We recently purchased a 2019 Pathfinder from Jon Grant and I have to say in all of my years of buying vehicles this was the best experience by far!!! There was ZERO PRESSURE to buy and Jon and the used car manager only seemed concerned in getting us in the right vehicle that worked for our family. The Pathfinder was in great condition but had a few minor touch ups that we requested be fixed and without hesitation the two items were taken care of! The whole team at Autonation Chevy were great to work with and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family! Keep up the great customer service and honest business approach guys! Jon is a true professional and was honestly the best salesman I’ve dealt with in 20 years of buying vehicles!

My car was in perfect condition. After a manufacturer requests After 5 hours they send me to my job because missing a tool, finally after 7 hours they call me back. They say the car have a liking. I dont accepted. I dont take a car. Next day I talk whit the manager. He say my car is old (CHEVROLET ASTRO VAN 2003. ) He was focus that the problem is the old car. He says that the car canning whit this. I said imposible, because with this liking in minutes all oil is done also I explain that I work for a Security company, the car cant spill oil in driveway because they charhe to me. Finally he say that is a House an replace. But the bad news is the car still liking. I dont go back because I dont in this Company. So any one can explain to mi- I was waiting for 5 hours, no bady tell me about the liking???, the mechanic was workin all the time under the liking ???? and no bady tell me about.- How is possible missing a toll???- Every one hour the say me is almos done.I dont recommend this place. If you have to. Take all pictures you can. Beacise for me they made a derty job.- At 7.00am the place still close.

Last purchase I had was from Carmax and that had been my best experience...until now. Starting with OB, the used car director and Jeff the sales associate - so welcoming, not your typical sales approach, super relaxed, friendly and no pressure. The general manager Lou and the entire rest of the staff was also so professional, nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car through this dealership. Okay this is my honest review I took my car, they fixed it really well the master mechanic is the best and Tom he is also the best of the best. The problem comes when I ask for a full detail I paid $149.00 which I was ☺ to pay if the vehicle was going to come out as expected....I am sorry I did told Tom and showed it to him that how it was possible that if I paid $149.00 the windows were not even rolled down to be cleaned ....I mean.... really ? Tom tried he tried to take the car back again but I said I had to leave because honestly this is unacceptable, a vehicle that a client is paying the maximum should not have to wait more because the detailers did not do their job appropriately. Other than that the service is great! But the car wash and detailing is not worth it, at least it was my humble and dissapointing car detailing experience....lol

I was very pleased with my visit today my salesman Ahmad was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the trucks he showed me and helped me get into the truck I wanted and thanks to his manager Safaa she was able to get it to the payments i wanted. They were a pleasure to work with and would definitely do business with them in the future.

I bought a 2017 chevrolet camaro from them cash and they gave a bad service kept me waiting 6 hours and all they offered me a tiny bottle of waters at the last minute. They Charged for a tag transfer and still gave me a temporary tag and registered to that tag and not mine. Its been 5 days and still waiting for the transfer so i can use my tag and register on my insurance they keep saying they call back still waiting for that call. I went to this dealer cause it has good feedback but i didnt get the service i deserved and also 3 different people were giving me the service didnt even know who was my seller.

Salesman was rude as hell dropping my paper on the table and walking away saying “If I have questions, y’all to the manager.” Manager doesn’t know a brand new all season tire from a racing slick, yet the ZL1 on the show room floor is on racing tires... Would recommend somewhere else for better, friendlier and more knowledgeable service..
