I love bad bath and beyond and this store in particular usually has great deals. One day I got to the store 2 minutes after closing, customers where still inside. I wanted to return a rather heavy toaster. I carried the toaster to the front door and asked if I could return my item. Each employee looked at me and shook their head no. I carried my toaster back to the car and watched another customer walk in the store as I was pulling away.

I had a pleasant experience, the shelves were well stocked and the store was very clean. The woman at the register was also very kind and polite!

Havent been to one of these in years. I needed a loofah. I found 2. Ran out of time but it was a good visit.

You can find everything you need for household. Very good price and very friendly stuff

Changing this from five stars to one star.I was accused of stealing tonight by the closing leader, Leslie as I was carrying a white Emporio Armani hoodie out of the door during closing time in a rush to call my daughter who I learned had just fallen down the stairs at her friends house.Unbeknownst to Leslie, my wife was checking out at the registers. Our family owns a remodeling business, and my wife owns an interior design company. We have supported BB&B with dozens if not over 100 purchases every year, or over 11 years and will be returning everything that is still in our possession from our last few transactions totaling almost $400.

Clean stocked well with everything found only one coffee pot not stocked

Actually went for Buy Buy Baby. Not worth the trip to Orlando. Buy Buy Baby in Altamonte is Super Good and sales associates are excellent in both stores.

This BBBY Store on International Drive was clean everything in order. Great customer Service. I really have seen a big change in this company over the last few years.

Very bad customer service, last week I came manager was very proud and she kept my stuff and didnt give me any favour, this week I m back with receipt they again said, they dont understand, the product was rusty, its show I wouldnt get rust on it.i m really disappointed.

We bought a queen bed sheet set and Bed Bath & Beyond and took it home opened the package and it did not fit the bed. It turned out we bought the wrong size. Took it back to the store and Ricky the manage fixed our error with not problem. Well, that was wonderful, but when we got home we found the manufactured had not added the pillow cases. Once again returned to the store and was able to find the manager Ricky, he and the staff were supper helpful and once again fixed our issue with a problem. We will definitely continue to shop at this location because the customer service is outstanding. Thank you Ricky for all your assistance.

Wanted a special teether for my daughter. My husband and I went to the website to see if it was available in store. The website said they were in stock. I called to verify and was told they indeed were there so we set out to pick one up. When we arrived we were told they didnt have any in stock but they could order one for me. I appreciated the offer but they obviously didnt check when I called.

Night manager was rude. Did not honor price on shelf that we seen and a cashier seen as well. The manager probably went in the back and made new tags to show the price that came up on register.

Store has a lot of great deals as this is one of their outlet locations. Many brand named beauty products with huge savings, as I spend a large amount of time researching price on speciality items I use for beauty care due to skin issues. I have found this location not only carries the largest selection of the items I need, their price is the best in the area even better than online vendors plus they are great about coupons.

Manager Rick played my wife for a fool telling her that he will give her store credit for a return she had a receipt for (our own credit card. Later he offer to refund some items minus 20% (we paid full price) even though we showed them the receipt and it got lost in the store. The employee Cindy straight being discourteous after I found a receipt similar looking to the one we lost and she took it away claiming to be from another costumer and didnt want to check to make sure, once I called her again she ignored me and my wife, called three names over the speakers and didnt even make eye contact. First time we received such a bad service and were played like fools in a store.

Ultra-friendly service during my visit earlier this evening. Assistance offered (without being irritating) multiple times as I browsed. I needed help finding one item, and that was quick and efficient. Thanks, BBB, for a quality shopping experience! Easy to recommend.

I really dont believe that someone needs to read a review about this store. But of you want an opinion...go! The have ever you need and more. The variety is incredible. The small appliances section catches my eye every time I go.

Very organize neat

So, I did my bridal registry here with my fiance. The first time we came, the guy was extremely pushy and not caring about our wants and needs. Therefore, we ended up rescheduling. The second time, we were helped Anna. She was AMAZING, and showed us everything we needed and more. The reason why we liked her I is because she listened, and showed us stuff that adjusted to our price ranges, and taste. So, if u go here for your registry, ask for Anna she knows whats up

Well, um, actually it was a pretty nice little Sunday, we were going to go to Home Depot to buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Then hit up Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I didnt know, I didnt know if wed have enough time.

Associates are very helpful, one of the associates that helped me was very knowledgeable of the product. I think it was the manager... anyways he helped me to find the beat sheets to keep me cool at night. I will be back by the store to personally thank him.

Customer Service is ok. They speak and make sure you are finding everything okay. They could make sure the cashiers are nice and not getting so upset about discounts they have to give customers.Also would love more women managers. How do you have a bridal registry and Bye Bye Baby yet no women managers to handle that. That is weird.

Associates in store were great to work with. They helped us order something not in store and have it shipped for free. When we made a mistake with our measurements, they were quick on helping us resolve it. Definitely recommend this store for the awesome customer service!

Poor management. Lines were outrageous. They combined customer service and check out to one line, on a Wednesday night, causing every shopper to wait 15 minutes in line. Multiple employees walking around asking if we can find items but none at register. At the register, we first handed our coupon. After slow service and an unfriendly young woman, she allowed us to pay with our gift cards but forgot the coupon. When realizing it, she huffed and was annoyed shed have to return an item to give us our discount. We already were running late for a dinner appointment because our five minute run in turned into 20 minutes, so we decided well be returning our items above the cost of our gift card and not shop at that location or give them out money. Id rather amazon track my package and not have emplotees and get my order right that deal with that version of customer service.

My wife and I did the majority of our wedding registry here. They did a wonderful job and made the whole process fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them over places like Macys or Walmart due to their huge selection of products that you may actually need or use in the home.
