I’m always very impressed with this location! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I really admired the bilingual employee who took the time to thoroughly assist an elderly lady. This visit in particular, Jake (the store manager, I believe) helped me get exactly what I wanted while being mindful of my budget. He showed me details I didn’t even know were possible. When I returned I found him vacuuming the entry way, taking pride in his store. He was thoughtful enough to ask if I was a student to give me a discount. Jake went above and beyond during every step of the process and the product exceeded my expectations! His genuine willingness to help made my day!

Put an adult signature requirement on my shipment when I simply asked for signature. As a result its still not delivered a week after the original delivery ETA. I believe they did this because this feature is more expensive.

Manuel is AMAZING! He helped me with a project for a wedding I was planning after a printing emergency the night before the wedding. He was able to get everything I needed done the very morning of the wedding and SAVED US when no one else from Payson to Layton was able to help. It was also a very reasonable price! We love Manuel!!

Picking up an order took way longer than it should have because the rude employee sat and make copies for 25 minutes instead of helping the 6 people standing in line.Help the customers in the store, then make your copies.

I was in and out so quick that I didnt even catch the name of the man who helped me. The package I was sending wasnt taped up, and I thought I was going to have to buy a whole roll of packing tape here just to get it taped closed and shipped. The man at the packaging desk was super nice and said he would tape it up for me and that I was good to go. I was only in there for about 30 seconds, and it was a very pleasant experience!

I needed to ship 30 express packages and needed as many small fedex express boxes as possible. Out of a stack of about 20 Claudio offered me about 8 and said he needed the others for the rest for other customers. He was a nice guy, but this was not helpful in shipping my FedEx packages.

The staff I worked with today was amazing! I had made a slight error on a sheet of paper that I needed printed out for flyers and the margins were too small. I hadnt even noticed the issue because it was so small, but the employee I worked with was very proactive, he noticed the issue, showed me the issue, and expertly, without altering the flyer, changed it so that it would print out perfectly! He went above and beyond to help me, I left a very happy customer and really appreciated his professionalism and efforts.

Printed my final design projects for school and they turned out amazing! The sales associate was extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about different papers and printing options. This is the place to go to quickly make copies and arm projects for work, school or government issue forms. If they were still 24/7 like back in the day they would get 5 stars. Shipping from FedEx, printing, even workstation use. Also, the supplies store section of it is VERY useful and convenient. A complete solution only missing more hours.

Overall, I appreciate the PrintAndGo service provided by all locations. It was a great resource we used many times for last minute reports for the kids and various needs for work. Loved the fact they were open 24 hours, but that seemed to have changed recently because I just pulled up to a closed location with an urgent need to print. Thats the only reason for docking a star. Five stars had they kept convenient hours. Every other star is awarded for the clean location and friendly staff.

I love to use FedEx and this location is great. Theyre always helpful and efficient. The location is quiet. Ive used it for the computer, scanner, copier, fax machine, and wrapping/mailing packages over the last 5 years. Ive never had a bad experience here (or at any FedEx, but this is my main one).Great service provided here.

First of all, your simple products and services should be listed on the website, like which bindings you offer, so I dont have to drive down there, because your employees dont know whats available either and cant tell me over the phone. Secondly, I shouldnt have to wait 5 minutes before someone even acknowledges me, only to talk to more than one employee who still dont know anything, even after I show them what Im looking for.

I had a fantastic experience at Fed Ex print services today. They were so helpful and when my project wasn’t coming out as planned a manager named Brian did all he could to help us finish the print job. He even gave me a discount and offered assistance at every turn. I will be coming back for future printing needs!

I had to ship a very large package (were talking 4.5 ft tall) which had multiple pieces to it, and the employees treated me so kindly. They even helped me get everything out of my car and into the store. The woman who helped me did everything she could to ensure that I ship everything in the cheapest way possible. When I returned the next day she still remembered the original prices she had quoted me and was able to provide quick service. I usually dont post reviews online, but this store I HIGHLY recommend!

Waited in line for 10 minutes while someones kid ran around the store, only for this old guy to tell me that to print my picture (which they have done multiple time before no problem) I had to pay an extra $7.50 for them to enhance the photo. We had planned on going with FedEx for pur business cards, and shipping needs, but you just lost a long time happy customer. They even tried to make me pay for the copies that they messed up. No. This is NOT how you conduct business.

I initially went to Office Depot to get some spiral binding done. They couldn’t get it done because they were “too busy” even though the manager (very nasty attitude) was staring at the ceiling in the pencil department. I went to fedex office and was cheerfully greeted by Brian. He got the job done in less than 5 minutes.

Used the same computer to print a couple things on 2 separate occasions using 2 different debit cards. Both times my cards were compromised and information was stolen. When I went in to inform the store they should have their system check, I was told that it wasn’t their card system. The gentleman (assistant manager) I talked to said it wasn’t possible because he is a software engineer and it can’t be a from their store. Seriously! I only used my card here today and the additional charges were done in another state with in the hour of using the computer. Never use this Fedex location, poor customer service and your information will get stolen.

In my opinion good service needs to be recognized just as much, if not more so, than poor service. I really like this Fed-Ex location for one reason, Mark.If you need something shipped ask for Mark. Ive used these guys for the last couple of months and Mark is by far the most competent, friendly, and efficient employee Ive ever seen at Fed-Ex. I usually ship something via Fed-Ex once or twice a week and am rarely met with a friendly smile and quick service. However, when I go to this location if Mark is working I know that Im going to be in-and-out of there in a hurry.Thanks Mark for your great service.

Best quality color printing around. Incredibly helpful with printing. Couldn’t get my pdf to print two per page and he did it in no time at all. Ups has a “color copy card” you can buy so the price per print is significantly cheaper. Wish fedex had that. Ups however often streaks when you print there. FedEx always has flawless printing and the staff is very helpful. Only downside is that it’s fairly expensive for printing comparatively. To print 22 color copies it was a little more than $16 (after tax).

I had a poster printed here by my husband. When he brought it home to me, the image was stripy and just plain ugly. I wasn’t able to go back and try to return it until a couple days later. The employee I spoke with was extremely apologetic and kind about giving me a full refund. He also explained what he thought had happened, which made me hopeful that the same thing wouldn’t happen to someone else. I appreciated their fair customer service.

Normally I love this place and would give it 5 stars. Im sure the convenience and service is still good--when its open. I checked the website multiple times before leaving to make sure it was open. It said it was open til 11:59 pm. But I went at 10:30 pm (I shouldve left earlier but it was a last-minute project) and it was closed. I know its the evening before Thanksgiving and it might have been really slow. But if the website says its open til 11:59 pm, it really should be. I was bummed about the waste of a drive (first world problems, I know), but I was more bummed that now I have to figure out a different way and place to print my photos before my deadline.

I took in an overnight envelope prelabeled and paid for to get sent out. I had just gotten off work and when we pulled in the fed ex van was outside, open with workers casually loading the packages into the van. I told the workers inside that I needed to send this out by tonight and that it was important that I do so because it was time-sensitive. One looked at the other, the other who seemed to be the supervisor said, sorry the cut off time was 5:45. It was 5:50. I asked if we could just get it to the guys outside since it was already ready to go, and they immediately told me no and to try the other location but that I probably wouldnt make it in time. All they had to do was scan it and hand it off; if they werent able to do that they could have at least been a little sympathetic instead of blunt and rude.

After an overly long vet appointment with a chronically sick dog, I went to this location to send a package out for work because it was closest to the vets office. I got there in the nick of time to get the package out, and went to the counter that I thought might be for sending out packages and said I need to send out this package. She tells me if I print out the label myself using one of their computers over THERE, its free. So apparently they charge to print out labels. This is for work, so I really dont care if the label printing is free or not but she directs me to the computers, stands over me and directs me through getting the label printed (but she couldnt do the actual typing on HER computer). Then their system glitches and it wont print out the label. Tried a different credit card. Glitched again. So instead of saying something like, let me try it at my counter she says theres nothing she can do for me and the package wont go out tonight. That was a REALLY fun phone call to my boss. Is anyone else sick and tired of companies putting the work onto the customers? When I walk into the UPS store, they say how can I help you and get busy type type typing into their system to get your package out thee door. Not only will I never use that store again, I promptly canceled our corporate FedEx account the second I got into the office this morning, AND I used their box to send the package out through another carrier. Thanks, FedEx OREM!

Paid for a label online and found a FedEx envelope laying around at work so I decided to use it. I get into the store and they won’t let me ship my package because my label says Ground but the envelope says express. So stupid and they were rude about it too. I work for a company that ships a lot of stuff through fedex and I might look into taking our business elsewhere.

WARNING: Outrageous fees and charges for print formatting help. Make sure to format your images exactly as you need them per page before you go there. I usually create a file with everything on one page to save time. I needed to print one image, and when he pulled it up it filled the whole page. I asked if he could resize it (the ratio was right, so clicking fit to page would have done the trick) and he said simply resizing or adding two per page accrues a $5 fee! That is ridiculous. I had a HORRIBLE customer experience here. He was very inflexible and uninterested in helping me. I have had a few really bad experiences here (printing someone elses documents on paper I bought elsewhere, ruined!) and after these crazy fees I am tempted to never go here again. I wish I knew another print place that could print just a few copies on nice paper. I will keep looking. I give them two stars only because the quality of printing is decent for small print jobs. But really, they are trying to rip people off.

Absolutely terrible. I have never been treated so poorly.I read some bad reviews here, but thought that it might have been a fluke. It wasnt. I had a simple job - 2 pages on oversized paper. After two full days of being jerked around by employees and management who couldnt fulfill a single promise I ended up taking my business elsewhere. They completely screwed up my deadlines with their false promises and incompetence. I will never, Never, NEVER return here, and neither should you.

Printers run Windows CE and have a hard time pulling files from your account online, Google Drive, etc. Ive worked in IT and ended up leaving due to printer kiosk issues on a previous visit.The assistant manager insisted on repackaging items adding on 25% to the price... I was returning a high value set of custom IEMs in their aluminum shell (you couldnt crush it with a truck) which I showed the other worker. This metal container is foam and felt lined, and set in custom high density foam, surrounded by the items box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and finally put into an exactly fitting corrugated cardboard box.Its not going to break, but instead of accepting the packaging as has been done previously when Ive shown how secure it is, they insisted on repackaging it... Id be okay with that if it felt necessary, instead of like a sales tactic to upcharge for superflous packaging, and saying that FedEx wont insure the shipment unless they add their packaging service, when they have done it before.If a company needs to make more money, raise prices a bit... Dont upsell frivolous packaging service. Hopefully employees arent pressured to do so, because if thats consistent then FedEx will be another scam like office supply stores where you cant buy printer paper without being sold a warranty and virus software.Two stars instead of one because prices are competitive since they dont charge as much as UPS for insurance... So long as you dont get sold on an additional $12 worth of packaging.

Went to print pictures, their computer wouldn’t connect to my iPhone X. Tried signing onto Dropbox and it doesn’t work. Go try to find an employee for help, there’s about 6 of them there but they all avoid eye contact. Wasted over an hour trying to get something to work but ended up sending my pictures to Walmart one hour photo 🙄

Today I had a wonderful experience at the Orem FedEx Office! (formerly the Orem Kinkos)-- My friends and I are doing a The Hobbit book club before the film is released this December, and I needed to make and laminate bookmarks. When I told the wonderful employees at the Orem FedEx Office my plan, they jumped to action and helped me complete it in just under 20 minutes! They walked me through how to use their copiers, their lamination machine, and their full sized cutter. They had wonderful attitudes and exemplified extraordinary customer service. To top it off, the total cost of the entire visit was just over $5 dollars. I will definitely be back for my next project! Thank you FedEx!

The wait time here is ridiculous. Im printing a pdf that is one page and not huge and have had to wait over ten minutes for the job to process and print. The workstation computers are also really slow, and you have to pay 0.30 per minute. (it doesnt seem like a lot, but when youre sitting there thinking to yourself I just have to download one thing from my email, this will be super quick and then it takes three minutes to open a Web browser and then five minutes to download...a person gets annoyed.) After writing this review, and rereading it for errors, Im still waiting for the job to process. It has been fourteen minutes. Update your machines or something! Also, the staff were not super helpful.

I have taken a variety of higher end print jobs including fliers, brochures, booklets, and other projects and while I normally show up at midnight on a Sunday, everyone a very friendly, helpful, and professional.The costs to have these smaller print jobs is very fare and quality of print is something you can depend on.

Tried to call about a shipment that wasnt delivered on time. Actually got a human being to answer the phone, but they just transferred me to the automated line when I asked for information about my shipment. FedEx lied about trying to deliver my package (somehow they attempted delivery without ever scanning it onto a vehicle), and theres no way that I can tell to make them answer for it.

Horrible service. i thought the reason to call in and tell them when you needed it delivered was so they could actually do it. However, that wasnt the case, and all they know how to do when I asked questions was, Sorry, repeatedly, for five minutes. Id never use them, and the USPS wouldve done a better job.
