1st time here and I was skeptical coming in but impressed leaving out! Not bad Ikea, not bad at all!

Ive been to the Orlando IKEA four times and this is the first time I realized how much they offer.I mean, we found so many great deals, furniture and ideas for our home.I also learned today that they offer food - we stopped to eat and it was a surprise to me to find how good the food was. I have a whole new respect for IKEA.Sadly, I heard that other stores do not live up to the Orlando location.I would recommend this location to everyone.

Wow. This store is huge. Lots of furniture and decorations to choose from. Nicely displayed and organized very well. Prices are good and var depending on the style you choose. Lots of free parking during mid afternoon and scarce during early evening. Restaurant on the second floor and quick serve venue in the first floor near the checkout area. Recommended!

My kind of place . Loved it and who would imagine it? I finally found coffee plants! With cofee prices increasing...why not plant your own?

Love IKEA but I wish they make it easier to escape I know its part of the strategy to make you spend. But unless you plan to go for 4-5 hours, you should go somewhere else. Still, they have pretty nice deals

Yes, it gets stupid crowded on the weekends. But you get to buy decent looking furniture for a cheap price. And the food offered in their cafe and restaurant is delicious. Just be prepared to park pretty far and walk.

IKEA... very, VERY, overrated. The furnitures quality is garbage; its just your standard, mass-produced particleboard, and the instructions to assemble anything are so confusing, it seems like they do it on purpose for you to spend more money on professional assembly. The food is OK, but nothing to die for. The place overall is mostly clean, but really, unless you just need a cheap piece of furniture (ex. a bed for a guest) for temporary use, or be spoon fed wokeademia up your wazoo, skip the hassle and go to any other furniture place.

Store is very big. Great selection. It is very clean. Go to the bathroom before you go into the shopping area itself. There are stuffed animals at the end of the store.

Visited on vacation last Monday, had trouble finding what I needed, associates kept sending me all over the store, dont think they knew where anything was. Was about to leave and ran into someone who proved to be exceptional and helpful. Juan proved to be very helpful and even showed me some new things he was putting out that morning that I ended up buying. He showed me were everything was since he mentioned that he actually comes in early to fill the floor. Amazing service, hopefully I can see him again next time I am in town, saved my trip.

Super place to shop. Tons of great ideas as you walk around. Wonderful products. Good quality. They dont just have products laying around, they set them up in realistic living environment.

Disney World is to magic what IKEA is to furniture. Even when not looking to furnish, IKEA is a wonderland of model rooms completely furnished with items you can buy that same afternoon, or explore hundreds of decorative items that may be the next new piece in a home.

Ikea has improved on how furniture is set up and put together. I am very happy with the full size bed and furniture I purchased.

Oh my goodness. Love the store. You know what Ikea is all about. But budget enough time when checking out. You can spend the same amount of time in line as you can walking through the rest of the store. Other than that its great.

WOW, What an amazing place. My wife and I purchased some foldable storage bins online. I have never been to Ikea, I have to tell you it is one of the most organized businesses I have seen in a long time. We received an order number we told them our parking number, they brought our items out. So fast and friendly, We continued inside to shop more. Stayed so long we had lunch in your awesome dining area. We will be back and we highly recommend Ikea

Great store. But, my only complaint is their return policy. I bought a spice rack with no screws inside. They wouldnt take it back nor exchange it because it was opened. No kidding I was planning on using it... Not my fault there were no screws. They said they would mail some to me...yet I received an email stating they couldnt send any to me. 🤦 I realize it is just screws but it is the principle and all.

It is a good place to buy things for your kitchen or decoration, with good style and good prices

You cannot get better quality food than at Lake Meadow Naturals. I have been coming here for years and I come once a week. I buy all my meats, eggs, cheese and goats milk here. The meat is all grass fed start to finish. 😀

We have shopped at this Ikea many times and its always busy. Its relatively organized and clean but can be crazy especially on a weekend. Staff is hit or miss when it comes to friendliness and finding help. They have changed a few things on pulling some pieces of furniture due to COVID possibly which can be a inconvenience depending what you need to pick up and cant get yourself. We had to wait for almost 30 mins just for 2 shelves to pick up. Other than that its a good place to shop.

I couldnt believe the lack of support when trying to purchase kitchen cabinets. My fiance and I got on IKEAs computer and designed the kitchen ourselves. We managed to even print it out on their printer and still no one helped us. For some reason, the cabinet price at the store was considerably more money than the price we were getting online. We ended up leaving without making a purchase, when we could have been an easy sale.

Easy to shop. Helping my parents look for kitchen cabinets and countertops while I plan for new bedding ideas. Easy to navigate for everyone.

What can I say that hasn’t been said? The place is a large maze with lots of options. However they were out of stock on just about everything I wanted.I have to say though, and this may not matter to most people, that I was pleasantly surprised by the Family Restroom. It was exceptionally clean, everything was fully stocked and they even retrofitted the highly touched surfaces to be touch less. The regular bathroom was ok too.

The experience was horrible and not one I’m going to repeat. I had to click and get in line, to pick up an online order but people who got in line after me were served first. We were waiting over 40 minutes and people pulled up, received their items within five minutes and left. I selected needing assistance with loading as both myself and the person with me have back injuries and should not be lifting. An employee finally brought my order out after the person I was with went inside to inquire about my order. I received a text at 10 am (roughly) that my order was ready. I showed up at 1 pm (my pickup window was 12-2) waited over 40 minutes to get something that was supposedly ready hours earlier then the employee who brought the items out was rude and would not assist with loading. The person with me had back surgery recently and is not allowed to lift anything. I’ve had 2 shoulder surgeries and back injuries. Why is there an option that assistance is needed if they don’t help at all. I will think twice before I buy anything from IKEA ever again.

Love IKEA. Showed a friend the store looking for glass shelving to show off her collector antique glass. Different price and quality for things. She is coming back for more. Great meals on second floor. The black 2inch wide spatula can find no where except IKEA. Stop and get one to turn over fried eggs.

Last 90 minutes on a Friday night was not crowded and easy going

Great place. We found that if you go about 8pm it is not crowded at all. Staff was great and they were fully stocked with everything we need. They have great deals going on.Return area is really slow in the only complaint. If you need to return something plan on waiting a good amount of time. Other than that no complaints at all. We love the family parking, it makes it so much easier with our big family.

Love that there is an IKEA store within an easy drive here in Orlando! (Go in person, this is not an ideal order-to-ship business, in my personal experience!) Love the showroom ...make your list... then go downstairs to the warehouse where you pull your own order!! 👍😁 Self-checkout now, too!

What to say about IKEA Orlando?Very helpful and nice staff, great size of a store with a great mix of showroom with floor with items sectioned into areas of the home. The cafeterias offrerings are delicious and of great variety.You can do most things yourself and match as you wish. They even sell comforters, mattresses, frames, appliances. I mean, you can buy a whole room they way they set it up for smaller spaces or studio apartments. Remember its a Swedish company and in Europe spaces are smaller so they have to be very creative with space distribution.Great store for indoors and outdoors and up and down, everything!!!!

Exceptional! Love this store. So glad I’m not too far from it at all. I come to this store maybe 2-3 times a month. Always find great deals on furniture and household decorations. New displays are always put up on a weekly basis. Employees are always nearby to help with any questions or concerns. My partner and I also enjoy eating from here too. Their Swedish meatballs are the best!

The largest Hindu Temple in the area. Brings the community together celebrating the festivals of all the regions. The priests are always at hand to help with any Puja offerings.The Reception desk staff are welcoming and friendly and can arrange for any Pujas special events you may like to organize or sponsor.There is an excellent cafeteria manned by professional chef’s and staff includes volunteers from the congregation. They do an amazing job of feeding visiting devotees with good, wholesome, fresh food, at almost subsidized prices. Open Friday evening for dinner, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Ikea is always fun to walk around and see all the different rooms set up. It gives you great ideas for remodels. You always seem to find something there. No high pressure sales people.

We needed seat cushions and was told by a friend to try them. This was my first timeIn an Ikea store. I was absolutely blown away by the amount of beautiful things in there. They have something for every room in your house and the prices are very good. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of social distancing by the customers though. Despite the floors being clearly mark social distancing markers and signs reminding customers of this, I saw very little of this, except in the checkout lanes. As much as I liked it, I wont be returning until were no longer in a hot zone for Covid-19. On a lighter note, their cinnamon rolls are to die for! Absolutely delicious!

Bough $80 worth of kitchen utensils and had a nice lunch with the wife at their cafeteria. Very pleased with the experience. Finding parking took about 2 minutes.

Went here to pick up a computer chair along with a desk which I was able to pick out just by looking at the numerous rooms that the store had set throughout the store, had in specific the second floor and I found that the store was very easy to navigate through, although for some out could differ. But otherwise I found what I needed and the assistant that they had set where the distribution spot was at was very helpful in helping me get what I needed.

Who doesnt love Ikea?!?!? So glad we have this one close enough to get inspired and buy what we need. Very clean and LOVE that they enforce wearing masks especially since theres always tons of people shopping here. The store is clean, their bathrooms are clean, their food is always good, and the staff are very helpful, especially when you want an item that has been sold out lol Great store! So...this place is pretty awesome. I would carve out a few hours of your day to come here. You can casually browse around and get inspired by the setups they have here. You could even purchase a thing or two because we all know ho reasonably priced IKEA’s items are. 😎

Love it. But its a challenge at times to find the items that I want to buy. If you have a large purchase its best to buy online and have it delivered.The family enjoys looking at the room designs and of course the meatballs dish.

My wife and I come here whenever we want to remodel our apartment. We buy lots of furniture and kitchen appliances. One of the things that we enjoy doing is assembling our furniture by ourselves, it gives us a feeling of accomplishment and we feel like we appreciate our furniture even more. This IKEA has a very helpful and professional staff, always ready to answer any questions We might have. They also give us great suggestions.

Ikea is my happy place! It was a little disappointing on this trip...they are out of stock on many things. I completely understand and still had a wonderful time. Unfortunately my trip consisted of a new toilet brush and finger puppets for my grandson. All the more reason to head back over in a few weeks. Also meatballs and chocolate cake (to die for I must say!).

Great food, cheap. Walk it off in the showroom and buy some scented candles-theyre the best. Dont hug the stuffed animals. The bathroom stinks.

I went to the Tampa Ikea Friday, it was not inviting. I went to the Orlando Ikea on Sunday, it was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Products I wanted was in store! Definitely will go back to the Orlando Ikea!

Ikea was clean and neat. I expected the shelves to be empty but they were not. Everyone was wearing a mask. It was a good experience.

Its IKEA pretty standard just like any other. Just a very busy location since its the only one in central Florida next to the Tampa location. So many people come here that it really is overwhelming. Wish there was one on the east coast. South Florida has two massive ones close to eachother.

Clean, safe shopping in the same Ikea you know and trust. Make sure to sign up for their family savings program. Its Free! And you can get free coffee when you shop there.

Asked for help getting a bowl off a shelf and employee told me If you cant reach it we dont sell it. So I had to ask a stranger taller than me to get it for me. I was going to just go get a stool, which the employee refused to do, or some long utensil to push it off the shelf and try to catch it. Stupid lack of customer service from the guy in a blue shirt (who was taller than me but didnt even try to reach it for me) just before 6pm on Jun 14 2021. How ridiculous!

Love the different selections since I was looking for a more modern look and I found great options in many different colors, they also have lot of different choices for all your house.

Always love coming here for inspiration and cant complain about the prices! Although I must say the stores are a bit bare lately but I can definitely understand its due to pandemic! I have had to wait so long to organize my garage because of item being out of stock! But I will patiently wait!

Whats NOT to like about this store! First of all, if you get there 30 min before the store opens, you get a select free breakfast! Which is very tasty! The prices are reasonable & the store is set up to resemble real rooms in your home or office space. Great ideas, great prices & also great food in the cafeteria! The photos below are from their lunch selection on theyre cafeteria. They also have a childrens center for your convenience in case you want to shop & they want to play.

Take the extra time and drive to Tampas IKEA!! This one had terrible customer service AND higher prices for things we had bought days earlier in Tampa. During evacuation we stayed with family in Tampa before moving on to a condo in Orlando...when we went to this Ikea and went through self checkout to we were told the family savings card had to be scanned our # couldnt be used. We only use our # since we only use it when visiting...no signs say that the card is required. The associate tells us that we can cancel our order and go to a regular line or just dont worry about it, it normally doesnt do much anyway Then why have it!?!? Multiple items we were looking to purchase were priced higher than we had paid at Tampa 2 days prior! I wont waste my time here again.

If you’re looking for a bookshelf go for it. However, if you would like them to actually do service in your home I would highly highly recommend not using them they have been by far the worst customer experience I have ever had remodeling a home. Consistently having me on hold for over an hour. Making deliveries of thousands of dollars worth of product and placing it in my driveway. Zero communication within the office this buying experience while my first will absolutely be my last eat most her Renda‘s customer experience and purchased of product I am ever had I would pay thousands of dollars more to never deal with them again. Do not use them for any remodel bathroom kitchen anything you will be disappointed!

The store is clean and organized, I have always enjoyed browsing through here. The pandemic has definitely hurt their stock but that is no reason to dock any stars, I hope to see more stock soon so I can continue to buy their furniture for my home!

Mary Jane in customer service was the BEST!! I came in to get a piece that I was missing from my box, but there was only one set left. Mary Jane rushed to make sure no one else grabbed it and that I got it. She was so adorable and sweet. Definitely made my visit highly enjoyable!!

Very dissatisfied. Displays are not nice like they used to be. Must be due to corona virus. Not enough workers and shortage of supplies. Hope it gets better. I used to love going to ikea to look around.

Absolutely horrible service. Got a Sofa from the store and requested a delivery and they said it will be delivered by tomorrow. Waited the next whole day no one showed up.The next day, I checked the status and it said cancelled no other reason explanation provided. Tried calling the customer service number since 3 days keeps saying to hold for an agent to speak but no one comes on the line. Waited for more than an hour sometimes on the call. Might have called at least 4 to 5 times. Horrible service.You guys just dont care about the customers.

My experience yesterdaywas not good. At check out they need to have more registers open at the same time and not to open them when u have 5 huge lines, people were running and creates chaos . The two express lanes open but you only make one line. Since there were two open I went all the way in the front just to hear on one of the employees. You can only make one line. I completely lost my spot from the one line earlier and the employee telling us one line with all those people there. A lot of people. I left the items behind. I was not going to go all the way back. It was insane how much people were there. They should have more better organization when it comes to weekends to have more available registers.

Staff is always helpful when we go. The cafe is pretty awesome! Not everything is the absolute cheapest so you should research beforehand if saving money is the goal, but most things cant be beat. Everything we have bought has held up well.

Its an IKEA. Like thats already enough.The one thing I really do love about this one more than some others is that they get a lot of returns or lost/unsold items in their discount section which means finding things that are out of season but showed up anyways or piles of poor selling items for cheap. Can find some great stuff there.Its really busy though. It is the only IKEA in the city.

If I have the cash I would refurnish my entire house starting with the kitchen then the living room Master room bathroom kids room everything everything from Ikea. My wife and I usually go there just to Window Shop and look at the beautiful items that they have. We cant afford it now but it doesnt hurt to dream. You know what they say sometimes dreams come true with Gods help. Thank you Ikea even though its just a dream it puts a smile on our faces.
