I rented out a mailbox from this UPS location so that my personal packages and packages for my business would be safe guarded. They have lost track of my delivered packages more times than I can count. I will have tracking numbers and email proof of confirmation of delivery to their location and their incompetent staff still can’t seem to locate my packages more than 50% of the time. I have spent so much time investigating where my packages have gone to surely enough find out they had taken possession of them the entire time. Beyond frustrating for a $200+ yearly service. I can’t wait to cancel. The first 3 times it happened, I gave them a pass. But this is beyond ridiculous. So unprofessional and aggravating.NOT TO MENTION TIME WASTED! I can’t even tell you how many times the above “mistake” has happened and how many times I’ve had to visit the physical location at least 3 times in one day to secure a package. I have been nothing but polite and courteous to their staff up until now. I lost it. Enough is enough. Stop lying. Corporate has been contacted.
Poor customer service. Two asked me if I needed a pizza box to ship my next package. I value recycling since we all have to do our part for global warming, mine is recycling my shipping packages. Unprofessionalism and poor ethics.
They mixed up the labels and my package ended up getting lost. They admitted it was their fault but the owner keeps dodging me. Its been 6 months now and they still wont reimburse me for the package which was very valuable. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them.As you can see below from the owners response, he does acknowledge he lost my package and hasnt contacted me for 6 months after several times of me trying to reach him. Even as I write this, he still wont take responsibility for the loss. Indeed, I did go there yesterday, shipped a package, and asked about my lost package. However, they told me the same story and you can only be patient for so long. Its strange the owner is able to respond to a review but not contact me to address the problem. I wont go again and I DONT recommend them.
So unprofessional, unorganized, and busy.Tried to set up a post office box and waited in line for 30 minutes. Was told to send my lease information to verify my address. After 4 attempts and returning back to the store a few hours later when it was not so busy with customers trying to drop off packages; I was told that due to my drivers licenses not matching my lease address I could not open a PO box unless I showed her my bank statement, home insurance, or auto insurance policy.I found that this request was very personal to provide for just renting a PO Box. They already have asked for the full lease. I have rented a PO box from a UPS Store in Salt Lake and was not asked to provide my full lease information. The Salt Lake UPS Store only requested the first page showing the name and address of my current lease. The Orem location they wanted the copy of the full lease and I find that is against privacy. Thinking to myself; now they want my bank statement....?! (chuckling inside).When asking for a manager, I was told I was already speaking with the Manager. So asked for her card and she started to write on a PostIT note with her contact info.At that point, I realized that if I was this frustrated and delayed so much time already with this store, it would not be a good place to establish my PO Box. Threatened by the extreme personal data Ashley was recommending to provide. She continued to point to a laminated page explaining what was required to provide and on this page, it did not provide the bank statement nor explaining that the Drivers License address must reflect the current address. Since I just recently moved during a pandemic it is the least of my worries to go to the DMV to get a new ID with a new address. Nor did the Salt Lake UPS Store have this rule and regulation to rent a PO Box.Ashley was more concerned with getting in trouble than understanding she is loosing at least a six month rental paid upfront with other publishing needs. To be explained continuously that she would Get in trouble to rent if my drivers license doesnt match my rental agreement only fueled the understanding that would may continue to experience juvenile responses rather than professional managerial responses due to the policy is being enforced so that she would not get in trouble should there be an auditI would recommend to the Regional Manager to update your manager on proper professional behavior rather then explaining she would Get In Trouble and provide business cards for the manager. I mean you are a printing company.

This was the best experience Ive had at any business during this busy, crazy covid-19 holiday season. Social distancing was marked on the floor to accommodate the expected long line and still fit all customers inside the building. The owner/manager was welcoming and directing customers, helping those with quick drop-offs so they didnt have to stand in line. The cashiers were quick, friendly, and efficient and kept the line moving. I messed up the shipping address, and they were great to fix the problem quickly. Im so happy with my experience here, and the missionary discount will keep me coming!
Sometimes things happen, packages get damaged or lost. The truth is we probably all need to relax a little a remember life is short. I had an issue with a computer I shipped and walked into the store expecting heavy resistance and to be brushed off, for me simple solution, just dont ship from UPS. As someone who was been using the same location for 5+ years I only expected this negative outcome due to the holiday season. I was pleasantly surprised by Kyle and staff. Your team has been excellent and I commend you for all that you do to preserve the reputation of your store and UPS. You guys worked hard to come to a resolution with no effort or motivation from my side. Just getting the initial response about the whole ordeal was enough from my point of view.I highly recommend this place and will continue to ship from this location moving forward.

Biggest fail of a ups store. Wrote down my address incorrectly and my package got delivered late they didn’t even acknowledge that it was their fault. Would recommend the ups store in Provo they are way better
I hate coming to this place every time I need to make an Amazon return. But today was the most annoying experience I’ve ever had. The line was so long and crowded you didn’t know where it started. I had someone cut me in line when they obviously walked in behind me. And after I told the clerk they need to do a better job at social distanced line, he gave me the excuse that he didn’t handle the line system. After scanning my QR he opened my package saying he needed the item boxes separately when Amazon themselves told me I could use one box for both items. His attitude really put me in a bad mood, terrible service and terrible system.
Package shipped 2nd day driver would not come in the yard and deliver it. driver left infonotice that item would b ready for pick up the next day (sat) i called and they said the truck would be there between 10 and 11:00 am.I made two trips to get the package, on the second trip about 3:00pm they said the truck had come but not my package. they said I could probably have it sometime monday. SIX days for a 2nd delivery, some body is getting screwed and it is not ups

Unbelievable customer service! Richard has been a friendly face welcoming me in almost every time I drop by for the last 3 years. He always has a great attitude and cares for his customers. That service spreads to the other members of his team. They are happy to help answer questions and they want to give you a good deal. I like to use them for their printing services. They are much more affordable than other local places and their quality is still great. I always walk away with such a good feeling from this 51 W Center St Orem UPS store that I often look forward to the next time I can have them help me out again.
This location has fantastic customer service. I’ve always enjoyed my experience with them.Once I had a return I needed to ship back to a company and in this particular company’s return instructions it told me to go to a UPS store but when I went to ship it at this location the employee and I both realized that I had been given a FedEx shipping label. I was fine to just pick up my stuff and go to FedEx but these guys still offered to tape up my box and tape on all my shipping labels so that it’d be ready to drop off AT THEIR COMPETITORS. It was incredible and above-and-beyond for sure.
They are so awesome here and super thoughtful! I appreciated how they did whatever they could to get my package to my mom by the day of her birthday! Would go there again and again and recommend to anyone. Also price was super great! So satisfied.
There was a woman at the prepaid labels desk that was super rude to me, it was quite surprising. Ive worked in customer service all my life, so I understand its annoying to put on a fake customer service smile, but she acted like I ruined her day for making sure it was okay to put my prepaid package down in the spot I did. I just wanted to make sure I put it in the right spot. She might have been on a break or something, but the line was very long and I didnt want to interrupt the other workers while they were helping other customers or wait for 30 minutes to ask if I can put my package there.
Super awesome experience! I needed to make a return to Amazon and had no idea what I was doing. The guy who helped me was super helpful and nice. I do not think it is possible for my experience to have been any better it any faster. The whole thing barely took a minute. The location is easy to get to and very clean and organized. The products they sell seem resonalbly priced. Am experience I was dreading was turned into an awesome one and I can’t wait to interact with this location again!
Hands down the worst UPS I’ve ever dealt with. Most of the people inside don’t know what they’re talking about and make amazon returns borderline impossible. We have attempted to return the same amazon package through them 3 times now, following their instructions to the letter, and it gets rejected by their staff every time.I’ve worked for PostNet, I know the standard procedure for handling varying items, including what UPS dictates. These people make up rules on the fly to either charge you 2x as much, or make it virtually impossible because they don’t want to do their job. Also, even if you email whatever documentation to this store, they always conveniently cannot find it unless you go into your phone in front of them and email them the same documentation again.Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other UPS than this store.

Needed to return something for amazon and it literally took me 15 seconds. I walked in, gave him the bar code, and walked out and he did all the rest for me. You can’t create better service than that.
This UPS store takes care of your shipping needs, no problem. Their staff is professional, the store is clean, and the logistics are very accurate. Its a little more pricey than the Post Office, but the guarantee that my packages arrive to their destinations makes it worth paying a couple cents more.
I always come here and the employees are always quick to help.
I have been to the UPSP store 6 or 8 times in the last year. The location is easy to find, with plenty of parking. The best thing about this location is the employees. They are very knowledgeable, and helpful. It is always an enjoyable experience, and youre in and out in no time at all. Highly recommended!
I own a business and every time one of my employees does this I get a 1 star hateful review. I made an appointment with the Manager on Friday afternoon to meet with the Girl that does the Notarizing of documents, Saturday at 9 am. She was supposed to be at work from 9-11. And of course she was a no-show. The girl at the front desk stood right there and made up a lie why her staff did not keep their appointments. The document that I had has to be in a lawyer’s office in two days 2000 miles away, and is worth $400,000 dollar to me and my family. I could have gone somewhere else and had it done. But I made an appointment and I was there and I expected them to be there. They also have a guy that also could have been there, but instead of telling him someone was coming in, or calling me to change my appoinmemt. She was like oh well tough luck.
The UPS store is my preferred printing shop! They offer great prices and every time Ive gone in, the employees and manager have been extremely friendly and helpful. The service is quick and accurate. Black and white as well as color printing services here are very good.
Told me for 2 days that they didnt have a package. Blamed UPS when it was at their store the whole time. Employees showed zero interest or cared. Then wanted to charge me for having the package delivered to there. Never again will I deal with them
I got here right as the store opened for the day, and the employees were quick to help, even with many people there. They get the job done.
This is a great place with great staff. I love their color copiers and their discounted pricing. Why go to a big box store when this crew is there to help at a very fair price?
Saturday i went to my wells Fargo bank on 8th north to have a power of attorney notarized the same for my attorney gives me every time he has to do work for me the lady who struggled with English said they dont do that type of notary anymore i left the bank upset went to the ups store for a notary the young man came from the back and i showed him the form he laughed and pulled out his notary sticker that the bank lady did not have placed it on the power of attorney and notarized it i was grateful he knew what he was doing because i only have Saturdays off work to get this done.

Every visit here is a nightmare. Ill receive different answers from different staff. The staff isnt trained and knows nothing about the store they operate. This is the only UPS store ive been to that is like this.

I was worried that the lines would long (like most shipping and copy places) but the line wasnt bad at all and moved quickly. Staff had a sense our urgency but didnt rush me. Felt like I was taken care of!

I came here in a hurry. I had one paper to print from my email that I forgot I needed for an appointment. The place is larger than a lot of the ups stores. I feel like they could utilize their space better, but that had no effect on my service. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because their computer that is available to the public was painfully slow. I was there 5 minutes more than I needed to be there because of the computer. If Im in the area and need their services, I will definitely use them again.
Theyre always super busy, and Im usually just there to drop off stuff. For prepaid UPS dropoffs, you can just leave them on the front counter, even if theres a line. I also found that if you park in back, across from the Target entrance, its way better for hauling big packages in. Staff is really friendly, but theyre super busy.

Drivers are the most ignorant, always blocking the driveway and when asked not to do it, they are full of stupid excuses and respond with attitude.
