Consumer, not professional painter, so maybe your experience will differ, but very poor service.Drove 10 miles to store. No longer carried the specific PPG paint I had. Did sample to show how compared to recommended substitute (why I gave 2 vs 1 star) but then didnt want to match. At 4:30 said I would need to come back next day for him to mix.?? Not busy. I came in at 4:15, let him help 1 other customer while sample dried... But with 30 minutes until store closed, he didnt want to mix a gallon of paint?Will not drive miles again to go to a PPG store. Much more helpful and eager to service at Home Depot.Sad.

The manager Ryan Hopkins has amazing customer service . He is someone you do not need to feel stupid asking lots of questions . He is knowledgable and friendly .

Quick knowledgeable and friendly service and if this store doesnt have what you need to do a paint job then you dont need it because this store is nicely stocked which being a painting contractor it is much appreciated because when you need something you cant wait for them. To order it in. You need it now and this store is capable of doing just that.

I was treated like a liar by two employees when trying to return paint that was the lowest quality paint Ive ever used (but apparently it was their expensive brand: Manor Hall). My husband is a professional at construction and has painted many many times, were both disappointed in the quality of product and customer service. Only go here if you like being mistreated after given a terrible product.

Super helpful service: Walked me to my car, helped me figure out the right rollers to buy, nice to my kids. Great place!

Ppg is the best, no doubt they have some top notch guys working there. Skip the lines and the headaches at the big box stores, the prices are competitive here as well, so by all means dont go to sherwin either unless you like paying double.
