Excellent customer service and genuine desire to help! True problem solvers. After going to a few big box stores, Appliances of Orlando was the only who helped me. The water valve for my fridges ice make was leaking. I thought the valve was faulty, but Appliances of Orlando took a look and recommend repairing the hose instead. After describing the hose and how it was set up, Appliances of Orlando identified the problem. They recommend replacing the nut, the compression cap and sleeve at the end of the water hose. I even got a drawing!! Super grateful because I had been looking to replace the entire valve. You saved me so much money and time. Thank you again!!

This was my husbands experience, however I can firsthand tell you that the staff was so helpful when our washer wouldnt spin. My husband knew he could fix it but just needed some direction. With the knowledgeable staff and having parts on hand, we fixed our washer. Thank you for the great customer service and thanks for helping out my husband.

Once again, Jeremy and his staff worked with me to ensure I got what I needed. When my washer continually shivered and shook and nearly Walked across the garage, I called for help. They knew exactly why..I could have had it repaired, but being 5 yrs old, they helped me decide that I would be better off investing that $$$ on a new one.One was delivered but did not suit my needs, so the next day they came out and exchanged it! We have been catching up with our wash, and thanking God and Jeremy for this machine that doesnt fight with us any more!! I have bought ALL my appliances there for 10 yrs. Just moved to Florida and built a new home. We bought all the kitchen appliances from Jeremy at Appliances of Orlando. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He helped us through the process of choosing the right appliances for our needs and had better pricing than anywhere else we checked. Our new kitchen contains the following GE (& Profile) appliances - french door refrigerator, smooth ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, convection wall oven & built in microwave. We LOVE these appliances! The dishwasher and microwave are SUPER quiet - great for our open concept home.We had one problem but Jeremy took care of things right away (without any hassle) Many places could learn a thing or two from these guys in regards to providing top notch customer service. My dryer died on me this morning in the middle of doing my weekly laundry for my household of 6. It was a real laundry emergency. I came down with my husband to buy a brand new dryer and after telling the staff here what happened with my current dryer they told me it might be as easy as replacing a 20-30 dollar part. So they walked my husband through the two things to check before committing to buying a new dryer and lo and behold it was one of the parts they thought it might be. My husband went back up there and purchased the part from them for 27 dollars and my dryer was fixed within just a few minutes of him being back with the replacement part. They could have not said anything and let me purchase an entirely new dryer. They saved me over $500. I am so thankful to them for their honesty and integrity - that goes such a long way now a days. I can definitely say that the next time I need any appliances I will be looking here first. Thank you!

Shop for you appliances at this locally-owned small business and skip the big box stores. Their inventory and prices are great but even more spectacular is the unmatched customer service. Leia has been invaluable in helping me to source unusual appliances that have just been released to the market. She even offered me a loaner for free if the appliances are not in when I need them. And she has provided excellent guidance on brands and product selection.

Just finished my first load with a Whirpool pre owned washer.The sales staff greeted me promptly when I walked in, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and got me setup.They offer a couple of financing options as well if you need to go that route. The good service didnt stop there.My previous washer that failed us had to be hauled away, unfortunately, there was some water in it .The delivery guy sprung into action, no big deal lets get it done, what a great positive attitude, and customer service. Will be getting all my appliances from them from now on.

I am so grateful that we found Leah & Appliances of Orlando. We went through a two month nightmare trying and failing to get a small freezer from Sears online (never again). After I canceled that order, I was desperately trying to find somewhere else to buy a small freezer. I contacted Leah at Appliances of Orlando to see if they carried one. At that time they only had freezers that were too large for our needs. So I quit looking, hoping that maybe more freezers would become available later in the year. One week later I got an email from Leah letting me know that a freezer exactly like the one I had described was suddenly available, did I want it? You bet! It was just delivered only two days later. I was blown away that Leah remembered me and contacted me to let me know that the freezer I wanted was available. How many big box stores would have done that? If I ever need any appliances, Appliances of Orlando will be the first place I contact. They know what customer service means!

I have had them do some work on a washer that I had and they could have charged me more but instead they helped me out with the situation and were awesome about everything..so much so that I just went back and bought a stove...if your in need of an appliance or repair on 1 do yourself a favor and call or go by and see them..you wont regret it..good prices and honest people

Best appliance store in Orlando, I will never buy another appliance from a big box store. After searching for a freezer for a couple of weeks I found Appliance of Orlando. Jeremy and his staff were the best to deal with. My wife was so trailed with the freezer we bought. I would highly recommend Appliance of Orlando to anyone and for all my future appliance purchases I will be going to Appliances of Orlando.

Just called this place because I need a GE Washer Pressure Switch Hose to replace mine. They don’t have it in stock but handed out free advise on how I could repair mine at little cost. If you need parts, CALL THEM!!!! Very friendly and helpful!!!

We wanted an old-fashioned, well-built washer and dryer like the ones we grew up with. After much research, we settled upon Speed Queen and purchased from Jeremy. He guided us toward the correct models for our needs, and we couldnt be happier. We were so pleased that the following year we purchased another set for my mother on the coast. We are all as happy with our appliances as the day we had them installed. Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond with service, calling us when he had obtained more of the specific model washer we wanted; without flow reduction, so my mother would have precisely what she wanted. Its been a few years since we got ours, but all four appliances havent needed any service, and are still in excellent condition. Because of their knowledge and helpfulness today my husband brought in an old hotdog steamer that he is hoping to repair. Jeremy and Angel were so kind to assist and direct him. This place is a great place to find your appliances. I was in need of a new washing machine. I run a cleaning company and upon informing them of this, they directed me into a good washing machine to use (a commercial machine) and all the ins and outs of it. It came with a warranty. I have already had to place a service call because my bleach dispenser was leaking. The technician came out the same day to fix it. The machine itself wasn’t broken but it wasn’t balanced. He fixed it, gave me more tips on the machine itself. Being a business owner, I truly appreciate companies that have great customer service you find just that with Appliances of Orlando Inc. I will purchase all of my appliances from there from here on out. Thanks guys for doing such a great job! 

Although its not a huge place its still has Great products at not bad prices ! I just purchased a 7.0 cu ft chest Freezer probably at 50 above price but thats a far cry from other places Ive seen at over 400.00 or more !

Go see Julio! Best store I have found. I had issues with a dryer (5 years ago) and Julio was willing to walk to the back of the store, grab a broken machine, break the machine down, and show me how to fix mine! Now, fast forward a week ago, my washer goes bottom up. Julio is still there and does the same thing, best part of all, no need to order new parts, you should be able to use these (handing me a salvaged part). Really, a store that isnt going to try to sell me overpriced parts!? Once my appliances become unrepairable, I will be buying from these fine folks. I just wish they sold cars too, hard to find honest people.
