Quick, clean, and great customer service. Is there really anything more you can ask for when having work done with your car or truck. The guys at Discount tire did a great job on getting me in and out made a online appointment and purchased the tires online very easy process. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of tires.

On 21 Oct 2021, I had my tires spin balance on my 2019 Ford F150. I didnt have an appointment, but was taken care of right away. After the service was completed. The service writer returned my truck to the front of the store and said your all set. I said I havent paid yet and he looked at my paperwork and said your set, just come back and see us when youre ready for tires.Great customer service and the people were friendly as well.I have used Discount Tire before in another state I lived in. Discount Tire is the best places to go.

Sam and Michael were beyond nice and helpful getting me setup with new tires for my RAV4! I would recommend anyone to this Discount Tire location if you need new tires for your car. Good prices PLUS free flat repair and air checks. Cant go wrong!

I dont write reviews often, but I ALSO believe in rewarding good behavior and excellent service. I had spoken with Chris on the phone the other day about getting my tires changed. Well, they didnt have mine in stock, so Chris IMMEDIATELY ordered some to come in the next day and even called when they came in! I must say, I had a bad experience on the phone with a different tire place before I called Discount. Chris customer service level is unmatched, because i was extremely upset and irritated from the call I made prior and he did nothing but speak to me in a calm and extremely professional manner WHILE juggling tons of clients in his lobby at the same time. My dear, I hope you get a raise, you are WONDERFUL and I will definitely be coming back especially because of Chris and his professionalism.

Great experience at the shop! My daughter came in to have her tires checked for any damage and the technician was thorough in his review and advice. I will be back to get tires replaced when the time comes!

The employees here are great. I had a tire going flat. They squeezed me in to fix my tire. They fix flats for free even if you didnt buy your tires from them. Wow!!

I’ve never been in and out of a discount tire so fast. Came in yesterday morning with a unrepairable flat. Mike at the semeron location had me taken care of with a new tire, on order for next morning delivery, in under 4 min. The doors opened at 8:00am and I was out by 8:04. Same thing when I arrived the following morning at 8am. Mike already had me all setup in the system, bay doors opened and I was first to pull in.James was the tech that took care of my tire replacement. James was very efficient and had my tire off and back on, balanced, and mounted to the truck in 16min. Mind you, these are 33 inch, 65lb all terrain truck tires. My truck and 3 other vehicles had tire repairs done by time my truck was pulling out of the bay. Side note: I had the tire certificate so this cost me $0.This is the most efficient Discount Tire Store I have been to. I was back on the road by 8:16am when they don’t even open until 8am. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend this location. Mike at the front desk and James in the shop were an absolute ease and pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys.

True 5 star service. Bought 4 Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires for THIRTY DOLLARS LESS PER TIRE THAN THE COMPETITION! In addition to the great price, I got $90 in rebates that were exclusive to Discount Tire! Made an appointment for installation which had me in and out in thirty minutes. Came here a few times now for tires and tire repairs. Always a quick process and they provide a lot of updates. Really like their inspections they did to the wheels finding issues i didnt know about.

The employees here are so nice. Beyond nice. Everyone I encountered here was spectacular. They changed my tires quickly and let me drive the car in and out so no one entered my car. My tires didn’t arrive on time for my appt so they gave me a better tire for the same price.

Only six months ago, I bought all four tires from discount tire.And I ran over a median…oops…blew out a tire. And caused a leak in another.So I called to get a price for two new tires. The price they quoted me over the phone was way too high. But…I came in anyway prepared to say no to the price. And they lowered the price to make it feel like I was getting a real deal. Oh, and the two tires are a step up from the last two…Awesome.I think this is the second review I’ve ever written…because when we help each other: it matters. They have earned my repeat business in the future.

Had an appointment with Mike and Jeff to buy and install 4 Cooper tires on my truck. The tires never made it on the delivery truck, twice! So Mike and Jeff upgraded my order to Michelin defenders at the Cooper price. Excellent service and customer care. These guys will see my again, for sure.

Absolutely excellent service before you even walk in the door. The crew moves in sync like a pit crew, very fast and efficient. Had to get tire patched, took only about half hour from start to finish and they did it for free. Definitely will be returning for future needs.

Went to this location twice and the service was exceptional. I got a tire inspection with no appointment after they kept going flat consecutive days. Other tire places blamed it on the cold weather and did not listen when I stated it occurred over several days. They quickly examined my tires and let me know there was metal in one tire and a nail in the other. I was given my quote. I returned to replace the damage tire with a set appointment and just like the first time, I was greeted professionally and by name. The car was in the bay and fixed within 15 minutes. I will always recommend the protection plan and going to any discount tire location!!!!

I am not happy having ordered my tires the previous day, getting confirmed the tires arrived the following day and having to wait 30+ minutes even when they had me come in at 4pm.There’s no sign of anyone attending to my car. It’s still parking there. Not in the bay.Why call to say “we have you booked for 4pm”??Hopefully I won’t have to wait until 5-6pm before they are finished.Not happy !! I like people to be on time !

I came here to grab 4 new tires from them.Ive been here quite a few times.... every single time the staff here has taken GOOD care of my vehicle.When i say good care, they know what theyre doing! I instructed them of what my requirements were for the vehicle to be serviced (i have a modified vehicle), and they knew exactly what to do every step of the way.Only shop Ive been to in Orlando where they showed a lot of respect towards my vehicle and myself. I was here last week for 4 new tires on my truck. These guys are always very professional and accomadating. Service was quick. Prices are good. This is my go to for tires.

Had a deflating tire that I couldnt figure and these guys fixed it up on the house. Best experience Ive had with a shop and will definitely be back when the tread on my tires are low. Knowledgeable shop with honest people, cant ask for more than that.

I called to get a tire replacement quote at 8 am this morning. Came in at 8:30 am and was immediately checked in. I was out by 9:20 with a brand new tire installed. They also shines all tires so each one look like new. Additionally they checked the air pressure in each tire. All three individuals who spoke with me were good. The tech who handled the job, William, was outstanding. Fair pricing and good service. I certainly recommend this place based on my experience today.

I got lucky! This place had the tires I wanted in stock, I paid $50 less per tire than internet price. They even gave me a $70 rebate that I didn’t even know I qualified for with the tires I purchased. James was helpful and knowledgeable. The shop guys worked on my car very quickly and I was in and out! It took less than 45 minutes. I’m glad I went there. I’d definitely recommend this location to others.

We had four tires replaced and our appointment was at 815. We pulled up at 810 and the place was busy. These guys were polite, quick and efficient. They got us in and out in about 30 minutes, while helping others that pulled in and needed help. I highly recommend discount tire. These guys got us in and out, really fast.

Came in with a leaky tire, It wasn’t safe to repair which I wasn’t very easy to convince about. Donovan took his time explaining the problem and took care of me with a solution on a new tire. Cant say enough about my experience with Discount Tire and why I will never shop anywhere else for new tires or tire maintenance. Literally didn’t even wait for them to get my car in the bay and worked hard to get me out fast. Even re-scanned my tire sensors to make sure it was accurate.

I dont usually complain when the service and job was done right. However I made an appointment about a week in advanced. Upon arrival 2 people without appointments were able to get in line and go ahead of me. I believe they should have a better system to honor appointments over walk-ins. Other than that specific problem, the job was done well, tires were very reasonable in price. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place. I wouldn’t say it’s the cheapest tires for sale. But it’s definitely the best customer service. And they’re fast. Always have a full staff working in the shop and reception. I’ve been coming here and getting flats repaired for years now. And always for free. Even on cars that weren’t mine! I recommend them to all my friends. And I’ve never had someone have a bad experience.

All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and thorough, and while I was quoted with a wait time of about an hour, I was in and out in hardly more than 15 minutes. Their crew works not only quickly but does a great job as well. I highly recommend this location if youre looking to get new tires, plus you cant beat the prices and quality!

I very specifically only have my tires serviced at this location. The staff is always great and I never seem to spend more than 30 minutes there. The distance service option (where you can remain in the vehicle to encourage social distancing) was a nice added touch on my last visit.

They patched the tire with a screw stuck in it, checked the other 3, and even checked and put away my spare after my car was serviced! 5-star service!!! I will be back when it is time for new tires!

Made an appointment online for 8:00. Showed up to the location and was advised it was curbside online when making the appointment. Once I realized it wasn’t, I went inside. Was inside by 8:05 and wasn’t greeted until 8:10. I told the guy my name and time of appointment. He tells me, well we run appointments every 15 minutes, so we are going to have to reschedule you to later in the day. I looked at him and just walked out.Unprofessional is to kind to use for this location. I would not recommend them. Take your money elsewhere.

Last May I needed 2 tires, they helped me match the tires that were still good and they were able to help me find a tire in the price range I could afford. Months later I came back to get my tires rotated. Both times I have experienced excellent customer service. I hate calling places on the phone but the two times I called they were super nice. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely come back when I need new tires.

Last Friday I dropped off the tire for a patch repair; upon my arrival later that day a young man (West) installed it R-R, checked the lugs (torqued) to spec and handed me a receipt (no charge). I was pleasantly surprised...Saturday I noticed the same type screw in the R-F...showed up at opening on Monday, same result. The Manager (Billy) and staff operate a top notch operation as I viewed the staff moving (working) around the shop throughout my stay.

Always prompt and professional service. A cut above everyone else. They stand behind their products and I would not go anywhere else.

Love these guys, but went through my tires so fast not worth the money. Only reason for the 4-star was because that brand (Falken) was highly recommended.

I came in for a flat tire repair and at first the guy up front told me he couldnt fix my wheel since they closed Im 10min. Im assuming he was just messing around cuz he got one of his mechanics to patch my tire. The guys that helped me out were just the sweetest and an absolutely pleasure. Every time I come to discount tire I want to tip the mechanic and I always forget to get cash, it would be nice if at the time of paying with cards that was optional.

We definitely, recommend this place! First of all, the staff is wonderful! Super friendly & helpful. Plus, the prices on tires, are very responsible. We went there for 2 tires, for our car, but needed air, in our Blazer tire, which they offered to fill. They discovered a nail, in the tire & patched it, for only $7. We paid a little extra, to have our tires warranted, now if anything happens to any of our tires(nails, etc.) We can take it back to them.

Ingrid is the best! I recently put new Michelin tires on my vehicle and had a couple of small issues related to the valve stems and Ingrid went out of her way to get everything correct with my vehicle. I would never buy tires anywhere else! Ingrid & Discount Tires has amazing customer service and is diligent to make sure you are a customer for life. Thank you again, Ingrid!

In and out within an hour quick service

Took my Tesla Model 3 for tire rotation and balance. The customer service was amazing. Very friendly staff. I wish they had the right jack pads for Model 3 to lift. While they knew exactly what to do with Model 3 they still attempted to lift without the pads. After I insisted they used one of their own metal adapter that didn’t fit well. It left minor scratch marks at the lift points at the bottom. It’s not visible outside and didn’t certainly do anything to battery. I will go back to Discount tires again for their super friendly service but this time will take the rubber jack pads with me that I ordered on Amazon.

Great service and attention everytime I visit this location. David R. was very helpful and recommended the best replacement tires for my needs. Staff on bay speedy and friendly. Main manager in charge was more concerned about his paper work and closing up and would not give eye contact towards customers. Overall positive experience.

Had a horrible experience with a flat tire on the way to work, was able to change it out and with peace of mind that discount tires would be able to fix or replace my tire through their warranty. Upon entering the door, was approached and greeted by Billy. He walked out with me and grabbed the tire for replacement. From there I left my tire and keys. Couple minutes later I received a call that my tire could not be repaired. Sorted out the confusion at first, the rep just said that it was not covered then when I mentioned if it was covered under warranty he said it was and needed to be ordered. I was supposed to drive on my spare for a few days until the replacement came in. Much to my delight the replacement came in upon pick up and my truck was ready to go. Once again I was blessed with great customer service and overall service. I love this store as it has yet to let me down. Loved the under promise, over deliver attitude. I remembered Beau was the manager before and he always provided great service. Billy mentioned that he has just been there for a couple weeks now but seems that this store hasnt missed a beat. Great location, and I will continue to go out my way to come to this store.

Walked in at 8:15 with no appointment, and was driving away after having all 4 tires replaced by 9:10. Tires were 102 each, and I was out the door for 600, including free tire rotation for the life of the tires. Marti was the sales associate and he was excellent. Highly recommended!
