Moral quandary: Do I tell the world the truth about how much we love this store and how amazing the bargains are and how great their customer service is and share? Or do I give it one star and write a fake review so that I get it all to myself?

The better NPS store you cannot beat these guys in price! They have just about everything you need for your home & more. Their customer service is second to none, they will treat you better than your mother.

They are always super friendly and helpful when I go in. Always finding great deals on things that usually retail for a high price. Never a time that I walk out empty handed!

Found an item on Facebook I didn’t know it was a store or business and I sent an offer. Ricky Lee declined it, but also blocked me. Ricky Lee should have been polite and just say I’m sorry this is a business cannot go any lower. If I’m selling something and someone offers I either say ok or politely respond to them in a nice manner.It’s Just rude and disrespectful to a customer.

Granted, a good percentage is not in that condition, most look good and reasonable for purchase.POINTERS/PERKS - N/AIm sure there are plenty, but my understanding is Facebook is where to find everything good and special.EMPLOYEES - 5The employees are friendly and helpful.

We purchased an amazing tent from there for way less than retail! Upon set up, we noticed a couple pieces missing (nothing major) and I messaged the business to ask about them. I received an instant response and a look around the store and they found the items! The prompt response, excellent customer service and reliability will guarantee we return. Thank you!

I dont do reviews often, but I feel we need to put more positive words out there & not always focus on the bad experiences we have. From the first day I shopped here, through messages online & as I walked through their store door, they have been so helpful, kind, welcoming & most of all friendly. I bought a bike and Rick guaranteed a full refund if I changed my mind. I took it home and realized that it just wasn’t going to work for my purposes, and with no questions asked, he took it back and gave me a refund. You don’t find that kind of customer service at other liquidation outlets. They have a wide selection and things go fast. They even let you prepay for items that you find online, and if you change your mind when you get there, you’ll get your money back. Rick and the other employees at Treasure Trove are great! I’ll definitely be back.

I dont usually rate businesses but these guys deserve every star Im giving them. I would confidently buy anything from this place knowing that they have my back and will go the extra mile to ensure I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this store! They offer a wide range of random products that all appeared to be new in box. The owner was beyond helpful in helping me find what I needed and everything is priced at a discount to any big box store. My experience was excellent and I walked away feeling my faith in humanity restored.

I went there for the first time today and bought a hard sided pet carrier. first of all it was a really good price. When I got home I noticed a huge long crack in it. I called the store and talked to Rick. He felt really bad about it. he asked me to send a pic. I did. secondly, he immediately refunded my money and insisted I keep the item if it was still usable and I think it is. they couldnt have handled the issue better. from the time I ent pics to being refunded was 13 mins. I highly recommend shopping there and I will be coming back Im sure too often ha.Also I never leave reviews

Most amazing customer service! I purchased an item that had one part broken on it and from the time I contacted them to the issue being resolved was 5 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place is amazing! They basically take overstock goods of any kind and sell them to you for the cheapest price possible. We got a Better Homes and Gardens queen sized comforter with 2 shams and 2 pillow cases for $35. Lowest price online was $55 for the same set. That may not be a big deal for some, but it is for me. They also have full 4-6 place dinner settings for around $30. They have toys, tools, kitchen appliances, camping gear, beds, and so much more.

Treasure Trove is the right name for this place. I stumbled upon them thru a KSL ad. The prices are great and the shear volume of stuff is somewhat overwhelming, but it is a really fun place to visit and score a great deal!

This store is the greatest! The owner and staff are the sweetest, helpful, and very pleasant. Shopping here you feel like theyve invited you in to their home, like a long time friend. Their inventory is constantly rotating with new items everytime I go there. I find those things that I needed at 1 point but forgot because I didnt shop for it when I needed it, as well items I never knew I wanted or could use! So much stuff with prices you cant beat anywhere! If you find it somewhere for less, have proof and can verify it to show them they will instantly beat it on the spot. I came across this little gem of a store by accident but I guarantee Ive shared it with everyone I know as the place to go before they shop big name shopping stores cuz they just might have it. I love they have a fb page where as items hit the shelves if your a member you can see it here first and they take payment online. better yet when you go to pick it up and find its not exactly as you thought its no problem they give your $ back. There is no holds first come first serve but I have purchased stuff but unable to take it with me due to space or vehicle equipped to carry it, no problem they set it aside leaving you no worries it will be as purchased in tact when you arrive to pick it up. I reccomend this place to anyone looking for a great experience hassle free discounted cost for your needs.

Very high priced for items that came on damaged pallets. Could go to Wal-Mart,Costco,or just get the same items on the internet for cheaper. Theres no savings here.
