American fork is my main location and loved them for their customer service and speed. These guys on the other hand…USELESS!!!!Put my order in for same day pickup for my business cards. No one calls or text me at the end of the day. Next day by noon still nothing until I called in and the guy said it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. Got in the store cards just sitting on the printer uncut. Looked around and 3 employees just standing looking at each other. Useless!!
I ordered a curbside pick-up that was in stock online and it never came, I waited for an hour then I went inside and they did NOTHING to help me. The customer service here is horrible and I will never shop here again. The lady that helped me didnt even refund me, she just told me to cancel my order through my bank which is more of a hassle for me when I needed the thing I ordered the next day. Im never going here again and Im absolutely never recommending office depot to anyone I know.

I went in, and Lynn helped me out beautifully. She was cheerful and did good, quick work. It was one of the better Office Depot experiences I have had.
Place was great. I actually came in here to get finger prints done, (yeah they do those here. I thought Id come to the wrong place at first, lol). The guy helping me though was super nice, and despite how long the finger print process took they kept the store very organized by communicating what was going on with each other over head set, and making sure someone was always at the front.
Both Ivan and Lauryn were a big help! Very friendly and Lauryn took extra time to fix my order and reprint at no extra cost!
I had a great experience shopping for a printer here. A sales associate (I’m afraid I can’t remember his name) went out of his way to help me - he answered my questions about my various options and helped me weigh the pros and cons, he got me a new printer of the same model from the back due to some damage on the box available up front, and he even honored a sale posting for me that had been left up despite the sale ending several days earlier. I saved some hard-earned money thanks to this kind employee, and it made the frustrating experience of replacing a broken printer much more pleasant. I’ll definitely come back again!
Horrible service! Went to return a desk that I bought and I had my receipt with me the lady never asked how I wanted my refund yet she just put it back on my card without even asking! Well that card is canceled because it was lost now I have to wait 10 days to receive that money back! They asked a guy named ivan the store manager and he was pretty useless as well and pretty much said oh well! Unless people

One of the best shopping experiences we have ever had! Went to look for an office chair and we needed one right away since I started work from home the next day and the manager was so friendly and helpful and helped us find an awesome chair that fit our budget. I’d choose this store over any other office store I have been to. Amazing service and great customer service:)

Definitely not the best experience at this location. I ordered a print on Saturday night (online), the email said it would be ready to pickup Sunday at 3 PM. Here it is on Monday morning, and the job hasnt even begun... the staff worker told me that nobody was qualified on Sunday.Oh well. Guess I cant trust what the online website promises.Dee upgraded my print to a nice glossy finish which was really nice of her.Overall, this was a decent experience
Do NOT use their FedEx shipping center. Took over 30 min to send 1 small package with no one in line. Wasted my entire lunch time to get there wait and get back.
Called the store to ask what they have in stock for internal SSD 1 TB Drive size 2.5. He said all they had were portable and Office Depot doesnt carry anything that is internal SSD. Online may have something but the best bet was to check PC Laptops in Salt Lake City. What? Looks like they need to transfer the call to someone with more knowledge or get training on their products if they dont know what they are looking for in store.That was the worst call ever!

I really liked the selection of products I found here. I went in looking for one thing and ended up finding a bunch of other supplies that Ive been needing but havent gotten around to. The girls working behind the counter were friendly and helpful. She signed me up for the rewards program and was very kind. It was the end of the day, so I was impressed that she still had that kind of energy. Also, she said, Have a good night, my friend when I left. That put me in a good mood. :)
I was looking for a specific type of gel pen. An associate approached me while I was looking. I told her what I was looking for and she suggested that we go look it up on their computer. She found it and, because I was making the purchase from their store, it is being shipped to my home with no shipping charges. This associate made this shopping trip short, simple, and enjoyable.
We took 2 big boxes to Fed Ex to Orem Office Depot last night at 8:20 p.m. Rafael could not have been more helpful and kind . He even fixed the printer to work while we were there. He knows his stuff !!
We needed a laptop with specific specs. Raphael was knowledgable and honest. He helped us make our best choice and actually referred us to another place which better met our criteria. We were so grateful for his knowledge and honesty. Highly recommend.
Its open on Sunday. Thats very good. Now that Staples and Office Depot are merged, Id prefer they look like Office Depot than Staples. That said, they are both nice stores.On my last visit, the employee not only answered my question, he took me through the store to find what I needed.What else needs to be said.

This store offers a huge amount of different products in the office department.The computers they have are always top quality and usually on sale or have rebates.The team there is run by a great store manager, Sheri P. They are always friendly and help the customers find exactly what they need.I purchased a HP laptop and a MSI mini/laptop for my wife and they are still running excellent.I recommend the computer services they offer. They offer a lot of services but for new computer users you should definitely get the recovery Cds they offer.
So helpful and friendly every time I go there. Vicki at the copy/print center is always so delightful to work with. She always seems to be up to her neck in print jobs, but she has consistently found a way to help me. Their prices are fair, but their business discounts are absolutely phenomenal. Even if they were more expensive than their competition, I will still go there. All their employees have rockstar, proactive attitudes, and Vicki has made such an impression on me that I called their corporate office to compliment her.
Got an awesome laptop from here. Probably the best Ive seen. I was telling the manager what I like and she suggested one that was not on display that was similar to what I was asking for. She went and got it and it was awesome. Thanks!
Easton was the man. Amazing service greeted me right away helped me find everything I needed but gave me space to get it and checked back in with me to see if I needed anything else. Got me to sign up for the loyalty program overall literally one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a store. Ill be back there for any office supplies and everytime my daughter needs any school supplies.

If I can give them no stars I would. All I needed was some pages with a special ring put in them. I was told “sorry we are too busy”. I found the customer service manager and she was straightening pencils and was unable to help. The pencils were more important. She was also very rude. I will never shop there again. I spend thousands at that stupid store every year. I went to Fedex office off state street and got it done in less than five minutes. This store has horrible reviews for a reason. Get a new manager!! She is nasty and the employees follow suit.
Their printer expert was very helpful in finding a printer that would work for what we needed. He even helped carry our old one in from the car to trade in and carried the new one out to the car for us. Very kind and knowledgeable.
I am Charlie Thorn. I am one of the Orem Office Depots best customers. I went in there last week to buy some supplies and they made me wait 30 minutes at the register before I could get some help. The management is the worst, and so is the service. Vicki and Quincy are fantastic employees, but if you get help by anyone else you might as well just leave. Office Depot have the worst costumer service and delivery service that I ever known. Their costumer service is located in India, and at least in Utah they have a delivery service that dont come to your house and then said that they came and nobody was there. I loose two days trying to track my order and after that I canceled it, and asked them to delivered the product to a local store. So they cancelled the order and placed the product to their store in American Fork, the next day I went to American Fork to pick it up and they charged twice the same product. But I realized of this after I checked my bank account. So I called costumer service to ask for this issue and they said that after two or three day I would get my money back, after a week I didnt get my money. Dont buy anything online, and dont believe when they said that they have products in their local store. Make a call first.
I thought buying a laptop from a reputable source like Office Depot would be a safe way to go. After my order got cancelled twice, I finally received my package (shipping took 3 weeks).... of the wrong laptop. Now the return process is a mess, and Ive lost time in school because Ive been without a laptop for 3 months. Forgo this stress and go to Amazon.

My experience with ALL Office Depots is the same: TERRIBLE.If I call on the phone, it rings 27 times and no one answers. Or, if Im lucky enough that someone answers, they put me on hold for 19 minutes before I finally give up.If I go into the store, theres never anyone around to help me, especially when I stand at the Print station for 10 minutes.If I track someone down and ask for help, their responses are always short and empty. Finding a solution is something they know nothing about.So unfortunately, it looks like Office Depot is the new Toys R Us.

Its ridiculous that I can physically show four employees the type of binding that Im looking for, one that Ive gotten at your store multiple times, and have only one of them understand what Im asking for, and then have them tell me that not one of them knows how to use the machine to be able to fulfill the order. But I can come back tomorrow. No thanks! The lack of training and knowledge of the products you offer is unacceptable.

I needed some posters printed and had received multiple quotes from other places with a 24 hour minimum wait period but the awesome people at Office Depot were able to complete the job within 4 hours at a fraction of the price. I was very happy with my experience!
I check first if Office Depot has what Im looking for because they usually have it cheaper than anyone else. Same products are at least 2 to as much as 5% less. Orems manager is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful.
I’ve never been in and out of here in less than 25 minutes and that’s with ordering online. Super annoying. Especially when you can see at least 5 employees roaming around the store.

I returned an item to this Orem store. The store incorrectly credited the wrong card. When I discovered the error, the manager refused to do anything about it. The manager was extremely rude. Now Im out the money. The corporate office wont even help. I will never shop at an Office Depot again. There are plenty of other office supply stores around, with better deals and better service. The Office Depot thieves will not get another penny from me.

Ive made several trips to the printing department over the last couple of weeks. Dee has been very helpful, professional, and has gone above and beyond more than once to help me with my printing needs.
I bought a laptop and the sales associate told me about this great warranty. I was told that if I just wanted to replace the laptop before the warranty expired I would be able to exchange the laptop Id bought for one of equal purchasing price no questions asked. When my laptop died during the warranty period i went to the store and was told the warranty didnt cover this. I would have to send the laptop in to their repair center, and wait for them to figure out if they could fix it. But they couldnt do anything in the store for me.I had to call their service number because the website was not working to get file my claim, wait on hold for 45 min before finally getting through, only to answer a few questions and get put on hold again. Then I had to attempt to talk with one of the repairmen, who clearly was still learning English.Any attempts I have made to get what I was promised by the sales rep have been blown off.I will not be going back to office max.
In short, the service in the store was horrible, the warranty is a scam, and the entire thing was deceptive, degrading, and despicable.I purchased an office chair at this OfficeMax on 9/15/11. It was a $180 chair that was discounted to $100. I was told by the sales associate and a manager or supervisor that if I purchased the 3 year warranty on the chair that it would be replaced if anything happened to it, no questions asked.I was wary of this promise so I checked the service protection booklet as well. It said that If your furniture fails, we arrange to have it repaired and pay the bill - no deductibles, no hidden fees. If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.Less than a year later and the seams are coming apart on the chair. I call the customer service number and they tell me (after more than an hour wait) that they can reimburse me for the $100 purchase price of the chair, but nothing more. They will not arrange to have it repaired; they said that wasnt even an option. When I asked to have it replaced, they said they dont have a warehouse with products and that they never replace anything, they just reimburse the customer for the purchase price.I assumed there must be some misunderstanding and spoke to a supervisor on the phone to no avail. I then went into the store to try to get my chair replaced. I spoke to Ryan, the store manager. He told me he could do nothing at all. He couldnt give me money or a chair. He told me that he found nothing confusing about the service protection pamphlet, despite it never even using the words reimburse or purchase price anywhere. He told me that he didnt understand why I found it confusing, that no one in his twelve years had ever complained about not being able to get the product they purchased a warranty for replaced with the same or an equivalent product. He insinuated, without actually saying it, that I was an idiot and he just wished I would leave.I asked him, Which is more clear, more helpful to the customer, or better represents the actual warranty program: If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced. [this being what is actually written in the pamphlet] or If your product cannot be repaired, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the product, not including any discounts on the original retail price. [this being what the program actually is]. He literally laughed at me and said he found nothing confusing about the wording in the pamphlet.In the end, I received nothing for my time, effort, and frustrations except to have a store manager laugh at me for wanting the chair I purchased to be replaced with the same or an equivalent product. Utterly disgusting customer service.

I was not impressed with the staff. I went in to buy a simple printer for our home office and they tried to upsell me and then really werent interested in answering my questions about the cheaper printers. Other members of the staff were equally as unhelpful. Ill probably just go somewhere else in the future.

I have been here a few times for prints and we usually wait for about 10 min before anyone comes to help.Everytime we come here (after getting a notification through text that the orders are ready to pick-up) they have a hard time finding the prints, or they arent ready which makes the trip to office depot take 20 min instead of the 5 min that it should take.Day of the week doesnt matter either - we have gone there on a tuesday, sunday, and today, Saturday.The paper selection online doesnt fit in store selection. For example, online it said that this particular grey paper was available, but when we ordered grey paper, we got a call from an employee saying they dont have that paper in stock.After a few visits to this store, it gets harder and harder to go back.
Walk in employees are just standing around doing nothing. Need a project printed, he cant do it today because hes got other projects he has to do today He was literally just socializing with his fellow co workers no machines or anything were running. So we left and took our business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

I am a teacher. My brother sent me to pick up some supplies for the new school year. When i got there, they had hardly anything i wanted on their website. I ordered the parts that they didnt have that I went there to get, but because i had to get it on line, i could not get the teacher discount (20% off 98 dollars instead of 20% off 300 dollars. When we got to the check out we saw that my husbands hand was bleeding significantly. I ask the clerk for some tissues and she snapped back we dont have any and we dont have band aids either. I asked well what do you have and she said nothing . so I asked where the bath room was and they just had air blowers and no toilet paper in any of the stalls.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, GET IT FROM AMAZON PRIME, THIS COMPANY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTYS AFTER 14 DAYS .THE ROUTER I GOT FROM THEM WHEN OUT IN 8 MONTHS AND IT WAS $48.00 DOLLARS MORE THAN AMAZON PRIME. TRUST ME,JUST BUY IT ON LINE. YOU WILL SAVE TIME AND MONEY AT THE LONG RUN.
