Good prices great customer service. Join their rewards program you get coupons for the items you buy and some of their store brands are better than the brand name stuff.

Overall I normally do enjoy my shops at Meijer. Today I was granted with a terrible cashier. Her name being Nina P. As I arrived at check out there were only two lanes open both had excruciating long lines, Nina being one of the open lanes I was forced to make her my cashier. I got into line around 1:40 and the person in front of me had already unloaded all of her groceries onto the conveyor belt. People tried to get in line behind me but after sitting there and waiting for Nina, they decided to leave. I waited for a good 15 minutes and finally Nina was done with the person in front of me. Then finally she started checking me out, she slowly scan each individual item and struggle to find the barcode on almost every grocery (I understand it may be difficult to find it on one or two items but almost every single one is ridiculous.)As she was loading groceries into my bags I noticed she would only put one or two items per bag. My shop was relatively small and she gave me almost 60 bags for my groceries (ocean life: choking) at this I wish Meijer used paper bags. during checking me out she proceeded to ask my teenage daughter how much our fruit costed and genuinely didn’t know, really... Nina couldn’t have looked it up on her checkout computer? Ugh terrible service and I most definitely would not recommend. Try shopping Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods where they DO care!

Just did a review I thought it was for this place it must have been for the mall itself so I will repeat on here store is clean and friendly but they never have Lorna Doone cookies or salerno butter cookies in stock. Please restock restock

They never have what you are looking for. Plenty of empty shelves. I couldnt find what I went there for, I found it at Marianos.

I enjoy shopping here. Other than the other day with the tall guy standing by the self check out texting on his cell phone not paying attention but supposedly there to help people having trouble with the machine. Its usually a nice place to shop with good employees.

Supermarket is well supplied. Here you can find/get anything you want.

Lost our business because two of our four grocery orders a month were ebt based and Im auto immune. However meijer says we arent good enough for online delivery or pick up. So now theyre not good enough for any of the money I spend.Its socio economic discrimination.....Im not saying, Im just saying

Their water dispenser taste horrible. Don’t advise anyone to refill water by them .

While I was checking out at the self check, one of the managers came up to me and told me that there has been an increase of pick pockets in the store and to keep my purse close to me when checking out. I appreciated that someone was looking out for me.Very much appreciated.

We have had great service and have a good selection. One issue with a cashier but hopefully she was able to adjust her attitude and eye rolling after the call to the manager. Great service overall.

Clean place good price

Full grocery store, prices are ok. Purple cow ice cream is a definite must try. Would get a 5 star if prices were a hair lower overall.

I like this store because its nice and close. They usually have what I need. The worst part of this store is the lack of friendliness from their cashiers. Sometime you dont even get a hello.

I dont live near a Meier store but I go out of my way to shop there. Their store brand items are delicious and reasonably priced. They have a variety of items I cant find in other stores. The store is clean and easy to navigate.

Everything about the store is terrific with the exception of one of the managers - Mary. She is rude, unprofessional, and should be in back room cutting produce rather than customer contact. I have had a few very unpleasant experiences with her . The first time I can attribute the bad attitude to possible personal issues. But, the second, third, fourth encounter indicated her true person. Pricing is competitive and always can find what I need. Store associates are friendly and helpful.

Loved the flower department.

There shelfs were empty. Everything I went for they were out of, will never stop there again.

Always a friendly staff and clean store. People are helpful and knowledgeable. They usually have great deals on your favorite items. Definitely worth stopping in 👍🏻

Very good selection of food and good service.

Love the store the aisles are extra wide. But the staff including the store manager are lazy and rude. Store manager needs to get fired and Meijer needs to hire new. He is always at the front of the store and when asking him a question he just stands there and looks at you. When I told him I was going to call corporate he said he didnt care and go ahead.

I really like going to this Meijer, the prices are fair and the store is easy to negotiate. The parking lot is way more spacious than the other grocery stores on the area.

Nice store theyre usually stocked up good and the employees are nice but some of the customers from other neighborhoods can be rude I saw one lady not from this area mad that they didnt have more chicken and another older lady was looking to see if there was any and the first lady looking pulled her mask down and started getting loud and obnoxious and said she was there first then she coughed right in front of the older ladies face and put her cart right in the middle of the isle to block other customers off like she owned the place. The older lady she coughed on adjusted her mask and walked away and she just laughed and smirked. Some people enjoy being rude I guess but this store was nicer before covid now its gaining more trash

Love Meijer, but theyre getting a little pricey!

Its nice having an alternative to Jewel in my area. It does not carry all the items, but there are enough to make the trip there worthwhile.

Best grocery store and pharmacy. Nice staff. Selection is sometimes thin on certain days.

Cathy (The store director) is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I don’t know who thought it’d be a good idea to put her in charge but she’s doing a terrible job at that and has a terrible attitude to match. I will not be giving this Meijer any more business!

I really like that the self checker stations are usually all running correctly. But I REALLY WISH they would change to pressure switches instead of capacitance switches for the screen so I dont have to REMOVE MY GLOVES to activate! Covid is still here!

I waited 15 minutes to speak with someone on the phone at 10 in the morning, apparently everyone was busy!

The store doesnt care about their employees or customers safety. After requesting that the store manager confronts a man not wearing a mask thats purposely coughing ALL over their produce section - they refused to do anything. The manager replied with well what do you want me to do about it? Absolutely appalling. Pandemic or not, if someone is coughing all over produce, the least they can do is address the situation. Will be taking my business elsewhere, and forewarning those I know.

Shopping there for the Thanksgiving holiday was good. I only missed buying two items on my list because they were out. I usually go to the Olympia Fields store. It is bigger, and looks nicet, but I was in Orland Park to visit another store.

Good prices and friendly staff

This is the first time I bought a medicine from the pharmacy located inside the Meijer store, all the employees were very nice and friendly, from patience to discussing and describing every thing for me, they gave me enough time and answered all my questions, I dont have insurance so they gave me a coupons for the medicines I bought, and one of the medicines was completely free, and when I searched on Google they gave me the cheapest prices.

I live 20 minutes away from Meijer and live 5 minutes away from a Marianos that was bought by Kroger. Ill drive the 20 minutes away because there isnt one thing I dont like about your store. Your meat is great, produce is great and love your bakery and deli. There is an empty grocery store that was a Dominicks close to me ......please check it out. Location is 127th and Ridgeland in Palos Heights, Illinois.

The store was clean and well organized, I was able to get my groceries bagged in paper. I prefer paper bags and sometimes I will go out of my way just for this option.

Look this is a great store and I love Corey he is friendly and funny. Make your shopping pleasant here. Everyone is friendly

This was one of my familys go tos for a long time but not so much these days i have never seen such a lazy and ignorant staff in life. If you interrupt a staff member sitting on their cell phone and ask them about an item expect for them to respond with a rude excuse on why they wont help you. The standards for this store have fallen so much over the years. Its one thing to be lazy and refuse to help a customer but the way these people talk to customers is absolutely disgusting.

A huge market with groceries and housewares. The only place I could find glazed cherries. Very clean. A little hard to see just East of Harlem Ave. Behind famous Daves.

I go there at least 3 times a week, very clean and the deli is the best, they have everything in the store for you.👍

Such warm and friendly associates. And YES to them being well stocked with my new fav, A&W Cream Soda!

This Meijer store is nothing like all the others Ive been in. It doesnt look clean and has less than half of what all the others have as far as merchandise! Not sure why it is called Meijer. The staff though is very nice!!

Very clean very very clean store very polite very sanitized you have sanitations everywhere stations I like it in and out the produce was very good and decent the aisles werent messy and dirty I will definitely keep going out there I live in marionette Park but I would definitely go to Orland for now on.

I have shopped at this Meijer for over 7 years. I was very much insulted by an employee refusing to give me a refund for a product that was damaged. He then lambasted me because the receipt I provided was a few weeks old. He then pushed the receipt back to me. I let him know I was. recuperating from a surgery and could not get to it sooner.This man is giving your store a bad reputation. I am 78 years old and shouldn’t be treated this way.

I like it there because I shop for my mother every week at this location. What I dislike very much is the one cashier ( mostly at station 15) having her nose not cover with her mask. Also the tall shopping cart guy who will not cover his nose. This does not protect us. Please have your employees follow the rules!

Shopping was not crowded. Easy to navigate thru store. Check out was good. Lady checking us out was very helpful.

I like shopping at this Meijer. It is easy to maneuver and I can get in and out pretty quickly. The only reason that I didnt give it 5 stars is that there were no disinfectant wipes near the carts. However, a staff member did indicate that the carts had been sanitized.

I like most major stores and this one was just fine have a great day shopping I think this would have closed but if its on Harlem they just have food for when you go to avonia Road they have clothes and also which I find very helpful
