I recently moved to Orlando and needed to get my car checked because I had a long drive here and also because in my previous city a repair shop had suggested a particular (expensive) fix. I saw the good reviews of Orlando Auto Doctor and decided to visit them. I showed them the recommendation from the other repair shop. They looked over my car (for a small, reasonable fee) and then said I DIDNT need the repair at the present time. If they were just looking to make money they could have easily said I should get the repair. This episode suggests they are an honest shop and I will definitely visit here again.

My whole family brings their cars in here a total of 8 of us total and we all get the best service! They treat us very well and are super friendly and honest as well as they dont push stuff on you that your vehicle doesnt need which is a huge plus. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.

Jason was great. Although Im a female, he didnt speak to me condescendingly about my car. When asked, he patiently explained what was wrong and what the fix was. This garage was recommended to me. I will definitely be recommending to others and passing along the good word.

I LOOOVE this place! After years of the Mercedes dealerships, I decided I needed a mechanic I could trust and afford or I needed to get a more common car. I thought because I have a car with all European parts/computer chips that I had to go to Mercedes. I’m forced to trust the professionals. It was always stressful trying to make decisions not really knowing what they are talking about. Always being shocked by the cost. So I asked all my clients for a week where they went. The most common answer was Orlando Auto Doctor. I was so excited to learn they can order anything! They can fix anything! I can speak to the mechanic if I want to. But after a year of going here. I just go straight to the office and know they will be fair, it will be finished on time and thank God I don’t have to know what they are talking about! Earlier this year I went in to have my front headlight replaced. My mechanic said it just needed to be screwed in tighter. Driving a low car on brick streets had shaken the light loose. They are true tradesmen who take pride in their work and reputations. Customer service is second to none. I have referred several clients to them. Unique cars, older cars, high end cars, they do it all! Small jobs, huge jobs. I have never written a review but I had to for them! Hope this helps

Simply a great place to go if you want good service at a common sense price. Once your warranty runs out on your car you should never have to go to dealerships if at all possible, because of this finding a reliable place to take your car is very important unless you like throwing your cash away.The mechanics here explain everything they did and the price breakdown exceptionaly. You might have to drop off your car as they stay busy, but this is not too uncommon.Thank you for solving my intake leak issues!Will definitely return.Special thanks to the office staff and the welcoming canine that also hangs out :).

The sweetest and most honest mechanic shop Ive ever been to. Theyre priced fairly and the service is fast. I thought my car was finally toast, but they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for much less than I had expected. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Disappointed and not very Nice either. 3months ago got an Overpriced alignment and oil chance. Alignment never got fix and I got more oil leaks on my car than before. There a bolt missing on my engine block I believe it was purposely done by one of the mechanics so then I would come back and get fixed by them. I’m not playing that game. These are not Doctors more like overworked underpaid nurses that don’t know what there doing when it is just a small problem an easy fix then to just cause a bigger problem

My truck just happened to break down right off the street next to this auto shop (thank God). My wife and I got to meet Jason the owner. He was very nice and helpful offered to take us home and have the truck fixed in couple of days because they closed on the weekend. I could tell Jason is a genuine very good hearted person very hard to find now a day, good faith that we get to meet him.

We bring all of our cars to this shop no matter what they need. When we were shopping for a car for our teenage daughter we brought the cars we were considering for a complete check over. The owner and his staff where so helpful and because of them we ended up with the right car for our daughter. The owner and his wife are always pleasant and they are a shop you can trust! We have 4 different cars we bring here and this is the place we will continue to bring them!

My car broke down right outside their location yesterday and I was able to limp over to this shop. They were extremely helpful and quick to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the parts in quickly and have me fixed and out the door in a few hours for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for your auto needs. I had a great experience with these guys. The wife was so helpful and friendly. I was in from out of town on a Friday so I really needed my van back that night. They stayed to work on it after hours and I picked it up at 9pm. They worked with me on the price as well and found a good deal on a new heater core and saved me a good chunk of money. 10/10 would recommend this garage. These are guys you can trust!

The owners of Orlando Auto Doctor are true gems. They are kind, fair, go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and most importantly, they do a great job with car repairs. When I was out of town for work, we had to get a repair done. Since we have just the one personal vehicle getting repaired, the owner rushed the job by completing it himself (on a WEEKEND) and actually drove our car to our home, picked up my husband and two young kids, and my husband drove him back to the shop. We were amazed and touched by this gesture. We suffered through going to the dealership for repairs for years until we smartened up and turned to our neighborhood Facebook group for a recommendation on a local auto shop. Best decision ever!

The work done here is great, the customer service is awesome and most important of all things are explained well from the beginning. Contrived Reviews?My experience was not in line with the reviews I counted on when I tried this outfit. Im sure they are competent and the amount of work I had done was acceptable, although they failed to notice a slightly bent rim when replacing a tire that I had to have removed from front(where they put it) and threw my spare into the pickup bed rather than replacing underneath. My issue is with price and diagnosis, their prices may be reasonable to some but I found them to be on the hi end and the repairs they recommended were expensive and unnecessary according Sloans.I can only assume the true issue would have been discovered after correcting the diagnosed issue which is still a non issue 4000 miles later. I found these folks very similar to Firestone as to value and will not be back. Found better price and quality elsewhere.

I really hate having car problems, truly ruins your day. But at least we have great people to take it to. With a 4 car household, we often have issues and when i take it to Orlando Auto Doctor, the diagnosis is often one way cheaper than i expected. They are honest and friendly and have even taken care of an issue for free when it was something really simple. Ive now moved to the opposite side of town, but will try to take my car to them if at all possible the next issue that comes up.

Jason and his team went above and beyond to make sure my moms van was working like it should. We have had an electrical issue with it for many years. There was a constant draw and would sometimes leave her stranded when the van wouldn’t start. With her being in a wheel chair this was a real problem.We had been to several different companies with no luck in getting the situation fixed . With patience Jason and his team found the issue to be with the wheel chair lift. When the manufacturers would offer no help Jason was able to get the van working properly. I can not thank Jason and his team enough for their hard work!! I would strongly suggest them to anyone needing a trustworthy hard working mechanic!

I have had a lot of car issues in the past year, due to the old and run down nature of my car. Which means Ive been to a LOT of different mechanics, and this one is my favorite by a long shot. They dont try and push repairs on you on the spot. They give you a timeline on how long the problem can be postponed before actually needing to be fixed (which is crucial information for someone who only wants to spend money when they have to). They make sure that they can find you the best priced parts as possible, and take the time to sit down with you and explain how a car works and where yours is going wrong. I highly recommend their services.

Went there with a list of problems and expecting them to be knowledgable about what is wrong with it after read their online reviews... They pretty much just gave me codes which I could have done myself. The transmission neede to be replaced which was pretty obvious so had it done there. They were pretty quick, however the transmission has continued slipping and struggling to change gears, and the electical system they messed up somehow as my interior lights no longer come on and my lights on/ key in ignition warning and several other things have not functioned at all since the first day I got it back. Took to another mechanic 3 weeks later and he could not believe the amount of things which were not fixed or even mentioned to me, (though they all say that) although they did tell me cat converter. If I had known how much work it needed I would not have spent the money on it. Doesnt seem like they really know about autos (especially older 10yr+ cars) they are just reading codes. Might be good for a newer car, my money just went down the drain.

Worst experience ever. Dont know how they get 5 star. Simply went in for a wheel alignment. Apparently they did not want to work on my car (BMW), and did not have the balls to tell me. So they just lied to me telling me my car was align when it really was not. Took it to a shop where they work on BMWs and found out my other tie rod was seized as well, but the Auto Doctor technician did not care to mentioned it to me. How dishonest, to tell me my car was align, when I had a seized tie rod. Would not recommend this pmace to my worst enemy. It was to good to be true.

The Orlando Auto Doctor is an amazing phenomenal shop to take your vehicle to after any accident, collision or Auto repair. My car was almost total; I had a very bad deverstaing collision. I had a front in wrecked and got smashed in the rear so bad I tell yall gee goly I was lucky to be alive. But corcerning my vehicle, the work done to restore my vehicle back to like New condition was fantastic. The paint was just right And look as I bought it or maybe even better than when I purchase it lol. Orlando Car Doctor did the work and upon completion my vehicle looked brand spaking New once again. The finished work looked like when I first purchase the car seriously. The process was very quick in comparison to other shops I been to in the past for wrexks I been in and 5 star work absolutely with our any doubt about it. The owner went very much above in beyond for me and made me know my car would be okay even though I think he under estimated his talent because it was greater then okay it was super awesome. Truthfully, I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Central Florida area.
