This place is beautiful and has SO many extra things that your average supermarket doesnt have. It makes it feel more than just a market... its an experience!

The best grocery store ever. And I like this location. Many of you need to start eating better and this is the place to go. Dont say its too expensive because its great to have good health. Also, they accept link.

Whole Foods is my treat to myself. The staff is extremely helpful. Everything is fresh. You can find lots of things not available elsewhere. I dont have one nearby, but every so often when I am in or near the area, I load up. On this visit the butcher made sure to select the meatiest lamb chops. Just one of the nice experiences.

Since Amazon now wants us to bring return items here you would think someone who works there knows how to actually process a return for Amazon instead of looking like a deer in the headlight. They seem to be confused on what kind of return you obviously don’t sell gun holsters at Whole Foods. When I used to go to Kohl’s for returns it was much easier to go in and out. FIX THIS ISSUE

Its bad enough the store is packed, narrow aisles, and empty shelves. But throw in a few of the Orland Park attitude i dont have to abide by the laws set by Illinois during the covid 19 and i am not wearing masks in the store and it made it my first and last time shopping here... .management has an obligation to keep its employees and patronssafe..THROW THIS TRASH OUT OF THE STORE! But they wouldnt want to upset the uppities of Orland.

Honestly, the people are so friendly (especially the cashiers), & they do have great products. Pricey? Yeah, but I mean, its organic & our world is so backwards that we promote healthy things but make it more expensive to obtain those healthy things. So, its to be expected in terms of prices but their products havent disappointed even once. Their bakery is also amazing & the quality of the meats & seafood as well as the wide variety, is a huge plus; love it so much! So as for the store as a whole, I love whole foods!

Erin in the bakery department is the absolute sweetest! I called in today with a super odd request (wanted to have her put aside a sweet surprise for a friend who was feeling down) and Erin went above and beyond to make it a special and memorable experience. She took her time asking what types of sweets my friend likes, gave me the details on various specials, and even wrote a nice little message on the box for my friend, making it even more special. She did kindly explain that she wasnt able to take payment over the phone, but helped me figure out a loophole (sending my friend the money so she could still come in and pick up the box). If you have any bakery-related requests, I highly suggest requesting Erin. Thank you again, Erin!

Very good place to shop. Clean and shelving neatly stocked. The cashier good use a lot of customer service training in treatment and respect to seniors and racial differences so as not for the customers take her remarks as a racial assault.

Very clean store with friendly staff. Have to try there pub burgers, I personally love the bacon and cheddar and jalapeño and cheddar. Plus they carry items I normally wouldnt find at a typical grocery store. Definitely recommend.

Don’t buy meat from the meat department, I bought in house Italian sausages, my husband grilled the sausages and found a Piece of rubber glove in the sausage, I was surprised seeing that, I didn’t call to complain because things happen. Last Saturday I bought chicken cilantro for tacos, I noticed something weird in the chicken cilantro And I see a piece of human nail. I was so grossed out!! I called whole foods on laGrange and I complained with the manager in the meat department, The manager had no clue what was going on? they never heard such a thing like this?

Most Whole Foods that I have shopped at have great produce. The Orland Park Whole Foods is a different story. Everytime I shop there I have found mold already growing on their berries andgrapes, yet they are still on the shelf forsale.

Very well staffed. Clean store clearly marked. Social distanced protocols in place. Well stocked shelves. Some holes here and there. Ease of shopping for sure.

Best place to get a Vegan pizza for the family!

Aside from the ignorant idiots who cant seem to return shop carts to an appropriate place, and the Blue Bloods who think that they are entitled/privileged to shop here, its a great grocery store.

Loved my first time there, people that work there are very helpful.

What can I say besides clean and customer service oriented. This too is a store with unique items. They are a bit high on price but have been working on lowering prices. Their cut fresh fruit selection is always very large. This is great for people who want to just grab and go. The bakery items are so good too. Lines can be a bit long but it’s worth the wait to get fresh produce.

Wide selection and good organic produce. The prices are astronomical and the rewards card is having an amazon prime membership. If you need specialty items fresh it might be worth it but, odds are youre better off going elsewhere and saving some money.

I love this place. The staff are the friendliest and nicest people i have met in stores. And also the products are always meeting my expectations.

This place is a vegan’s paradise. It has everything. Not even kidding. There were so many choices I couldn’t decide! This place has peanut sauce, hemp foods, hummus, nuts, meat alternatives, smoothie powders and ingredients, etc. I wish I could come here every day.

The bakery department staff are soo rude! They always have an attitude for no reason. I frequent this bakery pretty often and always get an attitude. They don’t make customers feel welcome there. I suggest Whole Foods to switch the bakery staff to members that understand what customer service is.

I wish I could say I like shopping here, but the bakery staff with the exception of one girl is so rude. The tall woman there looks very unhappy and everytime I ask for my bread to be sliced she almost throws the bread at me. I say Thank you or have a nice day, and she never even answers. Just plain rude. For the money I spend in this store some people skills from the staff would come a long way.

These people are great. Clear social distancing is practiced. Masks being worn. Carts wiped down between uses. I feel comfortable shopping here right now.

Shop at marianos, jewel, aldi, anywhere but here. Never in my life have I had the experience Ive had in a store where I had to feel uncomfortable and had to leave and almost was forcefully touched by someone working here. The employees are aggressive, say ignorant comments and very demeaning. First time in there and officially my last.

Please do not shop here. The manager himself has kicked people out for not complying to wear facial covers. It is understandable for free individuals to make their own choices when it comes to what they wear on their bodies but forced mandatory measures are wrong. When the manager was told that this “order” was unconstitutional, his reply was, “Whatever.” This store has security to make sure you comply with Illinois’s authoritarian measures. I encourage you not to support businesses that use intimidation along with governmental abuses of power run by ignorant and disrespectful individuals. Shop and support local health stores.

I went here to purchase bread, only to find out the bread was stale. Returned a day later to return the bread, and to purchase some olive oil. They had a deal on olive oil, so I am checking out and the deal doesnt register. Go to the service desk, and as it turns out, written in small print, the deal is for a smaller size of olive oil. Imagine printing in bold a deal, and then in a significantly smaller size that it only applies to a certain size. If that isnt deceptive marketing I dont know what is.

Whole Foods in Orland Park IL is one of the worst stores ever!! Customer service is fine the biggest problem are the amazon shoppers. They overrun the store and are rude disrespectful to other shoppers. The shelves are always empty because of the amazon shoppers. I would not recommend this store.

Love this place but unexpectedly very crowded

We had an inadequate experience with Whole Foods when we picked up a cake for a birthday.We went to the store location to pick up a preordered cake but when they showed us the cake the macaroons on top were cracked. We asked them to fix the macaroons hoping to have them either replaced or repositioned to prevent further damage. Instead, they took the cake to the back (I’m assuming to give the impression that they fixed it) but the macaroons were still in the same condition and in the exact same position that they were when they were given to us initially.We also picked up an order of cupcakes that were quickly falling apart in the box before we could even get home. They were unwilling to accommodate, and if anything we felt like a bother asking them to fix the sloppy mistakes on the desserts.Because we’re in quarantine due to COVID-19 we were really counting on this cake to brighten up a small gathering since we can’t celebrate anywhere without risking getting sick so it’s disappointing that the customer service at this location was so inadequate.

I would have made the trip a 5 star rating but I Chris who was working the registers today was being very rude when my husband came to get food and didn’t have the skew number. He said “Next time get the skews yeah?” And my husband walked away to the the number then he said “ he comes ands gets the same thing all the time you would think he would remember by now.” And then shook his head and I told him he shouldn’t talk about my husband that was who has memory issues. I hope this place talks to him because my husband said he’s always very rude to not only him but other customers and tries to avoid him at all costs. Please take care of this.

Love all of the fresh vegetables at Whole Foods! Fresh everything!! The man in the Seafood Dept.was so helpful and knowledgable about where the seafood us from. He was able to answer every question I had. The deli was equally as helpful letting me sample before I chose the salads etc. I wanted. I was able to find everything I needed in one stop.

Great selection of items, still grossly overpriced. Trader Joes down the block is way better bang for the buck. But the eclectic items do make the visit worthwhile to WFM.

Went for some Gluten Free Items, quality is always good, but the pricing is still high relative to other grocery stores. Would love to rate 5 stars, but the pricing is just too high still. Same items are cheaper elsewhere if they have them....

My best friend and I study over at the Barnes and Noble (its almost straight across the street from this Whole Foods) once or twice a week, and occassionally come over here to get dinner from their hot food line when were done working. The food is quite good, but a bit expensive. Not unreasonably so though - its comparable to most restaurants.The store itself is fairly large and has a good selection of just about everything. They also have the discount for Amazon Prime folks now, but despite having Prime Im still not entirely sure how that works or what discount it gets you.

Love coming here. I can always find what I need. Very clean employees are nice. Bathrooms are clean too!

I want to this location because its the closest one to my house. I found some of the items that I was looking for...I got help looking for bulk seasonings and I got help for looking for seaweed. No one in the seafood department was helpful.I purchase garlic naan from this location. I originally wanted to get it from Trader Joes up the street. I didnt and so when I saw it at Whole Foods I got it.After loading my groceries out of my car into the car, a very nice lady came and got my cart to use in the store. I thought that was very nice of her to do and so did a guy that was walking past.

Its smaller than your usual whole foods but its easier to find things and move around!

On 1/16/2019, my 86 year old grandmother reached up on the top shelf at this store to grab 365 brand ginger ale. Subsequently, the can hit her on top of her head. She spoke with several people in the store that did NOT call the ambulance. The manager Nick says he did create a accident report yet cannot provide one to my grandmother. I do not believe that a accident report was created. The regional offices arent answering the phone. As previously stated, my grandmother is an elderly woman that needs medical care and cannot recall the details of the incident. Hence, why I am requesting an accident report. If they do not resolve my requests, I will be speaking with an attorney. DO NOT shop at this location, the Store Team Leader is insensitive and nonchalant.

Favorite place to shop! Maybe not the cheapest prices but how much is your health worth! Gotta have a nice amount money to buy for a big family here! Unless everyone is on a veggies and fruit diet youll be out of hell of amount of money. But to me its worth it. You find some of the same quality products for cheaper at other stores! Everything in a health store isnt really deemed better compared to other locals.

Great quality produce and meat. The one thing that bothers me SO much is when i go to buy meat they dont take the gloves off when they wrap the meat! So the gloves that they use to touch the meat, they are touching the entire outside of the packaging and sticker with as well.The guy last night that got my ground beef for me, grabbed the ground beef and wrapped it with the same gloves and stuck the sticker on with the same gloves and rubbed the sticker over and over. It made me cringe.

Love this location. Came here early in the morning for sushi and a wrap. Had everything I wanted including breakfast food which is really good. The bacon and egg burrito is fantastic!

Great place. Except on Fridays on Englewood. It get wow and become a club and not a grocery store. Live DJ, drinks and food. To loud to think about shopping. Really far from what whole foods stands for.

I will be shopping at Trader Joes from now on. No mask required. Enough of the virtue signaling nonsense.

Best Whole Foods I have been too. Has a lot of organic dairy free options for my kids because of allergies and love the organic almond milk. I’m 20 minutes away and it’s always worth the drive. The only thing that is bad is the lines get really long and they only have two registers open at any given time. Still an A+

I used to live closer to this location and frequented here often several years ago when they first opened. It was great back then. My wife and 3yr old son just recently returned here for some food from their buffet. As we have done in the past and at many other locations. This time around our experience was very unsatisfying. First off, for whatever reason at this location their container choices at the buffet section are either one large bucket style paper container with a lid, or you can use the plastic cafeteria style plates. Every other location Ive been to has the paper multi sectioned plate containers with lids. Seeing as I have a 3yr old who like most, wants his food separated in some way. I had to opt for the cafeteria style plate. Which meant we had to go through the normal check out line with 3 cafeteria plates and have the women at check out handle and weigh our open food containers with her dirty unwashed hands that she has been handling money and other peoples groceries with all day. Not only that she wore one single baseball style fingerless glove that was completely covered in dirt and grime. The whole process is very unsanitary and strange. After being grossed out by that process we sat down to find that everything we had on our plates was cold. Not warm, but cold.Weve been to many whole foods locations and never had an experience like this. This place is already falling apart. Id strongly suggest going to the Marianos down the street. Its newer, cleaner, larger, and on the edge of the shopping strip so much less traffic to deal with on Lagrange!
