Great knowledge of finding parts for your car our truck.

Called in to pick up a electrical ignition part. When I went to pick up I told the guy, it is for a boat so i have to make sure it will fit the existing engine bracket. When trying to install, the resister would not fit without jerry-rigging a custom bracket. I immediately called and asked for another option or brand. But he did not have. I ordered one from OReilly that included a mounting bracket. When I tried to return the unused part less then 24 hours late in the original box unused, the old man at the counter immediately gave me attitude and said he will not return an electrical part. His service was rude and unnecessary. Will not be back.

At first I believed this place was just your average auto parts store stocked with over-priced parts and no one there to help you except a thick, phone book style parts list as your only resource.I was completely amazed at how helpful and friendly the staff was and how quickly they were able to help me find what I needed.
