Its always pleasant going here. I come once a year and always treated great, with friendliness. They have this new thing now that while youre waiting they send a video of the mechanic going over your car and what needs to be done. Then a person comes to you, discuss what is needed, pricing and ask what you want done. I appreciated the video because you can see exactly whats going on and what theyll work on.I would very much like to have something closer to Melbourne tho πThanks Orlando Mini!

Recently ordered a 2022 Mini Cooper SE as my first Mini and I am truly in love with it. Nick was my salesperson and he has been nothing but helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He also knows how to amp someone up about their new ride! Brittany in financing was likewise very nice to work with. I was thoroughly pleased with my first experience at the Orlando Mini Service dept. I made a 2pm appointment but my plans changed and I I was able to get there earlier. Called, spoke with Tiffany and she told me to come right in, so I did. Got there, checked in quickly. While I waited Tiffany lent me an iPhone charging cable and soon thereafter I got a text from the technician with a link to a video clip of him inspecting the car - that was cool.Visit lasted about an hour and I got the car back clean.Tiffanyβs awesome and Orlando Mini took care my Mini. I bought my Mini Countryman 5 years ago from Orlando Mini and had my car serviced there since. They take great car and are very up front about what service is due and if it can wait until later. I have been extremely happy with their service center and could not ask for more.
As always, Adante had me back on the road safely ( replaced a bent suspension part ), oil was changed and a tire rotation done all while I was at work.Excellent care, didnt empty the wallet and life is good. I brought my car into the mini service center without an appointment and was helped immediately. This service center has complementary beverages, snacks and WIFI. While I worked remotely in the lobby I was sent real-time videos of my car and status reports by email. My car was serviced and washed within an hour, then I was on my way! Highly recommend.
Iβm a new transplant from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando and am please to report that Orlando Mini has their act together. Work is completed timely and when you schedule a loaner itβs actually their when you arrive, the staff is friendly but all business. Great job guys!
We made an appointment online to come in and see a car on a Saturday morning. We drove down to Orlando from Port Orange and showed up for our appointment and were greeted by a salesman who was very nice and very polite. He brought the car around and we test drove it and decided to purchase it. At that point we were served by a sales person named Brooke. She was fantastic and really polite. However they were unwilling to finance the entire cost of the car, so we left the dealership and secured financing on our own. When we called them an hour later to say that we had our own financing and would they come down on the price a little bit, they agreed but they only lowered The price by $1000. So we decided to walk away from the purchase. Then the used car sales manager called us two hours later and offered to lower the price to what we had asked for. I said I would talk with my husband and call him back in a few minutes. I returned his call a few minutes later and he was away from his desk. I called back an hour later after receiving no callback and he was still not available. He called me back another hour later and told me that they had sold the car! We are very frustrated that they sold a car they had offered to us when we had told them we wanted to purchased a vehicle and they had not returned our calls. I expressed my frustration and was told by the use car manager that it was my fault because I didnβt call him back. I then called and spoke to another sales manager who I believe was named Jim, and he told me that they donβt hold cars for customers. We did not ask them to hold the car for us, they called us and asked us to buy this car for a certain amount and we agreed and return phone calls. I believed we were in the middle of a transaction to purchase this car, I did not believe that they were selling it without first checking their messages and seeing that we had returned their calls only 10 minutes later. I also felt at the sales manager Jim was being condescending and did not take my word for what I was saying. We have financed two other cars through many in the past and we love the mini brand. But we will never shop at this dealership again, and I donβt recommend that other people shop at this dealership ever! The car was far over priced when we went into purchase it and thatβs why we had to secure financing from somewhere else, and why they wanted us to put so much money down in the beginning. I just feel like they have terrible customer service when it comes to the managers and the financing. The two salesman we worked with were fantastic -which is why I gave this review two stars instead of one

Second time we have been to this location. We asked for Adante again because he was so good to us the last time we were there. We had no problems. Took us right in and was quick. I love the video they send you before the service is over i think itβs so cool. Donβt know if other dealerships do this but we like it. Will always go the Orlando dealer to get our oil changed. I brought my 2014 mini cooper s countryman in to get fixed. It is my late wifes car so i wanted to get it fixed so i could keep it. Tiffany was my service person. She always is when i go in there. She was very professional and helpful. They repaired the mini and got me back on the road. Also kept me in the loop with the repairs.
I want to send a big thank you to Tiffany in the service department. Ive dealt with her on several occasions and let me tell you. This woman is as professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly as a person can be. She has always greeted me and reached out to me with the kindest and straightforward attitude you could ever want. I highly recommend her as your service manager. It may cost you a few dollars more to get repairs from the dealer once your mini goes out of warranty. But you definitely get what you pay for and her service and follow up skills are second to none and I hope over the years she advances in the company. People like her who take pride in what they do, where they work, and how they carry themselves are deserving of recognition and praise. Adante is a great service advisor. He goes above and beyond to keep our Mini looking and running great. We came in for a routine service and left with brand new wheel arches because the originals were grease stained from the factory.

Adante is a fantastic serviceman and I love my mini. My only complaint is having to replace tires so often. My car has 32k miles on it and I have replaced all 4 tires twice.

Took longer than I had hoped, but certainly not anyoneβs fault, I went in thinking it was breaks & rotors when it was only old tires (they sit in very hot garage for long periods- got dry rot) put new tires on, alignment and I was off to the life I love. Customer service was great however I had a nail on one of my tires turned out I had another nail on a rear tire. 1 tire was covered by insurance mind you barely had any tread while 2nd one looked better and was denied to replace it with the tire insurance (did not make sense to me at all) Iβve never had any issues with Mini dealerships except this one. Whatβs the whole point of having tire insurance when you canβt replace it even when there is a nail in it?

December 24, 2020Car shopping can be an exciting, yet stress-inducing experience. Thinking back through every encounter Iβve ever had; it is without hesitation that I can honestly state that Anthony Ricciardi is the best salesperson Iβve ever dealt with.My wife and I called Orlando Mini, just to see if we βcouldβ do a test drive because of the COVID Crisis. Anthony gave us the information we needed and told us heβd be happy to help us when we arrived. While the goal was to just see if the Mini was even a comfortable car, a few hours later, we were driving home in a previously owned 2017 Mini. Throughout the process, Anthony was happy to share the features and benefits of each model offered by Mini and help us navigate the decision whether to focus on new versus a previously owned vehicle. In the end, we really wanted to stick with a used car. To Anthonyβs credit, he never pressured us to steer toward a new model and stayed focused on the vehicle we liked.Throughout the entire process, Anthony was courteous, friendly, and made the process very easy. I hinted that I might be interested in trading in my other vehicle for a Mini Countryman in the very near future. Anthony shared all the vehicles available as well as the timeline if I wanted to design my own. As it happens, life got in the way, and several weeks passed. Anthony would reach out periodically, just to gauge my interest and keep me in the loop regarding the specific vehicle I preferred. While most sales folks would probably walk away, Anthony maintained his upbeat manner and let me know that there was no pressure. Three and a half weeks later, I called to let Anthony know that we wanted to move forward with the Countryman.It is without reservation that I recommend you ask for Anthony if you have any interest in a Mini. Pretty easy to get to even with all the construction in the area. Google maps was Dead On.There is an adequate amount of parking including for Handicap vehicles.Arrived early for my appointment and was met by Adante who checked me in.The Dealership was clean and well staffed.They have a waiting room which has beverages, cakes and a few snacks as well as a TV. They have restrooms which were also clean and in good working order.While I waited I met with one of the Salesman Andrew with whom I spoke about my Lease renewal. Both Adante and Andrew were absolute Gentleman.When my vehicle was ready, also as promised, it was returned to me washed which was appreciated.Great Dealer, Great Group of People.

Service shop is incompetent. 3 months ago, we spent over $5,000 (five THOUSAND dollars) to fix a few different issues - one of them being a coolant leak. This morning, the car broke down on the 408. We are being told that there was a coolant leak and it has nothing to do with what they fixed 3 months ago. Now we have to replace the engine at a cost of $3,400 to just get a used engine. PLUS whatever labor cost will be on top of that. So lets just say over $10,000 worth of work in a 3 month span.We are DONE with MINIs. The customer service was extremely unhelpful. No offer to fix what they missed before. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!

Even though when I had a blow gastet and did an engine swap, they were QUICK to make me FEEL WANTED! Yet as soon as CASH WAS IN HAND, they ghosted me. I HEED YOU AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!Doug will over charge you for work done, and lose part on your car. The staff will refuse to call you back and never reply to any voice mails you leave. Better off spending 3 hours driving up to Jax; due to their INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ON THE WORK BEING DONE WHERE ORLANDO FAILS; to get your car fixed as Orlando should be negatively rated. Doug is beyond useless, wont call you back when he claims he has. Pulling phone records from AT&T PROVED THIS!!! He will tell you one thing then do another. Ive been waiting months for parts on my car that Doug lost while my car we being repaired. I heed you DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE!!! Had a excellent experience today at Mini of Orlando. I took my 2011 Mini Cooper hardtop for maintenance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Tiffany. The sales staff was extremely helpful and informational as well. I was there for nearly 2 hours but the staff made it feel like family and asked if I wanted anything. During this Covid stuff the cleaning staff was on their A game when it came to sanitizing everything. Very safe and it was definitely A+ in my book. Definitely will come back when I need something. I recommend though that you guys do build a store closer to the clermont area. It would definitely help with us long distance people. Very knowledgeable as well. The staff today definitely went past and beyond expectations.

Decent work (though my radio was repaired under warranty but it still keeps going out every time I hit a bump), really friendly people, but HORRIBLE to get ahold of. Been trying to schedule an appointment for multiple weeks now and the service guy is so slow to respond, and has to be reminded over and over that we sent him a note. When you call, it rings and rings or they promise a call back and never do.Fwiw, Im sure theyll respond sorry to hear about your challenges, call our service manager at this number - he/she wants to hear more. Thats a non-answer. Its a lazy response and shows no willingness to improve or fix things without more effort than ive already spent.Orlando Mini friends: I want to love your dealership, I really do. But Ive been emailing a service advisor since June to get a repair scheduled (he told us to email him directly) and he ignores most emails, and takes weeks to get back to us. He was so nice and friendly, but that doesnt count for much if he doesnt answer us :(
