This place is fantastic. They helped my ancient vehicle that had a mysterious ABS problem; another auto shop I went to just read the codes and tried to get me to replace everything, but the Auto Solutions team was as skeptical as I was, and dug deeper to find the actual problem; and they were able to resolve the issue with half as many new parts as the other place!The staff and crew are very professional, and the communication here is amazing. Not only do they call you with updates as they work on your vehicle, they also have a framework in place thatll text you updates and inspection pics. They even have a dedicated site you can visit to see your own personal work order, estimates, prices; you can even approve the work from there without needing to call in.I honestly dont know a lot about cars, but the transparency this place offers makes me feel very comfortable with the work they do. Took my Camaro into Carl Black and was told the Air condition needed my evaporator to be replaced and quoted just under $2,000 (This was after a previous replacement by them 1 year earlier). I passed and shopped around. When I brought my car into Auto Solutions, Gonzalo and his team were able to diagnose that it was a missing refrigerant. They tested my AC/diagnosed evaporator, repaired it and had me on my way for around $230. Honest and good mechanics. Not going to lie, I feel relieved to find someone who will actually help you.

So so good. They caught a problem that I paid a lot of money to get fixed it wasnt really even fixed. But there are things that I do know need to be done to my car and they seemed uncurious as well. Impeccable customer service though.

Took my gtr here a year ago for a wheel alignment, toe was out of spec and steering wheel was crooked, they also mentioned to correct it id need to buy a camber kit . Took it somewhere else today and everything is within spec, and steering wheel is straight . Didnt have to buy anything extra or extra labor like this shop stated. If you have an expensive vehicle, do not take it here.

Called to ask about their general labor rate. Got the run around and the gentleman refused to answer my question. If I cant get an honest answer from them over the phone imagine how hard they are to deal with once you actually do business with them. Very poor service and completely unprofessional. If you dont have a general labor rate(which is a lie) just get me a quote. Asking someone to drive to your place of business for a quote in 2020 is far from an average experience. I feel like a called a dealer from 1989. Poor service

Auto Solutions is a really reliable and trustworthy auto shop. From start to finish I was very pleased with the level of customer service and honesty that was provided. Gonzalo, the service adviser, was really respectful and open with everything. He answered every time I called and promptly got back to me with all the questions I had. Having dealt with so many shady auto shops I was really pleased with the transparency and customer service here.The cost was not crazy and well within the average amount for the specific issue I was having. They make it a point to have the best price around. For me, they incorporated the cost of assessing the car into the cost of labor which is a nice contrast to some of the other shops that automatically charge you $100-$150 just to look at it.The total time it took them to assess my car, figure out the problem, order parts, and fix it was 3 days. Considering the issue with my car was in the fuel system, I was very pleased with how quickly they figured it out and fixed it.All in all, I think they legit put the customer first and arent sketchy. I would totally go to them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome experience - Gonzalo and Malik were great, I came in for brakes and another issue (a sensor that needs to be done by the dealer as the software/items needed to calibrate it is only available there) and they ended up doing the brakes (for much less than other mechanics quoted) and, even though they could not take care of it, researched the sensor and found out there was a class action law suit involved with it. They told me how to get involved with the class action lawsuit and gave me valuable advice on how to go about the situation. These guys were honest, not pushy and truly are the definition of what great customer service should look like. They back up their work too, I found that out in the hour I was waiting in the lobby... Every customer that came in was known by name and seemed happy to be there (seldom seen at a mechanic lol). You guys have my business for as long as Im driving!

AMAZING customer service. I called Auto Solutions one morning to get a worst-case-scenario price quote for my Jeep. My brakes were grinding and I knew it wasnt going to be pretty. I spoke with Juan who told me that there could be many worst case scenarios but offered to take a look at my vehicle and give me a more informed quote. (I had already spoken with many shops who gave me random numbers.) I told him that I was at work and he offered to pick up my car from my work. I honestly thought it was kinda weird so I declined but after I got off the phone with him I read more of the reviews and decided to give it a shot.The shops communication cannot be beat. Once my car was at the shop I heard from Gonzalo frequently enough to be reassured that my vehicle was in good hands but I was still able to go about my workday as usual. I received texts when my car was checked in, when the assessment was started & finished, when it was being serviced, and when it was finished. As visitors to Orlando, we were totally unprepared for our 15 yr old Suzuki to breakdown. Because the car is so old, and parts would not be readily available, we thought we should find a repair shop that specialized in foreign cars. We scanned the repair shop listings on the internet and were amazed by the number of positive comments about Auto Solutions. Based on the great customer reviews, we contacted them and were immediately impressed with Gonzalo. He was knowledgeable, customer service oriented and very professional. We explained to Gonzalo that we believed the a/c unit was gone and there could be other issues resulting in our fan belt breaking. The technician (Will) did a thorough diagnostic report, which even revealed we had a screw embedded in one of our new tires. Will replaced the a/c and a faulty sensor, and Im happy to report the car is running fine again. We were then able to return to the tire company and have the screw removed and the tire repaired.These guys deserve all the wonderful compliments theyve been getting and we too cant say enough good things about Auto Solutions. Was looking for a basic oil change before I traveled down to Maryland for the holidays. They had a coupon deal listed on there website, called them about it and instantly felt welcomed over the phone and knew that they would take good care of my vehicle. I went to the mechanic shop, and they did an inspection of the car and made sure my car was still in good condition. They oil changed took 15-20 mins if that long. These guys are AWESOME! Listen LADIES!! This is where you need to go if you are tired of mechanics trying to sell you things you dont need or talk to you like you dont know anything!!! Gonzalo and his crew took care of my car quickly and at a very fair price when I needed my slave cylinder replaced. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and told me in order of necessity what I would need to do after that repair. I am back right now for abs sensors and again these guys made sure I got exactly what I needed and didnt try to persuade me to get anything else done. They have my loyalty and are my #1 when asked if I know a good mechanic.

Excellent customer service, efficient, honest, traits very hard to find in todays auto shops. Manager Gonzalo is very informative and fair. They provide ubers for customers to get home if necessary. Additionally, there is free wifi and snacks while waiting. Highly recommended
