would have them done by today and still haven’t heard anything. Terrible staples wouldn’t recommend.

Was extremely disappointed in the customer service. Came in for some basics. Apparently there is a promotion where you get free hand sanitizer for spending over $50, I politely decline and the gentleman at the register had no issues. A manager (?) grey sweatshirt came up and chewed out this young man for not “ringing” it up. Caused a scene when I was still there. Not very impressed.

After going to Office Depot and having interactions with the rude staff, I left and drove the 15 miles to Staples. I am glad I did. Their office chairs were much higher quality, lower price and all 5 staff members I encountered were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will continue to drive past the Office Depot in American Fork to go to Staples.Want to give 5 stars to all the staff that worked on 4/18/2020, you were great!

I Just got off the phone with the most unhelpful store manager while purchasing office supplies for my company. Tanya (the manager) made me feel like a thief. Her staff may have entered some coupons incorrectly but I didnt force them to do so. She does not know how to manage people.

I am very upset about my whole experience with them when I got a book bound. I took my book in on Friday and they said it would be ready the next day. The lady took my name and number and said it would be ready by 7:30 Saturday evening. The closed at 7pm on Saturday, which I didn’t know at the time. I wanted a clear cover front and back and they put on black on the back. The spiral on the side is huge and way too big for the book. I called them Monday morning inquiring about my book and they said it was there. They said they were suppose to send an email but the lady who took my info didn’t get my info. I even asked her if she needed more info. Three days later I finally get my book and it looks Terrible. I am not happy and I won’t be recommending them or their services to anyone.

A decent selection of some types of electronics, but prices are considerably higher than other locations, especially online retailers. I was shopping for hard drives and found the prices and lack of options disappointing. Good customer service, though! The employees were polite and efficient.

Product was honored for the on line price. Store was very clean and very organized. However not many smiles and we had to seek help no one sought us out. That is why I only gave two stars.

I was in a hurry and needed to get a banner printed. The staff member who helped me went above and beyond to make sure it turned out exactly how I wanted it. Exceptional customer service!

I am in Utah and needing to print a 4 page word document that is on a usb drive. It is just words. I went to staples to print. The copy machine didn’t have the ability to open the file because the usb had many files on it and the copier couldn’t handle it. I asked Hannah over printing if she could print it for me with one of the several computers they had. It would take about two minutes. She said she couldn’t do it until the next day. Horrible service! So I bought a printer from them. Will head home to print the document with my laptop. Then I will return it tomorrow. #ridiculousness

Definitely not the easy button. I have a Staples gift card and tried to order a print job online. Apparently they dont allow you to use heir gift card online. What a huge waste of time and definitely the opposite of easy. Hey Staples, its 2016, time to get with the times.

I was running late- my bad- and their printer shop was closed. I badly needed copies for my work party and one worker was so kind and figured out how to print exactly what I needed. Great customer service and willing to work with you.

Printing was a breeze and they accommodate everyone. Very easy people to work with, and super nice!

The supposed manager or employee was very rude. He took my backpack from me upon entry and would not give it back until I checked out, I decided not to buy anything and demanded my backpack back. He took an extra 2 minutes to get my bag made a big show of pulling it from behind the counter. My personal property. I will not be shopping here ever again. Do not go there

My workplace is very close, so convenience kept me going to the place much longer than I would otherwise. The copy/print place has a hard time meeting deadlines, the quality of the prints have been very poor on more than one occasion, and the ladies who work in the print section always act like youre bothering them and that theyre doing you a favor. I went back today for the first time in a couple of months to grab some items on sale and the attitude was the same for everyone in the store. Thoroughly unimpressed. Much better service at Office Depot across the street.

The copy center staff in OREM is my favorite! I use them frequently for business copies. Whether I am emailing in my order or dropping it off to do immediately they always perform a great job. No matter what I need they can do it efficiently and effectively. And the staff is always smiling! Thanks for your constant devotion to doing a job well done. You all are the best :)

The Copy & Print service is wonderful! I ordered my business cards online and they went above and beyond to make sure the cards met my expectations. Big shout out to Jasmine, she was very helpful and professional.

Their back-to-school-prices are excellent. I got some really good deals in the clearance area, too. Mgt. was very helpful with something I lost in the store, too. Its my go-to place for my home office; their desk chairs are excellent quality AND half the price of Office Depot.

Had problems with my laptop and Andy Gualtier in the tech department was amazing in not only clearing out my PC issues but also making the time to squeeze me in on a busy day. 5 stars for Staples tech support! Thank you so much!

The management and staff are professional and they are always willing to help. I especially like the copy and print center. I asked them to rush an order and they did it without charging me a rush fee.

Showed up, workers busy helping others, understandable, made me wait 15 min, then it was my turn and the system crashed.. waited another 10 min without being told how long it was going to take to reboot the system, two others came into the store, started helping them instead. Said I was going elsewhere instead and they became negative towards me, went to Office depot, a lot more communicative people and helpful unlike the staples. Never going their again.

They refused to refund a non-working item because I purchased it more than 14 days ago. I already replaced it because I was in a pinch when it broke, so now I’m out the $53 I spent on the original, broken one. Thanks a lot, Staples, for the excellent customer service (sarcasm).

I had a fairly complicated request with cutting and perforating a European paper format which I imported at a significant cost. I had taken the job to Office Depot in American Fork (since I live in Pleasant Grove) and they botched the job twice costing me money and still billed me.I decided to try Staples and they did a oustanding job. Tanya not only did what I asked her, but also added some sugggestions to improve it.

No customer service. Employees are to busy arguing among them selves and joking around and flirting. I guess the more professional way to state it is by being unprofessional. Having worked at an office supply store I can say it’s a pretty easy job to stay on top of. Sad day. And people wonder why brick-and-mortar stores are dying...

I purchased a little toy drone from there store for Christmas, and went to stay up in the mountains for the holidays. I open the drone and it is faulty, one of the motors isnt functioning properly. No big deal, I can return it. Wrong! When I went to return it the clerk tells me they have a two week return policy on electronics wether it is broken or not, I am one day past the two weeks. I explain that I have been away, with no Staples nearby. He says there is nothing he can do. I ask to speak to his manager, he claims he is the manager, I ask to speak to his boss, he says he doesnt have one. Didnt realize I was talking to the CEO of Staples.TLDR: Staples sells faulty product, sticks customer with the bill. Never shop here!

I had a horrible experience here with my wedding invitations. I received several emails over the course of a week notifying me that my order was done, and when I arrived at the store, they had not even printed one invitation. Each time I call I am put on hold for a ungodly amount of time. The manager, Tanya, was supposed to call me concerning my invitations last week, and she still hasn’t. Unbelievable.

Their printing group is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. The printer manager (yeah, thats you blue shirt guy) flat out refused to print my request and continued to make up excuses about why he couldnt. I took it to the Staples in Provo and they had no issues with anything he said was wrong.To the manager of this Staples, do yourself a favor and fire the print manager, or at least retrain him in customer service basics. Unprofessional, rude and conceited, this man deserves less.

We are living in the year 2018 and the Staples Copy Center isn’t compatible with Apple computers. No matter the file type, if it was created on a Mac, just keep driving to the next paper store. What a joke.

Store is very clean and organized, and prices are on par with similar stores (ie Office Depot) but still fairly pricey.

Horrible. Worst customer serivce in the printing center. Wasnt able to pick up my order due to a travel delay and they refuse to ship it to me because theres no way they can ship it. Offered to pay and they said theres no way we can accept payment . So my order is just sitting in a different state and staples wont do anything about it unless I fly up myself and get it. Go somewhere else
