I would suggest calling ANY other company. This outfit wants more than a TV lawyer just to come to your business. If you try and bring the equipment to their office to save the $235 travel charge, they refuse to waive the travel charge. Clearly they are the only show in town, so they feel its carte blanche to rip you off!!!

I worked here a little over a year. And this review is specifically for Hobart of Orlando. If youre a reasonable person this Branch will go above and beyond to help you out as a customer. Hobart of Orlando is one of the few companies Ive worked for that had integrity and most of their technicians would go above and beyond.

Pay $400 did not fix the problem I called the company never call me back

Horrible customer service.Their technican George first throws his cigarette right outside on the floor of our business before entering. Then takes weeks to come back to fix the issue. He didnt call to schedule or anything, just randomly shows up, just so happens we closed early....because our equipment was broken for weeks and we cant produce anything. So he gives us an attitude because we are closed and says he will be back the next day. Then guess what.....HE DOESNT SHOW, SHOCKER....and now here we are another weekend with broken equipment courtesy of hobart and their technician.Oh and dont even bother calling customer service because they innocently are at the mercy of these technicians

Such a bad experience with their customer service. I have worked with them for five years and on Tuesday I requested a service call for repair on my 2 deli slicers and the lady who sets the appointments cancelled mine twice and then when she finally set me up for Friday she decided to cancel because she had a “contract client” in other words a more important client that required my spot. She DID NOT call me to let me know she cancelled my appointment for the service repair leaving me with no slicers for the whole weekend. Such nasty customer service.
