I cannot stress enough how amazing my experience was here! I had my car stall out and break down in the middle of my work week. I called Jason at J&J early the next morning to get approval to have the tow truck take my car there. I was unable to accompany my car or meet Jason in person. I was extremely nervous because all I could go off of were online reviews. I had previously been lied to multiple times by other companies and was tired of not being able to trust people with my car. Jason was so kind, respectful, and awesome to work with. He checked the issues I described and didn’t give me a list of unrelated things to fix. He quickly emailed me an itemized list of each part and service fee so there were no hidden costs, and helped me figure out an online payment option since I still had no ride to come in. He was super busy and yet worked extra hard to get my car to me before noon the next day! Then when I told him I was struggling to find a ride to pick up my car, he offered to come pick me up himself. When he showed me the car, I was shocked! He went out of his way to clean up the sun fading on my headlights, power wash and clean everything under my hood, and checked multiple other things for free just to make sure I would be ok...and all of this free of charge. I had never met him previously and had never been to this place and was shocked to tears how amazing the customer service went above and beyond for a new client who is a complete stranger! It is rare these days to find someone who enjoys his job, does it well, treats you with respect, and treats you like family. I will be coming here from now on. As a woman, I felt safe, cared for, and respected. Honestly can not recommend this place enough!!!

Ive taken several cars in the past to Jason and hes always been great. 2007 Hyundai needed new shocks, 2009 VW Rabbit needed new clutch, 2008 Suzuki SX4 needed new engine and now a 2008 Prius.

Im from NY and am very used to excellent customer service, so when I say Ive had horrible experiences with mechanics since Ive been down here, I dont say this lightly. Being that Im a young female, most mechanics can take advantage of that and think I dont know much about cars. Whether it was way over priced, or the job was not done right Ive had a struggle with finding shops in the Orlando area. A friend of mine referred me to J&J and from the time I called, to the time I physically left the shop I was more than pleased with every aspect. The owner and his wife are the most honest, genuine, and humble people I have ever met. The owner personally worked on my car for me. The price was something I could afford and he made sure of it. He went out of his way to do a part for me that he knew I couldnt afford. I went for my front brakes and rotors at another shop and they had me sit there for 4 hours and charged me double. He did it in half the time and half the price. I highly suggest coming to them for any kind of work. Im happy to say I found a shop that I feel comfortable with now living in Orlando. Thank you guys so much!

I recently moved to Orlando and didnt know of any decent mechanics in the area. Took a chance on this one and ended up with a great experience. Visited to have both front sway bar links replaced and they were done in under an hour at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend visiting for your car repairs done the same way any other shop would do it, at a fraction of the price.

I brought a used car I was interested in buying for a safety inspection and Jason was a great help. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to show me the issues he saw. Needed an engine replacement on a chevy malibu. Had no clue on how to go about getting an engine and having it replaced. Took good care of me and helped find me an engine and have it replaced for an amazingly fair price. Paid the deposit on a Saturday took the car in on Monday and everything was ready to go by Friday.

Very polite and detail oriented. Was able to fix my car quickly and I was on my way. I do believe while they do speak a little English. They prefer Spanish, which is cool with me. :)

Wish I could give this place no stars, my husband told them to fix everything on the car that needed to be fixed.We spent nearly 2,000 dollars and our car is still not working . Do not I repeat go to these people. We have a Nissan Pathfinder and they couldn’t fix it .

This morning my Infiniti G37 heat up. Engine light was on....I always take my car to Infiniti dealership...however this time I decided to take it to a closer shop...Jason pick up my phone call at 8:05 am.Recommend me a toll company...couple of hours later my car was ready!!! Summary:LIARS (told me Id get a 2 year guarantee, then said I didnt have one)slow (took 3 months to do 2 weeks of work, and never finished)incompetent (discolored new oil, and they dont know why)disrespectful (threatened me with assault over this review)STAY AWAY**third update: In small claims court, they lied about me constantly, but I won the case. Theyve been ordered to pay me around $2300 in damages, despite the fact that the damages are closer to $6000. They arent paying, because they dont respect their customers, or the legal system.**second update: when I went to get my car back, they refused to give it back. They wanted to talk about the bad review instead, claiming they looked at all my reviews and they think Im a bad person. One of them got in my face and pulled his fist back, implying threats of physical violence. Then they called the cops and asked someone stop by, claiming I was being disrespectful, as if thats illegal. They lied to the cops and said I was starting problems. Then they told the cops my registration was expired (which I hadnt realized) so I couldnt drive it away, and said they would tow it if I didnt move it. So I had to push my car off their property. Never do business here. Stay far away.****update: after posting this review, he threatened to call the cops on me, and told me he would not finish fixing my car, despite signing legally binding paperwork obligating him to finish the repairs****stay far away from this guy**Initially, I was told I needed to rebuild or replace the engine. I was told rebuilding would get a 1 year guarantee, and replacing would get a 2 year guarantee. I also needed 2 windows fixed, the brake pads replaced, and an estimate for fixing some noisy suspension. I cant verify if he fixed the brakes, but I can say they dont feel right. He only fixed one window, and didnt say anything about the suspension. He kept saying hed call back, but never does. He also tried to tell me the guarantee for replacing was only one year, but eventually gave me the 2 years I was supposed to get, though he decided labor would only be covered for 3 months! He had also told me hed discount some of the cost due to the amount of time spent, and I had to haggle to get even part of that because he didnt want to keep his word on that either. There was also damage to my paint, and damage to my windshield tint strip. It also turned out that he did not use all new parts, and rebuilt it using some new and some old parts, despite charging me for a new engine with new parts. He told me numerous times I had all new parts, but that was a lie.When I got the car back the first time, it had issues within a few hundred feet of leaving their lot. It took about 5 tries to start it, every time, and had frequent misfires. The issue turned out to be the timing, and I had to take it back, which took 2-3 more weeks.When I got it back the second time, the same window was still not fixed, and the engine was still having problems. He said at this point that he would fix the suspension for free, but Im not sure I believe that. Also, the amount of money Ill need to spend on rental cars negates any savings I would get by having him repair it for free, since he takes so long to do anything.It broke down recently, so I had to get it towed back to his shop, so he could finish working on it. Immediately after dropping it off, I got a text saying he was in the hospital, and they werent responsible for what happened to my car, so I needed to take it off their lot, because they werent going to work on it. I told them it would damage my car further to try to drive it off their lot, and they seem to have changed their minds about working on it. They may or may not be fixing it now, depending on whether or no they feel like working. Its been months, and its still not fixed.In addition to all of that, he doesnt speak much English, and is frequently telling me he cant talk to me, and hell need to find someone to translate, which is an additional inconvenience.
