I moved my prescription over to them because they said they had it in stock. They denied me for insurance reasons and told me to check back on the 7th. Okay no problem. I got the text saying we I could pick up my bottle. But when I called to verify, they told me they had given my prescription to somebody else and now I cant be helped at all. This is the dumbest possible scenario that they could have walked me into.

💬 OVERVIEW - 5.0This is the pharmacy of our choice as we typically shop at Walmart, we might as well pick up our prescriptions.🗺️ LOCATION - 5The pharmacy is located inside of Walmart near the East entrance.💲 PRICE - 5Depending on your prescription drug, depends on your price. Fortunately, the prescriptions that we pick up arent outlandish in price.💊 PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 5Placebo or not, I guess the prescriptions work well enough.📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/AIve used GoodRX a few times and it has worked out rather well getting discounts. It is always worth a try when you come in.👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ EMPLOYEES - 5I like the pharmacists and their assistants. Ive never had an issue with them. It is kind of funny, that the lead pharmacist, typically goes over the prescription rather quickly just get through what is most likely his legal obligation, but will go over it again slowly if you have a hard time understanding whats going on with the prescription.

Ive never waited very long when I come to get my refills. The pharmacists know me by name and my medicine and have answered the questions I couldnt find online.

To be honest this walmart pharmacy I wouldnt even give it a star not even 0 stars that is just to be nice to give it 0 stars. This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Like they will tell you its ready then you show up then they tell you oh its not ready yet it will be another half hour. But between then and that time your medication is done you could go shopping, take your groceries home, get a hair cut, take a nap, and see the world. I am not kidding. It took me over 3 hours to get a simple prescription toothpaste. It would have been longer if I didnt pestering them. It is a complete waste of your time. Even if your their first customer it still takes a lifetime to get your medication.

Always provided my prescriptions in a timely manner. The head pharmacist seems overworked though... I think they should hire another one just to help take the load off them.

Over the counter products are well stocked and easy to find.... You wont spend 30 minutes figuring out on which wall a cream for something you rather not mentioned is located.....And another 20 minutes trying to figure out which one to pick. They have an efficient collection, covering what you want... As opposed to a wide collection trying different marketing slogans for the exact same thing.

Staff takes forever. Stood at the counter while everyone working talked casually behind the counter. Inconsistent in prices. Sometimes I show a coupon and they take it. Other people tell me there are coupons in their system they can give that are usually better than the ones I show. Some people give me the better coupon some don’t. Always disappointed and frustrated when I leave.

We have tried this pharmacy multiple times, and after our poor experience tonight we will not be going back. Painful pretty much sums up our experience in one word. We arrived to pick up an antibiotic for our sick 2 year old, told it would be 15 minutes to pick up. Fine, no problem go grab a couple odds and ends in the meantime. 45 minutes later and they still have not mixed our son’s medicine. Not one person apologized for the delay. I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, or maybe it was just a bad night. We are consistently having bad service at this pharmacy and the customer service leaves a whole lot to be desired. I mean I know it’s walmart, but come on! We will be moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy ASAP. Don’t waste your time here.

Even though my prescription clearly said to give me a certain medicine which was apparently generic, a pharmacist gave me its original one which was 3+ times more expensive without noticing me . After purchasing, I immediately found it didn’t look the same as usual and asked to refund, but because I had opened the package, he refused to do so. He didn’t say nor even slightly look sorry.

If you value your time choose another pharmacy. They dont listen to their voicemail, you may have to go back multiple times on the same day to be told they do not have your prescription in stock. The app that texts you will not update you either. Then they will call you days later expecting you to be waiting on them.

Staff takes forever answering a simple question. They also got mad at me because I was past the boxes. I could hear the man talking about the medication even when I moved back. It would’ve been nice if another tech was paying attention to see I needed help.

As a customer to this pharmacy and a full time technician here, I love the technological resources that have been put forward to help increase efficiency. 90 day prescription supplies are more affordable than ever, meaning you dont have to come back every 4 weeks. The Wal-Mart app allows you to refill your prescriptions and then check them out at the mobile express pick up station WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT IN LINE. Text reminders alert you when prescriptions are ready or out of stock and being ordered. A new feature of the texting system alerts you when your medication is due to be filled to keep you on track. Most medications can be set to automatically fill, and then a text reminds you to come and get them when theyre due. If anyone has any questions at all about any of these features we offer, ask for me. I am happy to help you get things set up. I fill my prescriptions here in Orem and use all of these features myself. It saves me time, money, and effort.

They only helpful pharmacist is Paris. For three days my husband went back and forth trying go get his percriotion and eventually he was running out of time because he was going on a trip, so they sent the prescription to Walgreens but it was the wrong prescription. Luckily after Walgreens told us they got the wrong prescription and the doctor was out of the office for the next three days we decided to go back to Walmart to see if they can I’d this mess. When we got there we found out the correct prescription was there the other pharmacist didn’t look when he told us to try Walgreens and sent the wrong order. But we’re happy Paris could straighten things out and treated us nicely. Honestly, she is the only reason we would ever go back to that pharmacy.

Waited 40 minutes at the counter (not in line) just for them to be able to answer my questions and get my prescriptions. Nobody would answer my questions or just let me check out. In my total 40 minutes of waiting in front of the register I spent probably 3 or 4 actually talking to someone. They need more staff members if they can’t just focus on one person and get them taken care of and out the door.
