We use this location as a back up for parts that arent available at our usual vendor. excellent part selection.They used to be our primary until we experienced rude behavior from their staff over a year ago. That behavior has returned and the staff does nothing about it even though they can hear the cursing and name calling. The owner should be ashamed. Go there, get your part and dont ask any questions. so much anger its sad.

Excellent customer service well priced good quality product. Had exact manufacturer part and can ship it to me next day at a very low rate and provided a one-time replacement on the part for $6.Will definitely continue to use this company and refer others to it best prices for parts.

I called the order line and the gentleman was helpful. They had the part in stock. Went to the store and got the part. The counter person was very helpful and knew what i needed with out looking up the order. thanks to their help we are now cool again in the middle of June.

Friendly service but we drove an hour to pick up a part that we were told was there & couldnt confirm before we made the drive because they wouldnt answer the phone. It wasnt there when we got there. Not entirely the companys fault but we could have saved the hassle & the drive out there if they had answered.

I purchased a Whirlpool water pump for my washer. This part cost in amazon, and ebay between $45.00 and $69.00. I paid $104.00 + Tax. I also have an account under the name of Acme appliance. The salesman was reluctant to even discount the part. Never again will I buy from those price gaushers.

Dont expect any bench testing if you think you have a faulty motor or capacitor, etc. Counter help said they didnt have the ability to find your part based on the appliance make and model number.
